7. Removal of All Services for 1339 Aradi Members from Promotion, until Further Notice

Four days have passed since the implementation of the test and comment plan, yet 1339 traders receiving promotional services from Arad have neither participated in the test nor engaged in comments.

There are only two possibilities.

1. Either they are completely unaware of the Arad site and have no information about us.
2. Or they are aware but unwilling to comply.

In either case, expecting Arad staff to exert themselves for such a group is foolish.

Clearly, these individuals are unlikely to succeed in trade, and there is no hope of them contributing the expected 10% profit to Arad, as they will likely not make any profit. And if they do manage a small gain, they will probably not contribute.

Therefore, Arad is in the process of removing all services for these individuals in the hope that they may return.

The file below lists these individuals for everyone’s awareness.

The purpose of publishing this file is twofold.

1. For business enterprise owners to see if there are any familiar names, they may advise them to reconsider.
2. For others to recognize these are the same individuals who may later claim they followed all of Arad's instructions and still failed.

Arad does not wish to expend energy on people for whom Arad plays no part in their lives.

Instead, it aims to focus its resources on the passionate Aradi members who have woven Arad into their lives.

Certainly, God will strengthen us when He sees we do not waste our energy in vain places.

8. Distrust of Some Foreign Representatives Toward Aradis

And how beautifully Imam Zain al-Abidin (peace be upon him) expressed it:

"The most despicable of God’s creatures are those who obtain their sustenance from a place and then use part of that sustenance against the very place that provided it."

People often believe such simple, negative remarks, leading them to either withdraw from collaboration with Arad or continue with heightened suspicion.

They might even spend time with the one who badmouthed Arad, only to find themselves in a miserable situation. Eventually, they give up on trade altogether, feeling too ashamed to return to Arad, knowing they betrayed their own path.

In the meantime, the actions of some untrained Aradis who lack understanding of Arad's structure fuel this mistrust even further.

These are the same individuals who, as explained before, either don't follow training or read the news but choose to disregard them.

Their clumsy behavior adds to the distrust foreign representatives may feel toward us.

Some Aradis believe that being an Arad representative means total obedience, as if representatives must blindly follow every instruction.

Dear traders

This perception is far from reality.

Doesn’t Arad employ staff members?

Staff members receive salaries and insurance, right?

Even they don’t blindly obey every instruction.

Nowadays, even employees assess instructions, and if it makes sense to them, they comply; otherwise, they find ways around it.

So, do not assume that a representative will always say “yes” to whatever you say.

Being a representative means that if they were a stranger, they might not even listen to what you have to say.

However, because they are a representative, they are open to hearing your business proposal.

They have their own reasoning and will evaluate the proposal logically.

If your proposal seems beneficial to them—if working with you and marketing for you promises wealth—they will join you. If not, they won’t, and neither you nor we can force them.

This principle applies to staff, business enterprise owners, and even to yourself.

If Arad has been able to direct you, and you have quickly and without question agreed, they will also respond with compliance.

Therefore, the right approach is to first become friends, allies, and companions with them.

Then, negotiate with them so they understand that collaborating with you can yield good profits.

The next step is to simplify trade.

If people think it’s lucrative but too complicated, they won’t enter.

They want the prospect of good earnings with a straightforward process.

So, you must present trade and making good money as easy, not difficult.

This way, you’ll see them stepping up for you and making sales as well.

Once sales begin, the distinction between difficulty and ease becomes irrelevant to them, and they will undertake even the hardest tasks to grow your business.

This is what we call a "web-like trade."

It means creating connections in different countries to serve as direct trade links to your business.

Promotion level 5 and above traders have access to foreign representative connections.

Lower-level promotion traders can make connections with foreigners on their own, outside of Arad’s resources, only to realize how difficult it is to get a foreigner even to respond to a simple greeting. They’ll then better appreciate that the promotion fees Arad collects merely cover the salaries of those who facilitate these promotion services. If they were to hire similar staff themselves, it would cost several times more than the promotion fees. This is the efficiency Arad brings—providing the service at a much lower price.

9. Customers Should Save Your Number.

When a customer connects with you in your business, make sure to ask them to save your number after the first conversation.

You should also save their number.

Business enterprise owners should not forget to do the same with potential trade entrants.

When they save your number, you will be able to see their WhatsApp statuses, and they will have the same capability with yours.

In many other platforms, it will also show you to each other.

Now the question is, do you have any daily videos or photos to share as statuses?

If your audience sees that you have fresh content to post every day, their trust in you will significantly increase.

This will also enhance their accessibility to you.

Accessibility accounts for 50% and trust accounts for 40% of trade.

This means that if this customer sees your statuses daily, their likelihood of making a purchase will become much higher.

The second step is to ask them which platform they use the most on social media.

Let them know that you will send them files after your conversation for them to review.

The more documentary videos and photos you have of your work, the more eager they will be to collaborate with you.

For example, presenting foreign representatives for promotion level 5 and above, or advertising in domestic trade channels for promotion level 7 and above, or advertising in export channels for promotion level 8 and above—all of these are aimed at giving audiences more videos, photos, and information about you.

Today's world is one of abundant information, and you will become wealthy when you can engage people with your content.

The more useful information you provide about yourself and your trade to your target audience, the more assured your path to wealth becomes.

The farther people are from your trade, the less likely they are to make a purchase.

We recommend that business enterprise owners send at least seven videos from the latest short videos of Arad Branding in 60 seconds after the first call, which should be a money-related conversation. Remind them that these are just a glimpse of our achievements in a single day.

In trade, it’s the same.

You are generally not in direct contact with consumers.

You are mostly interacting with those who buy your products to resell.

Produce documents that demonstrate how collaborating with you is profitable for your buyers.

This advice may seem heavy for someone who hasn’t previously developed their business acumen, but once you familiarize yourself with this structure for a while, you will see that posting a status is a two-minute task.

10. Student Day (Congratulations or Condolences)

We extend our warmest congratulations on Student Day to all students in this land, especially to the children of traders, employees, and foreign representatives of Arad.

However, a question lingers in my mind.

If you see a newly married couple sitting in a car, enjoying the early moments of their life together, would you feel happy for them?

Certainly, any free-minded person would feel joy.

Now, what if you were to learn that just a few minutes later, the car they are in is headed for a cliff, leading to their demise? Could you still feel joy at that moment while they are enjoying each other's company?

You certainly could not.

This is the situation with our students.

We feel joy when we see their energy and enthusiasm in schools.

But when we know that their energy is being wasted on useless and trivial subjects, and that the vibrancy of their youth is being drained away by these impractical lessons, we are left with nothing but sorrow. In a few years, these students could turn into addicted, unproductive young people with no impact on society, turning our initial sweetness into bitterness.

And no other place remains for congratulations and joy, and a person only tries to endure a pain in their chest.

Indeed, these children, teenagers, and young adults are in the process of learning.

Education is important, but what kind of education?

As Imam Ali (peace be upon him) stated, true knowledge is that which brings benefit in this world and the hereafter; any knowledge that does not serve this purpose is taught by the devil.

Do our sciences genuinely benefit our students in the afterlife?

Do they benefit them in this world?

If you believe they do, then bless the teacher who imparts this knowledge to our students.

However, if you say there is no benefit, may God curse the teacher who deceives our children and destroys their lives for the sake of a meager paycheck.

These children dedicate twelve years of their lives, their most formative years, to these teachers with utmost obedience.

How wonderful it would have been if they had dedicated just one of those years to Arad.

We didn’t even need twelve years.

Here at the business school, his character could also develop.

He could also make money,

connect with foreigners,

become friendly and cheerful,

and be a professional negotiator.

He could become a top trader.

They could have become distinguished traders.

By dedicating all their time to trade, they would have had no other life concerns and would have become a precious gem.

Instead, they spent their youthful years in a place with little benefit, traversing the wrong paths of life. After enduring the hardships of time, only half of their vitality reaches Arad, at an age when, as most of you know, the spring of your youth is slipping away, surrounded by life's difficulties.

Alas, for this wasted life and the countless endeavors squandered on misguided paths.

How much would you truly be willing to pay to have been told at the age of fifteen or sixteen that one's sustenance is divided into ten portions, and that nine of those portions belongs to trade?

And instead of heading down fruitless paths, you could have entered the world of trade?

How much would you have been willing to spend for that?

This cost is only one part of the value of those enterprises who tell people what trade is and invite them into the world of commerce.

Whether people accept it or not depends on their fortune or misfortune, but undoubtedly the Lord who exists and sees records the merits of the enterprises, and in a place of His choosing, He grants them their rewards.

11. Results of the Traders' Test from Yesterday

Arad only considers itself bound to those who regard themselves as committed to the Arad structure.

925 people participated yesterday, which, thank God, has increased compared to the previous day (which had 855 participants).

The rest, since it doesn't matter to them whether Arad maintains its dignity or not, also don't care if they become wealthy or stay in poverty.

The names of all active participants in the tests and comments are being communicated to all promotional service units according to the participation coefficient formula. Units are advised not to put any effort into those with a zero participation coefficient or those with low participation.

From this group, no trader will emerge; it only increases the burden on you employees.

However, for those with a high participation coefficient, even if you tire yourselves, it is not in vain.

These are the ones who will bring honor to the country, and the trades they engage in will strengthen the dignity of Islam and Shiism.

So, assist those who take trade seriously, for helping them is helping all the people of Iran.

12. Results of the Enterprise Owners' Test from Yesterday

The participation of business enterprises has reached 735 people.

The test plan, with the growth it has experienced in just a few days, shows that Aradis are taking Arad seriously.

We will surely witness the brilliant results of the plan in the coming days.

I just don’t understand those few people who score below 10.
