4. In Arad, You're at the Top
We searched the name of one of our dear traders on Google and took a screenshot of the results page.
First, let's look at the image together.

When we searched for the name "Bahman Vafaei," one of our Arad traders, an admirable point caught our attention:
He hasn't limited himself to just being present on Arad Branding for his personal brand development but has also created profiles on platforms like Basalam, Baskool, Instagram, Agahi24, and Virgool.
Here, regardless of how much he has invested in each of these paths, two important points are worth considering:
First: Appreciating a Smart Approach
Before anything else, we must commend Bahman Vafaei; because with a comprehensive view, he uses all available capacities for more visibility, lead generation, and receiving signals.
This is the same approach that Arad Branding has always asked of its traders.
Be active, act smartly, and don't just wait for others to discover you.
Put yourself in a position to be seen.
One of the things that sets Arad apart is this benevolent and non-monopolistic perspective.
Instead of telling you to only use Arad and abandon other platforms, we encourage you to shine everywhere.
Why?
Because ultimately, it's you who grows in the path of trade, with your hands full of signals, customers, and money.
Even when you become wealthy, you'll remember that it was Arad that made you a trader, not other places.
At the same time, comparing working with Arad and other platforms will show you that many of them offer limited services, take your money, and pay no attention to your intellectual, personal, or even financial growth.
There, you will fully understand the difference and greatness of Arad.
Second: The Superiority of Arad Branding's SEO
The second point is even more important than the first.
When we searched for Bahman Vafaei's name, his Arad Branding trading house page was ranked first in Google's results.
This means even if you're a member of several different websites, Arad Branding, with its powerful SEO, leads the way in introducing you to audiences.
And even more interesting is that on many other websites, users must register, pay fees, or go through multiple steps to access a trader's contact number; but on Arad Branding, your contact information is available to the audience in the simplest way without any barriers. This means branding with real accessibility.
Another point is that Google introduces you on Arad Branding along with your products, not just with plain text, whereas on other sites, you're introduced with plain text.
Even more interesting is that in the "People also search for" section, it mentions Arad Branding, meaning it recognizes that Bahman Vafaei has a close relationship with Arad Branding.
So let's learn from Bahman Vafaei. Don't limit your path to just one medium. But at the same time, don't underestimate the real power of a platform like Arad Branding. Because here, we don't just build a page for you; we stay with you to truly become and remain a trader.
Now let's see another example of the same work from Sattar Najafabadi, another Arad trader.

You too can find your dedicated page by searching your name along with the keyword "Arad trader."
The more you promote this address for others to visit your dedicated page, the higher the SEO ranking of the trading house site and your content will be, leading to more inbound trade leads.

13. The Key Difference Between Organizational Position Holders and Other Traders
Traders with organizational positions are the pillars of Arad Branding’s modern economy.
These individuals have three fundamental differences from other traders, which have made them reliable role models for others:
1. They Take Initiative, Not Wait
They don’t wait for a wave of customers—they initiate interaction themselves, powered by Arad’s credibility and influence.
They are the first to say hello, the first to reach out—and that is the spirit of a true trader.
2. They Don’t Just Ask for Services; They Embrace Missions
For them, services and resources are merely a spark to start the journey—not the ceiling of their demands.
They receive a direction from Arad, but they run the path on their own, without waiting for someone else to run it for them.
3. They Aim for Independence, Not Lifelong Dependency
This group has come to learn trade, to practice, to fail, to succeed—and ultimately to become a powerful economic force without needing daily support from Arad.
That is what we call economic maturity.
And because Arad Branding has seen and believed in this spirit, it has placed the full capacity of its five specialized departments at the service of these individuals, to elevate them to the highest level of professionalism in trade.
A level where the trader holds not only a position in the domestic market, but also a place in global exports and international commerce.
The future we are building rests on the shoulders of these cornerstones:
Traders with organizational positions form the core of Arad’s powerful trader development.
Other traders, too, will grow under the guidance and support of these role models—like elder brothers and sisters who, with kindness and strength, help their younger siblings achieve a dignified business life and a bright future.
Important Note:
Starting next week, after the June 5th practical workshop, special in-person meetings and expert sessions will be held for traders with organizational positions.
These gatherings will help us continue this proud journey with greater unity, determination, and deeper learning.

18. Idealism or Perfectionism?
You may have encountered these two words many times:
Idealism and Perfectionism.
But few truly understand the deep difference between them — and more importantly, the impact they have in practice.
An idealist is someone who refuses to accept anything unless it perfectly matches their flawless mental image.
At the slightest flaw or imperfection, they become upset, withdraw, and start complaining.
And since they know every task might have defects, they prefer not to do anything at all.
They sit in a corner, just pointing out faults, criticizing, gossiping...
But what about themselves?
Nothing.
Because they’re afraid of being judged in the same harsh way they judge others.
But a perfectionist sees things differently.
They recognize flaws — but they don’t stop.
They move forward despite shortcomings.
They make mistakes, they correct them.
They fall, they get up.
But they never stop.
Their path is one of growth, not stagnation.
And this is exactly the spirit that drives Arad Branding.
Arad is perfectionist, not idealist.
Arad is improving every single day.
It sees its flaws — it doesn’t deny them.
But instead of sitting and complaining, it creates new plans for every flaw.
And our experience has clearly shown:
Those who complain, slander, and spread negativity are always the ones who’ve never taken action — and never will.
Because they know that if they step into action, they’ll be just as prone to mistakes as everyone else — perhaps even more.
They’ve brought no growth to their lives, nor to those around them.
They’ve never been a source of goodness or blessing for society — instead, they've always been a brake on those who strive and act.
But if they were perfectionists, they would see Arad as a reflection of themselves.
They would join it, support it, run alongside it, and move forward.
So here’s a serious recommendation:
In business — and in life — idealism is the enemy of progress.
If you want to succeed, be a perfectionist.
And if you want to keep your spirit healthy, stay away from idle idealists who do nothing.
They not only refuse to move themselves — they shoot others down with their unfair criticism and stop their progress too.
At Arad Branding, we are people of action.
We move, we improve, we get better.
If you are also someone who moves — come join us.
But if you just sit and judge — stay right there.
This path is for those who move.
"And that man shall have nothing but what he strives for."
— Surah An-Najm, Verse 39
