I've been struggling a lot with something I want to write about when starting my business, and I've worked hard to overcome it.
By leaving my job as an employee and entering the business world, you step into a completely different environment.
In the business world, you need to grow and address your flaws.
You might have flaws in your employee job, but they may never be noticed by anyone.
But in business, these flaws will become very clear, and you must find a solution to address them; otherwise, your failure is certain.
If you've entered the business field for a while and your customer Excel doesn't have at least 10 new entries daily, you should take a look inside yourself gradually.
You need to take action to address issues like negligence, perfectionism, depression, and low self-esteem.
Many people suffer from these four issues, but since they are not on the path of growth, they may not realize these flaws throughout their lives and always find other reasons for their problems in life.
But you are a merchant, you don't have a fixed paycheck at the end of the month, and you have to strive to earn income and grow yourself.
Therefore, if you solve these problems within yourself, you achieve two victories.
The first victory is the growth and expansion of your personality, and the second victory is the increase in your income in business.
So what are you waiting for? Start right now and open your customer Excel and take a look at their number.
It doesn't matter if they greeted you first or just note the total number of your customers.
Then write down the number of months you've been in business times 240 next to this number.
For example, if you've been in business for three months, you should write down the number 720.
Now compare these two numbers. If the number of your customers is equal to or greater than this multiplication result, thank God and continue on the path.
But if the number of customers is less, pursue the roots of the four issues mentioned above within yourself.
At the beginning of my business, I suffered from perfectionism and low self-esteem, which caused me not to properly follow up with my customers and leave things incomplete.
I also didn't chase after greeting customers first and always waited for them to contact me.
But once I realized these flaws within myself, I came to the realization that the lack of my activities stemmed from these two issues, and I worked to address them.
Looking back now, I've realized that after addressing these two problems, my growth in business has significantly increased.
