Hello, good time. I am Mehdi Khodadadi, a trader dealing in various types of pipes and tapes from Mashhad.
The charity of knowledge is its dissemination.
As a trader from Arad who learned everything about commerce from scratch and started, I naturally gained experiences.
All these experiences have been expressed in the words of the esteemed Arad professors, and I only encountered them.
Since I had previously learned from the guidance of these dear ones, I passed through without worry or fear and achieved good results.
So, take the teachings seriously because along the way, it increases your speed, and you won't be confused or make wrong decisions that could lead to your loss and harm.
Here, I intend to share my first experience so that other friends pay attention to this matter.
In the first sale I had, I managed to convince the customer to pay me.
The customer was from Isfahan, and I told them that the desired goods would be sent from Isfahan itself to reduce your shipping costs, which was exactly what the customer cared about.
They deposited the money, and since I hadn't found a reliable supplier yet, I contacted someone in Isfahan.
After they sent me videos and pictures of their products, I placed an order for them to produce the goods.
At the beginning of the process, I made a down payment, and they sent me videos of the production process.
When the specified quantity was produced and transferred to the warehouse, I coordinated with the customer and settled with the producer, and they also sent the goods.
However, when the customer received the shipment, they objected, claiming that the product was of poor quality and not what they wanted.
I quickly contacted the manufacturer and conveyed the issue.
It was agreed that a sample of the requested product would be sent to their office for examination.
The customer personally took the sample to their office, and the person there accepted that the product was of poor quality.
It was decided to reproduce and resend the item.
At this point, I went to Mr. Shabani in the Arad office, where we used to gather for Friday meetings.
I explained the situation, and they said I had to go to Isfahan myself, but I was lazy and didn't go.
I should have gone in person, but I didn't.
For you, if such an incident happens wherever you are, you should go and be present.
From this point on, for about a year, the customer and the producer did not coordinate on the delivery and shipment of goods because the customer said to send the goods first, and then they would return them.
The producer said they had to return them first before delivering the goods.
In this story, I realized that the person who supplied me had bought from another place, and due to the incident, that gentleman was also notorious in this industry.
After a while, he gathered his things and left.
I waived my profit and, through coordination with the customer, sent the money to ensure a quality product was delivered.
It was agreed that this incident would happen again, and my mind was at ease.
After about a year, the customer contacted me again, saying that this gentleman had not yet delivered my goods, and you are responsible because I gave you the money.
The customer was right, and I pursued this issue, but the supplier came up with various excuses.
They blamed the customer because the prices had increased compared to before, and the supplier had taken and spent the money, and the original supplier was not traceable. In the end, it came to a complaint, and the customer complained against both of us.
After about a year of correspondence with the court, both of us were convicted, and I fulfilled my share, and the customer was satisfied.
Now we are still in contact.
I mentioned all of this to get to this point: at the beginning of your work, follow the guidance of the Arad professors and consult wherever you get stuck.
Then, exactly do what they recommend so that an incident like this doesn't make you discouraged and, in the end, doesn't cause you to abandon your business, blaming Arad for all the faults. Good luck.

In the name of God
Greetings to Arad's dear ones worldwide.
One crucial aspect consistently emphasized by esteemed Arad executives is prioritization and aligning oneself with a path.
Priorities significantly impact the path and achieving goals.
If, for example, the path is sports, but it is not our priority, we will neither succeed in that path nor reach our goal.
Therefore, we must correctly set the course and determine what we are pursuing to align ourselves with it.
The path we are on must be consistent with our priorities and goals to lead us to that safe point. If our path is commerce, we must align our priorities with it and act accordingly.
We cannot deceive ourselves, saying money is our priority when, in reality, our priorities are things and people that have no connection to money and do not harmonize with our business.
Let's be honest with ourselves in our work so that, God willing, with the help of Arad's teachings and adherence to them, the path becomes smoother for us.

Hello! One of the key points in communication, whether in-person or virtual, is the impact of a smile.
The effect that friendliness has on our audience is significant.
People generally prefer interactions with pleasant and smiling individuals, steering clear of gloomy and frowning personalities.
Try to look at yourself in the mirror at least once a day and wear a smile.
It is highly effective in captivating your audience.
Our Prophet, who had immense dignity, conveyed thousands of greetings and blessings to him and his pure family, had a great influence and captivated everyone.

In the name of the merciful and compassionate God,
Greetings to all dear and honorable individuals.
(Our recommendation is to first join the renowned company Arad Branding to transform your economic life.)
The pleasant feeling of showing respect and being respected is exactly the sense of tranquility at the very moment you enter a place where everyone strives to capture your attention.
Similar to when your words are heard, and the touch conveys a golden sense of dignity and respect, your brilliance shines.
Whoever comes, let them be honorable, and wherever they are, let them be respected!
As Mary Curry says: Respect knows no big or small, poverty or wealth, ugliness or beauty and showing respect is a mutual act.
We cannot enter a grand event where the host has prepared everything in our honor with dirty and wrinkled clothes;
We cannot expect to earn respect from others without showing respect towards them; to wear the crown of respect on our heads.
Appropriate behavior and courtesy, in team activities, work situations, and even in family relationships, lead to not only increased closeness but also mutual respect in our connections.
