Whisk in 1 cup sugar gradually, then continue whisking for about 1 minute longer, or until sugar is thoroughly incorporated. Pour the cream into the bowl and whisk to combine. Incorporate the sugared kiwis. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker.
