Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes, preferably fresh off the vine
- 1 sleeve of saltine crackers, coarsely broken
- 1 small bunch of green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2-3/4 cup real mayonnaise
- salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a dish suitable for medium-sized tasks, tomatoes and mayonnaise should be combined. Mix everything together in a gentle manner for just long enough to ensure that everything is equally combined and that the tomatoes are thoroughly coated. When seasoning with salt and pepper, pepper should be used in far greater proportion than salt.
- After adding the crackers and onions, give the mixture a last swirl to incorporate the ingredients. As soon as possible, serve either by themselves or wrapped in lettuce leaves for wraps.
