Is trade easy or hard? What is the perspective of Arad Branding and business consultants who talk to people about entering the business world?

Before starting the article, we congratulate you on the auspicious occasion of the birth of Imam Mahdi to all of you esteemed individuals.

Last night, we celebrated the birth of our master and lord in the holy city of Qom, with the presence of a large gathering of Arad employees and merchants, and we enjoyed it.

We hope that the noble family will accept our tribute.

And now, to begin the article

Arad Branding believes that the key to saving the country is people's entry into trade.

By examining all the advanced and wealthy countries in the world, it becomes clear that poor countries are not much different from wealthy ones in many respects.

The main difference lies in the importance they give to trade.

Those who engaged in trade became wealthy, while the rest remained poor.

The criterion for a country's wealth is the specialized involvement of its people in trade, and other issues that unfortunately are considered a priority in many countries have little impact on the economy of the people.

Therefore, Arad endeavors to familiarize the people of Iran and the world with trade and to encourage them to engage in it.

People have two fundamental questions about entering business.

First question: Is there really money in trade?

In previous articles and discussions, dozens and hundreds of reasons have been established that money is indeed in trade, and now it is rare to find anyone who lives in Arad and disagrees with this unless they want to be obstinate.

So, regarding the first question, we all agree, and there is no debate about it.

Second question: Is trade difficult or easy?

The second question people ask is whether business is easy or difficult.

To this question, we provide both verbal and rational arguments, but read carefully if you truly seek an answer.

If you have been among the readers of the Arad Branding website, you have surely noticed that in numerous verses of the Quran, trade has been emphasized.

On the other hand, trade is recommended by our Prophet.

And as Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said: "I swear by God, I did not command anyone to do something unless I myself had done it beforehand, and I did not prohibit anyone from doing something unless I myself had refrained from it."

Therefore, it is evident that the occupation of our Prophet, the Commander of the Faithful, and other Imams was trade.

Could our Prophet say: "Sustenance is divided into ten parts, and nine of those are in trade, and the rest in other occupations,"

Does it mean to guide people to trade and choose another job?

Or could Imam Sadeq (peace be upon him) say: "Two-thirds of intellect is in trade," and then choose a profession other than trade for himself.

We seek refuge in God، would our Imam testify his own limited intellect !?

God forbid.

Or could Imam Ali (peace be upon him) say: "Engage in trade so that you become independent from what people possess," and then let his blessed existence be sustained by the Khums and alms of the people!!!!

It's impossible.

The infallible Imam is immune from commanding others to do something that he himself does not do.

There are numerous verses, traditions, and narrations extolling the virtues of trade and advising Shia Muslims to engage in it.

There are no such recommendations for any other profession.

If you can provide even one document stating, for example, that an infallible Imam has said: become a builder, carpenter, shepherd, teacher, or study medicine, become a judge, or be a horse and donkey driver.

We do not have even one recommendation for other professions.

Our pride lies in being merchants, a desire ordained by God for us while not for other occupations.

May one who cannot see becomes blind.

So, we understand that God, the Prophet, and the Prophet's successors have called upon people to engage in trade fervently.

Now the question arises that did they invite people to a difficult or an easy job?

A hadith narrated from the Messenger of God, agreed upon by Shia and Sunni, states that the Messenger of God repeatedly said among the people: "I have brought an easy religion for you."

Some may argue that we should be precise in the wording of the hadith, and it may be a fabricated hadith.

Do you accept God's words, or do you doubt them too?

God says in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 185:

"God intends for you ease, and He does not want difficulties for you."

So, if trade were difficult, it would contradict God's words.

Can we say, "O God, you, who have brought the tradition of the Prophet, said it was easy, while you wanted ease for us, even though you desired hardship?"

So, according to this verbal argument, it is established that trade is easy.

Proof of the Ease of Trade from a Rational Perspective

Now, let's move beyond quotes and words and focus on reason without compulsion.

Those who believe that trade is difficult should answer this question.

Is the difficulty of trade physical and bodily difficulty or mental and spiritual?

In trade, the heaviest thing you have to lift is your pen or your mobile phone.

What physical difficulty is there in trade?

You cannot even mention a physical difficulty in trade, while in all professions, without exception, there is physical difficulty.

A car driver must sit in the car for hours and suffer back pain to transport passengers.

A hairdresser must stand for hours.

Employees must sit behind a desk for hours, which is also physically challenging.

A utility worker for gas, electricity, water, and telephone must go into people's homes in extreme heat or cold, enduring physical hardship.

Do not even talk about builders, carpenters, and laborers who endure lots of physical hardships.

A footballer must endure a lot of pressure on his feet and back.

A doctor must be with patients, and endure the bad smell, which is the least difficulty for doctors.

The physical and bodily difficulty of trade is less than any other profession you can think of.

Some argue that the difficulty of trade is mental and psychological.

They say that in trade, one must become familiar with many terms, and this alone is challenging.

In trade, aside from negotiations, one must at least know several specialized terms such as lead and signal, how to obtain them, incoterms, customs for exports, packaging, product specifications, etc.

Knowing these is less than recognizing the medications in a pharmacy, the items available in a supermarket, or the parts inside a car for a mechanic, or the human body parts in diagnosing diseases and prescribing medications for a doctor.

Moreover, in trade, according to Arad's approach, which involves branding for lead and signal, even if a merchant wants to do it, they still don't need as much information as half of the goods in a supermarket.

What most people who believe that trade is difficult refer to is negotiation.

The conversion of signals into money.

They say that this is very difficult.

Response to an Important Question

If the difficulty is inherent in a task, does it diminish over time?

Let us provide an example.

You lift a weight.

It's heavy, let's say 40 kilograms.

You do this for two years, does the 40 kilograms weight become 20 kilograms?

A baker stands beside the oven, enduring intense heat.

Will the heat turn into coolness if the baker stays near the oven for a year?

A laborer stands near the square every morning to go to work and finds work in -10 degrees.

If they do this job for two years, will the temperature of -10 degrees turn into positive thirty degrees after two years to relieve them from the freezing cold?

On the contrary, we see that not only do these difficulties not diminish over time, but they inflict even more damage and pain on individuals as they age.

Yet, some say that the difficulty in commerce lies in negotiation.

Why isn't negotiating still hard after another year has passed?

Ask the old merchants if negotiating is difficultو they say no, quite the opposite, it's rather enjoyable.

Ask them how it was on the first day?

Some say it was difficult.

The question is: can something be difficult on the first day and then become easy if it's inherent to it?

For example, fire inherently brings burning.

If you put your hand in it this year, you'll burn, and if you do it next year, you'll still burn.

You burn every day, and the more you put in, the more you burn.

If there's difficulty in commerce, it doesn't mean it becomes easy over time.

The hard subject is hard, and it doesn't become easy over time.

It becomes evident that there's no difficulty in commerce.

Tell the old merchants: "we give you the same amount of money you make from commerce and go be a grocer, a teacher, a lawyer, or a player."

None of them will do it.

Ask why, even though we give them the same money they make from commerce, they still won't do it?

They say, "Because our work is easy, the rest is hard."

In commerce, there's no physical difficulty, nor is there mental difficulty.

All commerce is enjoyable.

It's love and pleasure.

You wake up whenever you want, sleep whenever you want.

If a customer calls and you don't answer them, when you do see the missed calls, you call them back.

Or you respond to their message.

There's no compulsion to leave home in the heat or cold.

Time and place are in your hands.

You are your own boss.

You're not worried about being fired or suspended.

You're cherished.

You're respected.

You're classy.

You're charismatic.

Because of this ease and the appealing money, no merchant can be found who would abandon commerce and cling to another job.

And there's a narration that someone informed Imam Sadiq (AS) that someone has given up commerce.

Imam said three times, "This is the work of Satan."

But there's no news of them saying such things about other jobs.

Because one must be deeply influenced by Satan to exchange such a dear, pleasant, and easy job for other tasks.

So why does Arad repeatedly say endure the hardships of commerce.

If you're not genuinely upset by the author's words and don't attack in the comments, continue reading.

Otherwise, if you're going to be upset, don't read it, and don't be upset with us either, and tell yourself that commerce is very difficult.

So if you can bear to listen, read it and promise, you won't be sulky.

From here on, the author addresses those who do not find commerce enjoyable but rather difficult, and believe that Arad's consultants have deceived them.

There is no difficulty in commerce, my dear, and the consultants have not lied to you.

The reason for the difficulty in your commerce today is your past disgraceful performance.

If you felt pain with the word "disgraceful", don't continue because what follows is even more painful.

The most important thing that commerce, especially negotiation, requires is intellect.

You're also a human being.

If in the past, you had spent your life on the growth and acquisition of intellect, you would have found commerce easy and enjoyable.

But oh, kind one, you wasted your years in any place other than intellectual growth.

You've kept your brain locked up.

You thought it was a car, and the fewer kilometers it had, the higher its price would be.

No dear, it's the opposite when it comes to intellect.

And you, a human being, your difference from animals is this intellect and eloquence.

But you didn't develop this intellect and eloquence, and you were active in other matters similar to animals and spent your time.

For this reason, your intellect didn't grow, and your eloquence didn't improve.

How many years has God given you?

70 years?

60 or 50?

40 or 30 or even 20?

Subtract the first seven years of infancy and childhood from your life.

How many years are left?

For each year, have you managed to gain an hour of wisdom, admonition, and experience from this creation system?

If we say that you, for example, has been given 47 years of life by God.

Now 47 minus 7 equals 40 years.

As long as these 40 years, tell us only 40 hours of things that when we hear them, we will say what wise words.

What sweet advice.

What growth points.

Can you?

If you say yes, we're sure you're not enduring any hardship in your journey of commerce, negotiation and lead or signal.

Not only are you not enduring hardships, but you see commerce as a beloved that you've been separated from for years and have just reunited with, then you'll be immersed in joy and delight.

But if you can't, it means you haven't utilized the intellect and eloquence that God has bestowed upon you properly.

So, what were you doing in these years?

Just eat, sleep, and engage in intercourse?

Even animals can do these things.

What human thing did you do that animals couldn't do?

Commerce and negotiation with people, for those who live like quadrupeds, rather they are more misguided (like cattle, indeed they are [even] more astray), are very difficult.

It's like trying to negotiate a commercial deal with a cow.

Well, this person hasn't used their intellect throughout all these years given by God and can't even speak one hour of useful word for each year of life given by God.

It's hard for this person.

Arad's advisor says that commerce isn't difficult because you say, "I am a human."

For a human who has intellect and has activated it, commerce isn't difficult.

But for animals, even speaking is difficult, let alone commerce and negotiation.

If someone told our advisor on the first day that Mr. or Mrs. So-and-so, I have an intellect the size of a sparrow's, and my understanding and perception of the creation system are minimal, and if you want to know me, imagine you've seen a cow that has more intellect, our advisor would surely say, "Commerce is very difficult."

But, look at these people today who claim we've been deceived on the first day, just claims.

Everyone's a scholar.

Everyone's a scientist.

Everyone's filled with a sense of nobility.

Everyone's full of claims of humanity.

The advisor also says that commerce is easy.

Because any hardship isn't in commerce, it's in you.

Is brushing your teeth difficult?

No.

But for someone whose tooth is infected, if they brush it, what painful sensation will they experience?

Was the pain in the toothbrush or in the tooth?

Mr. Talia mentioned in his podcast that he fell ill and endured a lot of pain in massage.

Was the pain in the massage or in the body's illness?

The difficulty isn't in commerce but rather inside some people who have wasted their lives in vain.

We recommend listening to Mr. Talia's podcast "The Hardship or Ease of Commerce" from here in its entirety.

How are most of the Aradis?

Unpretentiously and without resaervation, most Arad merchants enjoy learning negotiations.

They delight in watching educational films.

They relish navigating the path of commerce.

Even newcomers to Arad revel in their newfound familiarity with this journey.

Not only do they not perceive it as difficult, but they have also found their sweetest companion. ( albeit after their spouse😉 )

Which group are you in?

If you find joy in it, be proud, for you have not wasted your years and have made proper use of your human potential and the difference you have with animals in creation, which is intellect and expression, since you have embarked on commerce, you find joy and happiness.

But if you find it hard and are forced to endure pain, know that you haven't had a good past and have replaced the powers of humanity with animal instincts.

It's possible that by reading these, you might get upset and launch an attack in the comments.

God forbid you become like a smoker who, influenced by a newspaper article highlighting the harms of smoking, stops reading newspapers altogether.

If you find goodwill of the author toward yourself, you'd arrive at the conclusion that it's never too late to mend.

Preventing harm from any source is beneficial.

You'd tell yourself, "I wasted my past years, but still, God's grace has embraced me, introducing me to commerce to complete my intellect and expression, therefore, I endure hardships and build a new human within me.

And I realize that the hardships weren't in commerce, and Arad's advisors didn't lie to me, rather, the hardships were within me."

We, as Arad employees, are happy that God has acquainted us with those who mostly engage in commerce passionately, meaning they have matured their intellect, thanks be to God.

We hope that the few who haven't evolved yet exercise patience and endure the pain and hardship that originates from within themselves to enjoy it in the near future.

Commerce is not difficult at all, on the contrary, it's the easiest thing in the world.

Swear to God, please do not take offense.

Respected and esteemed individuals

Please do not take offense if certain words such as dogs, donkeys, cow etc., were used in the text, which may seem vulgar and unfavorable.

We needed to provide a response to defend our business advisors, without whom there would be no commerce.

There would be no Arad.

No prosperity.

No exports and job creation.

There would be no loving messages that I transformed my life upon entering Arad.

Some narrow-minded individuals with their baseless arguments seek to weaken the confidence in our advisors to portray commerce as difficult for people.

Arad's business advisors

You are the very inviters of people to goodness and prosperity.

For over a decade, Iran has been testing all economic avenues, all of which have led to failure and deadlock.

The only option left is commerce and exports.

At present, apart from Arad, no one is concerned with promoting commerce, although shortly after its generalization by Arad, you will see some newcomers claiming to be the pioneers of promoting Iranian commerce.

In Arad, only you invite people to commerce.

Some, who have wasted their lives in vain and now perceive commerce as difficult, intend to persuade you to tell people from the first day that commerce is difficult, just as you say there is a lot of money in it.

You must stand firm because there is no easier profession than commerce for a person with intellect and expression.

They want you to portray commerce as difficult so that people do not enter into it, weakening Arad.

But they don't say their goal is to weaken Arad, instead, they tell you that they mean well, and if you make false promises to people, you'll be held accountable on Judgment Day.

And this is how they put fear in you.

Be steadfast because commerce is God's tradition, and all of God's traditions are easy.

The ease of doing business is not a lie, portraying it as difficult is an injustice to God's traditions.

And can anyone be found who tastes the sweetness of God's traditions and then is willing to exchange it for something else?

Trade can be both easy and hard, depending on various factors such as the specific industry, market conditions, regulations, and individual circumstances. It is important to understand that trade involves a range of activities, including buying and selling goods or services, negotiating deals, managing supply chains, understanding market dynamics, and navigating legal and regulatory frameworks.
Overall, Arad Branding and business consultants likely provide a balanced perspective on trade, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges, and offering insights and strategies to help individuals and businesses succeed in the dynamic and competitive business world.

Hi everyone
Of course there is no comfort in this world and it's been made with difficulties.
So if one is looking for comfort and growth, he must try his best. Until you do not think about your progression, no one would not be able to help you.
And sometimes one must be obligated to think for his growth. There should be someone or something to warn him about his future and force him to think and to change. Arad is intended to do this, whether they would become angry, or they would think and change their current status.

🌹❤ Lovely family of Arad ❤🌹

Yes, you are correct that business is very easy for them who has achieved intellect, eloquence, expression after they become 7 years old. Thus, they understand the leads and signals very easily and convert them into money. The most interesting thing in business is as the time passes in your business, you achieve more commercial intellect, eloquence and negotiation skills without being tired and mentally fed up, unlike other business, such as driver, player, teacher, where you become tired and want to quit it.I recommend avoiding those individuals who say business is tough because of their lack of intellect, eloquence, and talent. So do business which is told very easy by God, recommended by our prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) and his other companion like imam Ali (peace be upon him) and be your own boss and contribute in the country's GDP.

Hello good time
Business is definitely a path that should be loved. As long as a person's passion and interest in business and this extraordinary path is not complete, he has a demon of business in his mind, and this is a natural and normal thing, and this becomes a big obstacle that always scares him from the path of business. But when the love for business exists, all the hardships of the first path, which he spends time learning and mastering the negotiation and terms, become sweet and heartwarming for him. As it was mentioned in the text and even in the podcasts, is business nothing but talk? How can it be difficult for humans to speak when it is the power of speech that distinguishes humans from animals. Our people should learn to focus more on their human side and develop all these abilities.

Those in Arad's collection who were durable and long-lasting, before Arad, were aware of improving their transcendent human aspects, their mind, reasoning power, and power of expression grew and reached their peak in Arad. Those who just grumble and leave after a while are only paying attention to the same carnal and animal layer of their brain, they don't get any benefit from intellectual growth and expression, and nothing is going to happen to them in the atmosphere of good and blessed Arad, because they have no background for it at all. I have been teaching for many years, but I have never experienced the feeling I had here in Arad. Doing business is the sweetest thing I've ever experienced.

Trade can be both easy and hard, depending on various factors. On one hand, trade facilitates the exchange of goods and services, fostering economic growth and specialization. When countries have well-established agreements, transparent regulations, and efficient logistics, trade becomes relatively easy, leading to mutual benefits and resource optimization. However, challenges arise when there are trade barriers, such as tariffs, quotas, or complex regulations, which can impede the smooth flow of goods and create friction. Additionally, geopolitical tensions, currency fluctuations, and global economic uncertainties can further complicate trade. Therefore, the ease or difficulty of trade is influenced by the presence or absence of supportive policies, infrastructure, and international cooperation.

Hello and God bless you, dear ones.
The difficulties of other jobs are undoubtedly not in business, and business does not require special physical movement and does not require effort, and the working hours are in the hands of the individual, and the most important point is the working class of business and the personality that a businessman will have between family and society.
In my opinion, all those who go into business know Arad, because the concern of today's society is not to do business, and those who advertise their work in the name of export and trade are only to sell the so-called business training course, which is all pointless. God bless and be grateful.

Hello
Did we come to the conclusion that our Imams were all merchants based on the reasons mentioned?
Yes.
So why not follow their path?
Did we come to the conclusion that the rich follow most of the merchants?
So why don't we enter the world of business?
Sir, it's not easy, we just have to make a strong statement that it is acquired and move forward to succeed.
