Working quickly, put a single layer of Pirouline folded wafers over the fudge in the pan. To fill the entire pan, keep all wafers facing the same way and break some in half. Spread the remaining fudge on top of the rolled wafers layer, making sure it's evenly distributed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to harden the fudge by placing a square of parchment paper immediately on top. Cut into individual squares when ready to serve. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
