I saw some bucatini pasta recipe at Target the other day and had to try it.

This vegetarian type of  pasta that I can't find at my local grocery store and I was surprised to find it at Target.

Here I mixed it with a simple vegetable ragout, but you can use any sauce you like.

It was a creative endeavor that pushed my limits and I loved it.
