This is not for brides who want to look cute for photos in their satin kimonos. They are definitely for convenience! Just for reference, I'm 4'11'' and I feel like that is a good length for me considering almost everything is too long! This bathrobe is luxurious. Like what one would find in a hotel. It is a bright white color with the word "bride" embroidered in gold on the left side. The fabric is terry fabric and is good at wicking away moisture. I'm not giving 5 stars because of the heat! That's usually a desire for a bathrobe, but a bride may not want to wear it in preparation for her big day when she doesn't want to get hot. Taking it to a cold destination or living in a cooler city will be the perfect climate for it.

The arms were so long that I couldn't even roll them up to allow the use of my hands, plus the weight of the fabric was so heavy that it was impossible to try to do my hair or makeup while wearing the robe. The material did not soften in the wash although I would say it "washes well". The "bride" monogram in the font is not modern to my taste, however the threading quality is nice. Mixed feeling… I really like the bathrobe however I had to order a second time because the first time House of Fraser claimed the item was gone and out of stock for them to re-order on my behalf. However, there was a lot of stock, so I ordered myself. When it was shipped it still had the security tag. I found House of Fraser customer service to be unhelpful. By far the worst I have ever experienced. It's a shame the product, but I'm reluctant to order from the company again. Similarly, the customer service is pretty bad whenever there's a problem or issue with my orders, which seems to be pretty common.
