Arad Branding consists of four sections.

1. Arad Branding Organization
Announcements and programs of this organization are fully available on the Arad Branding website.
The site’s news, Business School, the School of Business and Integrity, educational podcasts, and meetings form the structure.
These structures are closely monitored and inspected by the senior managers of Arad Branding and are approved.
2. Employees of Arad Branding
These dear ones are engaged in providing services and consultations to merchants and representatives.
They are under the training and supervision of senior managers daily and weekly.
However, since some of their conversations with merchants and representatives are private, they cannot be fully referenced.
For example, someone says: Arad promised me things that were not fulfilled.
We ask, what promise?
They say things that we see have not been mentioned in any of the organizational structures of Arad Branding.
After following up, we find out that this promise was heard from one of the employees.
Now, God knows whether this person is telling the truth or lying.
Additionally, it is unclear what this person said to the Arad employee that led to such conversations.
For example, they show such enthusiasm and willingness to work and eagerness to learn that the employee says you will achieve such and such profit in two or three months.
Then this person only hears this and forgets the promises he made.
From the day they join Arad, they make no effort, and after the stated period, they come and say Arad promised and did not deliver.
Firstly, Arad Organization did not promise, an Arad employee did.
To better understand, we say each of you has a religion, and in your religion, there are individuals responsible for answering people's questions.
If that person makes a mistake or gives a wrong answer, do you turn away from your religion and lean towards another, or do you attribute the mistake to that individual?
Especially when you refer to your religious texts and see that the person's words completely contradict your religion's text.
Another point is that assuming that employee is entirely lying.
Does this mean that trade is useless or that Arad has had no impact on the lives of so many economic activists?
Therefore, instead of solidifying the fundamental aspects of your trade with Arad employees, align your core trade principles with the Arad Branding organization.
If the Arad employee’s words align with the texts and videos on the website, accept them, and if not, reject and do not accept them.
3 and 4. Aradi merchants and Representatives from Different Countries
These dear ones are also very respectable and valuable, and their experiences can be very helpful to you. However, we again say that you should make your main alliance with the texts and documents available on the Arad Branding website.
If the trader or representative’s words are consistent with those, accept them; if not, reject and do not accept them.
