9. Article 512 of the Civil Procedure Code
If a wife requests her dowry from her husband, he may file for a claim of financial incapacity (‘Isaar’).
It means that he finds it challenging to pay the dowry in full and requests the court to allow him to pay it in installments.
However, Article 512 exempts certain professions from this right. Specifically, it states that if a man is in a particular profession, he cannot file a claim of incapacity, even if he tries to do so, as his request will not be accepted.
The profession singled out is none other than commerce.
As Aradis, we understand this message, and so does the rest of Iran.
What do we feel?
Pride.
A sense of honor.
A feeling of uniqueness in having a profession that no one else has.
Even the lawmakers have not applied this rule to car showroom owners.
They haven’t mentioned manufacturers, either.
Factory owners are allowed to claim financial incapacity.
But traders cannot, and this is a source of pride for us at Arad.
However, when the people of Iran hear this, what feeling do they experience other than fear of entering commerce?
A man might think, “If I enter trade and engage in an export deal, and my wife later asks for a divorce, I won’t be able to claim incapacity. So, maybe I shouldn’t enter this field.”
Those who argue that Arad should disclose every aspect of trade right from day one may believe that disclosing just this fact would drive people away from commerce. But would people still choose to become traders?
Statistics show that out of every 100 Iranians, 85 turn to the stock market, digital currencies, or other forms of interest-based investments.
Even with Arad’s dedicated efforts, this statistic doesn’t exceed 5 out of 100. And according to the esteemed Mr. Ghorbani, the current figure stands at 3%.
Now imagine if this fact were further highlighted—how low would that percentage drop?
Some have aimed to make commerce less accessible in this country, leading to the current state of the economy.
They have used various tactics to deter people from trade, including fear-inducing messages, intimidating laws, and media portrayals that depict commerce as fraud.
These same individuals have become promoters of banks, the stock market, digital currencies, and pyramid schemes.
And now, you are the enterprise owners facing the Iranian public.
You can make commerce seem challenging and drive people away from it.
I have a message for Aradi traders
Don’t you feel a thrill knowing that Arad, with the support of its business enterprises, has guided you into a profession so distinguished that even friends and foes alike recognize its uniqueness?
Don’t you wish to persevere on this path so that you’ll be remembered as an exceptionally unique individual among your family?
Isn’t it unfortunate to not prioritize commerce, instead giving preference to other matters?
I have frequently seen comments like, “I was dealing with issues and stayed away from Arad’s site for a while.”
My question is, during those difficult times, why didn’t you take a break from Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp?
Why didn’t you stop web surfing or watching unhelpful movies and shows?
Why don’t your children stop attending low-value schools or universities?
Why abandon commerce and Arad at the first sign of trouble, but not distance yourself from meaningless activities?
By doing so, you’re only harming yourself.
10. Take Leads and Signals Seriously.
If you genuinely want to achieve significant profits in trade, the first thing you need to secure for your business is leads and signals.
These represent potential customers who, through negotiation, can be converted into money and contracts.
Leads and signals come in two forms.
1. They initiate contact with you.
2. You initiate contact with them.
Naturally, the second approach is more challenging from a psychological perspective, but its advantage is that you’re never left waiting for leads and signals or feeling that you don’t have any.
Commit to yourself: the more leads and signals, the better.
Whether it’s one or ten, but serious and full-time work involves engaging with ten.
But if one day you find that you have zero new leads and signals, consider that day as a reflection of your own lack of effort.
If you want people to reach out to you, you need to focus on branding.
Branding can be achieved either through Arad’s promotions or by developing your independent media presence.
Through the Easy Access Chart, you can connect with the Branding Commission, who can further guide you on how to permanently resolve issues related to leads, signals, and their scarcity.
And this is only the beginning.
It’s like a goalkeeper passing the ball to the defense.
This story is ongoing…
11. Removal of Trade House (Tejarat Khane) Services and Advertorial for Zero Participation Rate
Today is the third day of the testing program.
Currently, 2659 Aradi traders receive Trade House and Advertorial services, with their branding handled by Arad in these two areas. The remaining Aradi traders have either completed these services or did not participate in previous programs.
Over the past week, all individuals with a participation rate of zero—meaning they neither comment nor take any tests—will be removed from the Trade House and Advertorial services. According to test statistics, there are over 2,000 such traders.
Arad has received numerous reports indicating that these individuals, due to lack of training, exhibit extremely poor behavior with customers and are also not engaging in training sessions.
To protect its brand and that of active traders, Arad will remove the names and contact numbers of all 2,000 individuals from the Trade House and website. If an active trader is available for the same product, their name will be assigned instead.
This way, these 2,000 individuals will no longer receive calls on their phones, which might prompt them to reconsider their approach.
If they do not change, it indicates that they were never invested in receiving these calls, and they likely weren’t responding to customers anyway.
So, it’s better to reassign these branding opportunities to active traders who can turn them into profit.
12. Results of Trader Participation in the October 31 Test
The number of participants slightly increased from 590 to 619 yesterday.
Below is a visual representation of the score chart.
Comparing results with the previous day shows that traders are reading the site more carefully.
Not only did we have no zero scores yesterday, unlike the day before, but also, a score of 20 had the highest frequency, whereas a score of 18 was the most common the day before.
Certainly, we are improving each day, and this progress promises lucrative business opportunities for you.
Failure to participate in the daily test reduces traders’ monthly services by 3% per day, and not posting comments on the site decreases services by 1% daily.
As an incentive, daily engagement strengthens your business, enabling you to earn substantial profits from trading. You will gladly pay both your business’s share and Arad’s 10% share.
Join the daily trader test channel to keep your participation rate high and retain your branding services.

13. Results of the Business Enterprise Test Participation on October 31
The number of participating business enterprises slightly decreased from 671 to 647.
Below is a chart showing the score distribution.
Attention to detail among enterprises has also improved, despite the relatively challenging test on the promotions page.
Enterprises that skip the test without a valid reason receive up to 12 warnings. If no improvement is made, their listing will be permanently removed.
In the coming days, we’ll discuss these 12 stages leading up to the removal of an enterprise.
We recommend not letting it come to that point; join the channel and take the tests seriously.

14. Senior Management Meetings for Traders, Saturday to Tuesday at 10 p.m.
Senior managers plan to initiate a new season of meetings.
With Arad's recent strict standards regarding site engagement and meeting times, it is expected that Arad members will return more committed, aiming for large meetings of a thousand participants.
We encourage business enterprises to invite traders to these meetings so we can share a magnificent hour together, starting tomorrow, Saturday.
Nightly meetings have historically provided traders with the highest value, even when senior managers weren’t present.
Senior managers also emphasize the importance of Aradi traders taking the Business School and podcasts seriously to elevate the level of these meetings.
Access the meetings via the website menu or the Easy Access Chart at the end of this announcement.
15. Foreign Representatives in Iran and Traders with Promotion Level 9 and Above
Currently, foreign representatives from four countries—Tunisia, Iraq, Armenia, and India—are in Iran, ready for B2B meetings with Aradi traders at Promotion Level 9 and above.

16. Don’t Forget to Comment.
Every day you skip leaving a comment, you lose approximately 1% of the services that Arad would provide according to your promotion level.
In the coming days, we’ll enhance the participation scoring system to better illustrate how those with active involvement receive more services, while those with minimal participation miss out.
Then, if anyone claims they are unsuccessful, you can see that their lack of success is due to their own absence from the site, lack of comments, and test participation.
Even if you disagree, write down your opinions. It’s better to voice your opposition and receive a solid response from the author than to stay silent, leaving you with a lingering sense of hesitation and missing out on services.
