Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 cup of diced yellow onion, 2 to 3 teaspoons of minced garlic, and 1 pound of seasoned ground beef (see note). 2 (14 oz) cans of diced tomatoes (brand: Hunt's; flavours: basil, garlic, and oregano); and 1 (30 oz) can of tomato sauce (brand: Hunt's).
