This article has two parts and it is recommended to carefully read both parts as they contain very important and fundamental information.
Part One: Arad Branding Website Responsibility
The Arad Branding website consists of various sections, each with its own specific mission.
1. The Business School, educational podcasts, the School of Business and Integrity, and live broadcasts are responsible for educating Aradis about commerce.
2. Business meetings are responsible for connecting Aradis with each other and transferring business information.
3. About us, our mission, services and assistance are to introduce Arad to new people.
4. Contact us for Aradis to communicate with different sections of Arad employees.
5. The Arad Branding Trade House is to introduce Arad merchants' products to the public.
And now, the website news you are currently reading is divided into two sections.
The first section is the films that are posted on the site, produced by the media unit, each produced for a specific purpose.
The other section is the texts of the authors that you are currently reading.
Mentioning two points for all Aradis about the texts is very important.
The first point: What has been communicated to us authors is not to educate Aradis because education is the responsibility of section number 1.
Our duty is not to connect Aradis with each other and express business information because it is the responsibility of section 2.
Our duty is not what sections 3, 4, and 5 are responsible for because we are not supposed to work in parallel.
The main duty of us authors is to deal with anything that has been communicated to us by Mr. Ghorbani, the beloved CEO of Arad Branding, which is anything that happens as a side issue in the lives of Aradis and causes them to move away from commerce.
Anything that causes an Aradi merchant to separate from Arad or fall behind in business.
Anything that causes misinterpretation and misunderstanding about commerce and Arad and needs explanation.
Dealing with erroneous mental beliefs and correcting them.
So when we focus on peripheral issues or gossip in some people's minds, it's because these topics lead to the downfall of some merchants and employees.
So, our duty is this.
Yesterday, a dear one wrote in the comments that Arad should focus on educating commerce and increasing business relationships instead of dealing with these controversies and gossips.
Well, the answer is that:
Dear, all that education is in the Business School and... and you haven't seen it.
All that communication is in the meetings and you don't use it.
The news of the site, dealing with these controversies and gossips, is what is happening in the lives of all Aradi merchants and employees, and these are the ones that have caused declines and failures.
So please allow the news of the site to fulfill its mission of reducing declines and increasing growth, and we are happy to see that we have been able to correct many completely wrong topics that appear to be correct.
For example, saying "I wish Arad would do this job" has greatly decreased, and in Aradi literature, it has been said "I wish I could do this job."
Well, someone needs to say these things, and this is the responsibility of us authors.
Or that some people have mistaken Arad for a mosque, cultural heritage, advertising organization, Basij, cinema, poetry and literature association, ministry of culture and islamic guidance, "Let's protect Persian language" Foundation, and we have made them understand that Arad is only about economy and commerce.
If you think these issues are just gossips, know that us authors are responsible for dealing with these gossips, and if you understand like us that these gossips have caused a decline in the trade and reduced the efficiency of many merchants and employees, give us the right to have this heavy mission.
And the second point: Yesterday, some dear ones, including both merchants and employees, wrote in the comments, Arad, my dear, don't be upset.
Arad, do not be sad.
Arad, do not be unhappy.
Arad, do not worry.
Arad, do not be angry.
And such things.
Question: If, for example, Mr. Seyyed Ahmad Tahvildar, the competent and lovely media presenter, gets angry in the live broadcast, does that mean Arad is angry?
If the lovely consultants and commercial supporters of Arad get angry in meetings, does that mean Arad is angry?
If the export mentors of Arad get angry, does that mean Arad is angry?
No.
Arad is not angry, but one of the Aradis is angry.
The author is also one of the Aradis who writes and may get angry, upset, sad, and anything like that, and it has nothing to do with Arad.
One of the things we really enjoy is that Aradis talk to Arad, meaning that when they say "Arad, do not be upset," they consider Arad as a living being.

These statements are often said about Arad, and this literature is very common and widespread in Arad.
We gave examples of foreign brands so you can understand the ending of this story, otherwise Iranian brands are not considered significant in branding compared to foreign brands.
With all this love and devotion expressed towards Arad, which commercial brand except for Arad has all of these?
This is where we say that Arad branding represents the true meaning of branding.
According to the definition of a brand, it means creating a positive and constructive impact in the mind of the audience.
Which brand do you know that has permeated the hearts, minds, and souls of its audience and supporters to such an extent?
And I bring the following sentence with direct permission from Mr. Ghorbani in the text.
"And everyone knows, and those who do not know should know that Arad is not the respected chief, but our dear boss is the chief of Arad, and not Arad itself.
The senior managers of Arad are the senior managers of Arad and not Arad themselves."
So what is Arad?
Arad is all of us, and it is our collective devotion and these businesses that we do together.
We are the ones who make Arad, otherwise if we all leave Arad, there will be no more Arad.
If we all work harder and grow, Arad becomes stronger, and if we all are weak, Arad becomes weak.
Arad is our own, and if it rises, we have risen, and if it falls, we have fallen.
If it becomes rich, its profit returns to each of us, and if it becomes poor, its loss affects all of us.
And of course, we owe this extraordinary design to the respected president of Arad, who have delivered Arad to us Aradis so beautifully.
And we are also grateful to the senior managers at Arad who execute and implement it so beautifully.
And we owe it to each and every Aradis who have stood by our side so passionately and have been accompanying us for years and years.
The second part of the organizational position of Aradis
Now we move on to the second part of the article and examine a very important topic.
A topic that many people question and do not know how the chart and organizational structure of Arad are.
Let's move on to Aradis because we already know the position of the honorable president and senior managers.
Aradi means employee, merchant, and foreign representative.
First, we categorize Aradis into two groups.
First group: Those who trade for Aradi, or those who trade for themselves with the help of Arad, or those who directly contribute to the growth of merchants and trade, such as:
- Export mentors (managers of foreign representations)
- Supply chain
- Logistics
- International negotiators
- Business consultants
- Aradi merchants
- Foreign representatives
- Commercial supporters
These eight groups in Aradis are directly engaged in trade, and knowing the principles of trade is an indispensable part of their lives.
We know that Aradi merchants and foreign representatives are part of the first group, so a group of employees in the second category are not in the trade and first section and their efforts are focused on the growth of trade and strengthening the first group.
So, anyone who is not in the first group is in the second group.
We, the writers, are also in the second group.
Our colleagues in the comment approval and media unit are in the second group.
Our dear friends in the support unit and the trade house and other departments that you are more or less familiar with are all in the second group.
What is the difference between these two categories?
Since the main mission of Arad is trade, undoubtedly those in the first category have superiority over those in the second category.
This superiority does not mean human or religious superiority, as in the eyes of God, the most honorable among you is the most righteous.
Rather, the meaning of this superiority is organizational superiority.
The reason for this is also the word of God, who said:
"Not equal are those believers who sit [at home] and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit [at home]. Unto all [in Faith] Hath Allah promised good: But those who strive and fight Hath He distinguished above those who sit [at home] by a special reward" Surah An-Nisa, Verse 95
If we consider trade as a war, those who directly engage in trade are like the mujahideen, and those who help behind the scenes to make the traders stronger in their trade are like those who remain behind.
And God has given superiority to the mujahideen over those who remain behind.
And this superiority should not cause discomfort to those who remain behind, because if they truly desire this superiority, they can move to the first category, and the space is open for everyone.
But we have seen many times that employees in the second category rarely seek to work in the first category.
Why?
Why did God give superiority to the mujahideen over those who remain behind?
He says it is because in jihad, there is the risk of injury or wound, while in sitting there is not.
What is a wound in trade?
It is the same as hearing No from the customer or supplier.
It is being rejected by the customer and supplier.
It is sometimes being ignored by the customer and supplier.
All of these are wounds inflicted on everyone who engages in trade, and as a writer, I do not have them.
No one insults our colleagues in guest post unit.
Our colleagues in financial unit work hard but are not rejected.
No one directly says inappropriate things to me as a writer to upset me.
For these and many other reasons, those in the first category have accepted the hardships of trade and therefore have superiority over those in the second category.
Arad expects all those in the second category to especially respect those in the first category because the income of the second category stem from the efforts of the first category.
Both categories of Aradis are dear to Arad, but the reason for writing this text is that we have observed an increase in conflicts in various departments due to the increase in the efforts and work of Arad employees.
We are happy about the conflicts because conflicts mean we are working.
When work is being done, friction arises, and this is beautiful, but it needs to be fixed.
For example, there have been reports of some employees in the second category having a confrontational attitude towards Aradi traders who are in the first category, as if they have superiority over the traders.
And an employee wrote to a trader: "We are Arad employees, and we are superior to you as we are close to senior managers here."
And similar incidents.
From this platform, it is announced that all Aradi traders, foreign representatives, export mentors, supply, logistics, international negotiators, commercial consultants, and commercial support personnel should know that there is no superiority from other Aradi employees towards them, and if you see such behavior, know that it is the mistake of an Arad employee who behaves contrary to the policies of the organization.
The first category should know that wherever they feel their work is dependent on the second category, they should not speak with an underling tone and not consider themselves inferior.
Instead, they should know that their position is higher in the eyes of Arad, and if they speak from a lower position, it shows their weakness.
Arad is strongly committed to elevating the first category above the second category, and this is for two reasons:
1. To motivate the second category to join the first category.
2. The first category has external conflicts, and every day they are at war with suppliers and customers, and there is no reason for them to experience injustice and cruelty from within Arad.
How are the relationships between the second category individuals?
We have identified the relationship between the first and second categories. Now, we will determine the relationship between the second categories themselves.
The second category individuals have their own internal organizational chart.
They are middle-level managers, followed by supervisors, and then the workforce who carry out the tasks.
The entire organizational hierarchy among the members of the second category remains as it has been and will be, God willing.
Whenever conflicts arise among the employees, supervisors step in, and if supervisors face conflicts, middle-level managers intervene and resolve the issue. If middle-level managers encounter conflicts, the matter is escalated to senior managers.
Senior managers intervene as needed, either by stepping in where necessary or by letting the matter be so that Arad employees learn to solve their own problems.
How are the relationships between the first category individuals?
You, as members of the first category, should know that there is no one above you in the organizational chart among Arad employees, but it is necessary to treat each other with brotherhood, friendship, and kindness.
You interact with outsiders every day and know the difficulty and suffering of conversing with an ignorant person. It is possible that your brother may be involved with one of these individuals today and that is why he is being bad tempered toward you.
Whenever you are upset with each other, remember that your brother or sister may have conversed with an inappropriate person today and is not in a good state, so you should understand.
If we are certain that trade is like war, then it involves getting wounded in battle. So, if I see that my brother in the first category is not feeling well, I should tell myself that he is wounded.
Otherwise, why wasn't he like this in the days before, and surely he won't be like this in the days ahead.
If I give him some time to heal the wounds in his spirit and mind caused by interacting with an inappropriate person, surely our brotherhood will remain intact.
It is necessary for the first category individuals to reflect on this verse, as God has said:
"The Believers are but a single Brotherhood: So make peace and reconciliation between your two [contending] brothers; and fear Allah, that ye may receive Mercy." (Surah Al-Hujurat, Verse 10)
