I am writing an actual review of this towel rack. It's well made, not cheap. Stable. Well done. Includes all the hardware needed to install on drywall...two types of drywall anchors (the screw type I recommends and the expandable plastic ones I don't use), screws, and an Allen key for the back plates. The only thing that would simplify the installation is a template and if they give you measurements for the space. I assume they use the same instruction sheet for all the different lengths. By the way, the spacing for the 30' bar is 30 1/2", which is an odd number because it prevents two studs from hitting. In general, it would be better if they made these bars a little longer so that the mounts will be 32" apart at least in the US market. The instructions are short but readable and precise. The bar is shipped in a very well-padded case that protects the finish well. I used the bar to level the mount, marked the bottom of each mounting piece, removed the mounting brackets and measured 1/2" from the bottom mark for the bottom hole in the bracket. That worked fine for me. 
Double check your level and use the smallest part you need to see if you have a stud. I arranged mine to catch the stud at one end. If you are worried that someone might use the bar as grab bar, bought some Molly drywall for the other end...they need a bigger hole but stronger. Overall, it's a good product and looks good on the wall. Perfect! Just perfect! Just the right size and with an oil rubbed bronze finish! The electricians who rewired the old knob-and-pipe house... let's just say they're not a strong suit in cosmetic wall repair. That said, I did my best to fix the large hole that was left, but fixing woodworking isn't my strong point either. My easy solution is the "cover-up". . . a hand towel ring or hook would be too small and expose too much of my ugly repair. I need to find a towel rack with mounts (oil rubbed bronze is better) that will fit in the 16.5-inch space and hold a full size towel to cover my repair job. Simple when you think about it (smiles). After visiting big box stores and searching, I finally found this rod on Amazon! Not only is it beautiful, but it is the perfect size and finish! The piece comes packaged in its own plastic bag with instructions and screws needed for installation. It took a few minutes to install and wah-lah! The result is a durable and well-designed towel rack that will hide repairs with towels. It's perfect!

When I was trying to remove the bend and put on new strips, I tried to take it easy, but the tab broke. Did I mention they are incredibly good? I had to use tweezers to pull out the glue. The strip refused to come off. In my infinite stupidity, I even gave him a little pressure. The strip was stuck to the wall so tightly that it tore the paper off the drywall. Con: Now I have to patch and paint my wall. In the process I also broke the plastic mount. I can find extra strips, but no replacement mounts. This meant I had to buy a whole new bar. I like bars, but I don't like buying all new hardware when all I need is a piece of plastic. I don't consider strips, because I always have extra. All the necessary plumbing is not available in the US.
