On behalf of myself and the writing team, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the honorable president and his esteemed family on the birth of this little Aradi. We would like to emphasize that a daughter is a divine blessing upon the members of a household, and how fortunate are the parents to whom God grants a daughter.

On this occasion, a camel was also sacrificed yesterday so that God may bless the presence of this newborn.

12. The News That Was Not Supposed to Be Revealed Today.

The news that we are revealing today to you, dear traders and employees, was originally supposed to be announced after the festival and on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of Arad Branding. However, the senior managers decided to present this news today as a gift to Aradi traders in celebration of the birthday of the honorable president’s daughter.

To not keep you waiting any longer, I explicitly announce that in all provinces of the country, offices will be arranged by Arad Branding to accommodate at least 20 Aradi traders.

The cost of leasing and renting these elegant and high-class offices, which will be located in prime areas of the provincial capitals, as well as the necessary equipment in these offices, including beautiful desks and chairs, signage, refrigerators, and more, will be fully covered by Arad Branding.

Aradi traders who will be stationed in these offices should take responsibility for their own high-class appearance in terms of clothing, accessories, and personal laptops.

The estimated initial cost of equipping each office in the provincial capitals at the time of setup ranges between 500 million to 1 billion tomans, and the annual operating expenses for the year 1404 (2025-2026) are also estimated to be within the same range of 500 million to 1 billion tomans.

 

13. How to Manage This Office 

First, a manager must be appointed for each office.

Alongside this manager, six individuals will serve as the board of directors to assist in making minor office decisions.

The selection of the office manager and the six board members, totaling seven individuals, will be the responsibility of Arad Branding.

Those interested in being chosen as one of the seven key members of each office should complete the following form.

Arad Branding prioritizes the following criteria for approval.

  1. Membership in the festival
  2. Promotion
  3. Level of participation in website comments
  4. Level of participation in meetings
  5. Level of involvement in various Arad Branding projects

 

14. Selection of Other Members Stationed in the Provincial Trade Office

After the seven main members of the office are determined, 13 additional members and possibly more, depending on the office's capacity, will be selected from among the other traders in the festival.

 

15. Note for More Active Provinces

Since this news was supposed to be announced after the festival, the number of offices was going to be determined based on the number of festival members. However, due to the early announcement, we would like to inform you that provinces whose festival membership does not even reach 20 members will still have at least one office, so there is no need for concern.

For provinces with more than 20 active members in their festival, multiple offices will be set up in the capital city of that province.

According to the current statistics, the following provinces will have more than one office.

Tehran: 5 offices

Qom: 3 offices

Mashhad: 2 offices

Isfahan: 2 offices

Tabriz: 2 offices

Please note that these offices are specifically for Aradi traders and are separate from the offices for employees.

Keep in mind that each office will have seven board members, so in Tehran, we will have 35 board member traders and at least 100 traders stationed in the offices, God willing. The same calculation will be applied for other provinces.

 

16. Start and Launch of These Offices

According to the timeline, this news was supposed to be announced near March 9th, coinciding with the 19th anniversary of Arad Branding, and we were to see the first office launch in 2025. However, due to the sweetness of the occasion of the president’s daughter’s birthday, the first office will be launched in the second half of February.

The costs for leasing and equipping the offices will be covered by Arad Branding, but finding a suitable location for the office, considering its location and interior design, will be the responsibility of the board members of that office.

Naturally, the sooner Aradi traders act, the sooner the offices will be operational.

 

17. Funding Source for This Plan

Since Arad Branding has not taken out a single rial loan from any bank during its 18 years of activity and has not received any financial gifts or support from any government or private institution, and does not intend to change this practice, as it believes that receiving funds from any source would compromise its intellectual independence and that of its traders, the funding source for these costly plans must also be clear.

The funding for this plan and other similar plans comes from the promotion fees paid and 10% of the traders' profits from their businesses, and Arad Branding is not connected to any other financial sources.

 

18. Inform All Aradi Traders About This Plan.

In order to ensure no one says they were unaware of the registration process to become a board member, please spread this news to all traders you know.
