7. End of the Festival
While expressing our appreciation and gratitude to all the traders who accompanied us during this festival and extended their cooperation, we hereby announce the conclusion of the festival.
Those who make new payments for promotions from today onwards will not be considered part of the festival, and the promotional prices will be determined according to the new resolution.
Clause: Those who participated during the festival period and agreed that part of their payment would be made later will be treated according to the same agreement.
Mentioning four points regarding the executive resolutions for festival members is worthwhile.
1. The minimum number of international business trips that we will have next year for festival members, with the presence of senior executives, will be 10 business trips.
2. It is predicted that we will meet at least 12 trade delegations from different countries in Iran next year.
3. By God's will, we will have at least 20 gatherings and meetings with factory owners and reputable traders in the country in the year 1404, which will be held in groups and collectively hosted for more than 400 people.
These three matters are exclusively for traders who are festival members, and Arad Branding's financial department is currently consolidating traders' orders, especially in the final days.
Dear ones whose names have not appeared in the table during these days should not be worried because all payments have been recorded, and those whose names are not in the table will also be considered in the festival's final list.
8. Enhancement of Promotion Quality
In 1404, all Aradi traders, whether festival members or non-members, will witness an improvement in the quality of promotions.
There are two reasons for this.
The first reason is that Arad Branding has acquired new offices in two new cities, Tehran and Arak, and has recruited a larger workforce. Naturally, this increase in human resources, proportional to the volume of traders' promotions, will lead to an improvement in quality.
The second reason is that the mentors and international negotiators have reached complete stability in their schedules and will work with greater focus on the quality of foreign representatives.
We will certainly operate with better quality next year regarding promotion matters, both in domestic trade and exports.
However, Arad traders should be aware that:
Arad Branding’s financial resources are supplied through two channels:
1. Promotions
2. Paying 10% profit from your trades
The more these two financial sources of Arad are strengthened, the more, as you know, Arad is not inclined to accumulate money, buy property, land, or anything similar, but instead reinvests that money into the trade cycle, fills system gaps, or employs it in a way that yields greater profit for your trades.
So please refrain from undermining promotions and profit payments to Arad.
If someone intends to take a promotion or pay their profit share, encourage them because undermining it brings nothing but loss for yourselves, while encouragement leads to collective growth.
9. Appointment of Commercial Office Managers
Nine individuals have been appointed as the first managers of commercial offices in the provincial centers.
- Tehran - Abdolreza Kasra
- Tehran - Ghasem Fereidouni
- Tehran - Abbas Ghafarpoor
- Mashhad - Mehdi Khodadadi
- Qom - Mehdi Khosravani and his wife Fatemeh Entesari
- Qom - Ahad Rahmani
- Karaj - Mehdi Afshar
- Yazd - Ali Akbar Makouei
- Qazvin - Nayereh Ashouri
Initial discussions with these honorable individuals have been conducted.
The procedure is as follows: These individuals will take action to find an office with good potential, and after approval by Mr. Mohsen Esmaeili, Vice President of Arad Branding’s Policy Council, financial payments for leasing and renting the office, followed by its full equipment, will be made.
After the office is set up, other traders will be informed so that they can also start working in the office.
Arad considers four criteria for a trader’s presence in the office, of which having at least two is essential.
1. Having Promotions 10, 11, and 12
2. Having regular trades and paying 10% profit
3. Regular participation in website comments, meaning daily check-ins
4. At least one year has passed since their entry into Arad
The office managers have been selected from among Promotion 12 traders who have been active in Arad for more than a year and participate daily in comments.
In the coming days, further announcements will be made regarding managers in other cities of the country.
10. Allocation of Budget for Offices and Luxury Cars
Arad Branding allocates 10% of the promotion payments made by traders in a city to leasing, renting, and equipping commercial offices in that specific city, as well as providing one or more luxury cars for the traders of that city.
For example, today, an office has been designated for Qazvin. If we later see that traders from Qazvin are making high promotion payments, Arad will increase the number of offices in Qazvin from one to two or three, or even more.
If the promotion payments from Qazvin traders continue to rise, Arad will also provide them with a luxury car so they can negotiate their trades with greater confidence.
In summary, it has been decided that 10% of the promotion payments made by traders in a city will be spent on enhancing their own credibility.
I have been working at Arad Branding for more than ten years, and I testify that the more Arad Branding prospers, the more it invests in the further growth of you, the traders. It is nothing like other places that take their money and invest it elsewhere.
Every bit of the money is reinvested in this very trade and is used for the growth of Arad traders.
The old members know this well, and the new ones will gradually come to realize it.
11. Response to the Doubt About "Nine-Tenths of Wealth Lies in Trade"
Recently, two doubts have been raised regarding the subjects discussed in our writings.
The first doubt is why we frequently say that "nine-tenths of wealth lies in trade" and why we shouldn't say it.
In response to the first doubt, the documented narrations from the Prophet of God regarding this statement are so numerous that they leave no room for debate.
Furthermore, let me remind you again that Abjad (Arabic script as specifically codified for writing the Arabic language) is a science that determines the numerical relationship between words. There is a narration from the Prophet of God stating: "Learn Abjad, for in it, many signs of this world will be revealed to you."
Numbers cannot be denied.
We calculate the Abjad value of "Wealth" (Tharwat): Th (500), R (200), W (6), T (400) → Total: 1106
We calculate the Abjad value of "Trade" (Tijarat): T (400), J (3), A (1), R (200), T (400) → Total: 1004
Now, we divide 1004 by 1106 to see how much of wealth is encompassed by trade.
Do the division, and you will see that the result is exactly nine-tenths, or 90%.
The great contemporary exegete, the late Allameh Tabatabai (may Allah elevate his rank), in his interpretation Tafsir al-Mizan, under verse 10 of Surah Jumu’ah, goes beyond the nine-tenths and quotes a narration from Ibn Abbas, who was a great hadith scholar and a senior companion of the Messenger of Allah.
The narration quoted by Allameh is as follows:
"O people of Quraysh, do not let the non-Arabs surpass you in trade, for sustenance has twenty doors, nineteen of which are for the trader, and one for the manufacturer."
O people of Quraysh, beware that strangers do not surpass you in trade because, indeed, sustenance has 20 doors, 19 of which belong to the trader, and one to the producer and manufacturer.
We quote the narration of the Prophet that states sustenance is divided into ten parts, nine of which are in trade.
And Allameh cites a narration stating that sustenance is divided into twenty parts, with nineteen for the trader.
Now, where do workers and employees stand in this sustenance?
Allameh allocated one part to producers.
Workers and employees receive only a tiny share of that one part allocated to producers.
Do you think a producer gives away much of his profit to his employees and workers?
Dear ones who question why we speak so highly of trade, I swear to God, it is not our fault that Allah has designed the creation of this world in such a way that money is placed in trade.
Whatever your profession is, go complain to your Lord and ask:
"O Allah, why have You given so much honor to trade and not to my profession?" That’s why Ahmadi speaks about the virtues of trade so boldly, leaving me speechless because I cannot find similar virtues for my profession.
Well, it is not my fault that your profession is not mentioned in the Book of God, and no prophet or imam encouraged people to pursue your profession.
Besides, I am truly amazed—what are you doing here in the Arad website, the den of lion-hearted traders?
There are websites called "Workers’ Forum".
There are websites called "Employee Demands".
Go spend your time on those websites.
Do you enjoy self-torture by reading my writings?
And how beautifully did the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (peace be upon him), say: "Changing beliefs is harder than moving mountains."
For years, you have worked as an employee or laborer for others and achieved nothing. Now, instead of admitting that you have spent your life in ignorance and confusion and that you need to repent and change, you accuse us of bias.
12. Response to the Doubt About Charity (Infāq)
The second doubt raised is that some esteemed individuals have said that charity (Infāq) is only for others and that spending on one’s family does not count as charity. They claim that saying spending on oneself and one’s family is also charity is incorrect.
In response, I say that this is not merely our personal opinion.
The Book of God confirms the truth of our statement.
"They ask you, [O Muhammad], what they should spend. Say, Whatever you spend of good is [to be] for parents and relatives and orphans and the needy and the traveler." (Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 215)
First: It is narrated from Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) that he said:
When Allah says "Whatever you spend of good", He means the extra wealth a person has after saving themselves from hardship.
Second: Charity first reaches oneself, then one’s parents, and then one’s close relatives. And who is closer than one’s spouse, children, and grandchildren?
Strangers, including orphans, the needy, and stranded travelers, come at later stages.
In acts of worship, one of the most important factors is order. For example, if in prayer you prostrate before bowing, your prayer is invalid.
The same applies to charity. If your parents are in need, but you ignore them and donate to orphans instead, your charity is not accepted.
If the poor in your own city need help, but you overlook them and assist people in other cities, it will not be accepted.
If you leave your fellow Shia brothers in poverty and instead give money to followers of other sects, God will not accept it from you.
Go ahead, keep donating your money wherever you want. But on Judgment Day, you will see that you gained no reward from it—not to mention that people today do not see the 700-fold return of charity in their lives precisely because they do not follow the correct order of charity.
Instead, they donate based on their own desires rather than what their Lord has prescribed for them.
To reinforce this, I will quote another narration from the Messenger of God, in which he describes four types of charity. In all of them, the word "Anfaqtahu meaning "you spent it," is used.
Pay close attention to this narration:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A dinar you spend in the path of Allah,
A dinar you spend to free a slave,
A dinar you give in charity to the needy,
And a dinar you spend on your own family,
The greatest reward is for the dinar you spent on your family."
That was the word of God, and this is the speech of the Prophet of God.
Now go ahead—keep yourself, your wife, and your children in hardship while giving your money to others.
In the eyes of people, you may be the best, But in the eyes of your Lord...
