1. Special Podcast for Newcomers
What has financially ruined people in the past two decades is that instead of circulating their money through business, people spend it in capital markets and wait for investments to yield profits.
This podcast demonstrates how capital markets lead people toward significant losses.

5. First, Understand the Terms “Money-Maker” and “Money-Drainer.”
Some say the word Tejarat (Trade) comes from the root t.j.r., while others say it comes from ʾa.j.r.
Tajr means trade, exchange, or buying and selling, while Ajr means to pay a wage or reward.
In contrast to the word "merchant" (tājir), we encounter the word "hired worker" (ajīr).
You’ve probably heard of the terms "subject" and "object."
The subject is the one who performs the action, and the object is the one who the action is done upon.
For example, "A father beats his son."
The action is beating.
The father is the subject (the one who performs the action).
The son is the object (the one who gets beaten).
Now, let’s apply this to the world of economics.
A merchant is someone who makes money.
A hired worker, or the modern-day employee who has been classed up, doesn’t know how money is earned; they are simply given money, meaning they are the object.
If you ask a teacher, “Where does your salary come from?”
Isn’t it simply a share from the public funds?
Did they make an effort to earn this money, or did they generate profit for the public funds from which they took a share?
No.
It is true that they have made an effort, but not in the path of wealth creation; rather, a share has been allocated to them from the public funds.
But a merchant is not like this.
They know exactly how they have earned the money.
For example, they earned money by selling two eggplants.
Even some lower-level jobs know how to make money, such as a taxi driver who knows how their money is earned, or a doctor who examines patients, or a barber who cuts hair.
So, some people have a direct role in the flow of money they earn.
Others do not have a direct channel to earn money; instead, there is someone else who brings the money to them.
The first group is called Money-Makers and the second group is called Money-Drainers.
A Money-Maker is someone who creates money for themselves, their organization, or the organization they work for and then takes a portion of it.
A Money-Drainer is someone who consumes money from an organization without directly contributing to its revenue generation. They might contribute indirectly, but not directly.
All merchants are Money-Makers, and all employees are Money-Drainers.
In essence, the merchant is the subject, and the employee is the object.
The action is making money.
A merchant makes money and gives a portion of it to their employees.
Arad Branding is one of the few business structures in the world where its employees are not money-drainers.
Arad involves all its employees in business operations, turning them into Money-Makers so they can experience how money is made in life and become creators of wealth, not just remain unaware of how money comes to them and be Money-Drainers.
Merchants, of course, are always Money-Makers.
Thus, we understand that both the merchant and the business enterprise owner are subjects.
6. Subject's Main Characteristic
So, when you are supposed to be the subject, you must be the initiator of the action.
The words "subject" and "active" come from the same source.
The words "object" and "passive" come from the same source as well.
If you have an influential reaction to a process, it is said that you are active in that area.
But if you are just a spectator, waiting for the process to be applied to you, it is said that you are passive.
Should a businessman be active or passive?
7. What kind of thing is a comment, test, special code, or action emoji?
Arad had asked his traders and employees to leave comments.
When you leave a comment, does it mean you are active or passive?
What does it mean when you don't leave a comment?
When you participate in a test, does it mean you are the subject and active, or the object and passive?
What does it mean when you don't take the test?
When you send a special code, which one are you?
When you place an action emoji at the end of a post, which one are you?
Let me send you a picture of a chart showing the action emojis from one of the posts on Arad's Telegram channel behind the scenes.

This image shows that approximately 51,000 people have seen this Telegram post.
How many people have reacted with an emoji to this post?
889 people.
What about the rest?
The rest are passive.
This means they are just spectators.
How many of these people have shared this post on their own channels?
17 people. So, what happened to the other business enterprises?
How many sent it personally to their friends or acquaintances?
330 people. So what about the others?
The rest are passive.
They are not active.
Now, the question is, are these people always passive?
The answer is absolutely not.
They are active in certain areas where you might wonder, "Why is this happening?"
Humans, you’ve entered business and become passive.
Why are you so active on Instagram, wasting your time on nonsense?
Why are you so active at some meaningless gatherings?
But when it comes to business, you just observe from afar.
More than 1,200 people are active in daily comments.
Why is the action emoji count lower than the daily comments, even though an emoji action is just one click?
Because commenting was mandatory, while acting with an emoji was not.
8. What was Arad's goal behind these compulsions?
For a moment, let’s forget about Arad.
Let’s look at the people.
The statistics about people show whether they are active or passive in the economy.
Are they subjects or objects?
Are they traders or employees?
You see, most people are passive and employees.
The result is the state of the country we see today.
Now, how are they in other areas?
In watching movies and TV shows.
On Instagram.
In web browsing.
In useless and pointless subjects?
You see, the same people who are deaf, blind, and mute in the economy are like sharp-eyed eagles, loud crows, and hearing owls in non-economic matters, because among birds, the owl has the best hearing.
If Arad compelled you to comment, take a test, send a special code, or react with an emoji, it's because it wants you not to be like the people who are active in everything except their economy.
Arad wants you to be an economic activist, to be knowledgeable and active in every economic phenomenon.
And of course, Arad wants you to be deaf, blind, and mute to non-economic matters.
Because you are a trader, and a trader is all about money.
9. The good intention that was not understood.
This was Arad's intention, the only truth that existed.
But in return, what did the traders say?
Arad wants us to comment so that...
Take a test so that...
Send a special code so that...
React with an emoji so that...
And these ellipses are filled with sharp words that break the heart and make the well-doer regret doing good.
And the Prophet of God said, "May God curse the brigands of goodness."
They asked, "O Messenger of God, who are these brigands of goodness?"
He replied, "Those who see goodness but do evil, to the point that they make the doer of good regret doing good."
10. Explanations I personally heard.
To be honest, the matter I wrote to you about yesterday left me confused, and I didn’t understand what was really going on behind the scenes.
It wasn't until Friday afternoon that I sent a message to Mr. Ghorbani and requested a phone call. He kindly responded and called me.
I inquired about the situation.
The issue he mentioned was that many of Arad's employees were hurt by the sarcastic comments from traders, with those ellipses that you know so well, to the point where they even upset us senior managers.
One of the senior managers, representing four senior managers, went to the respected president and explained the situation.
It seems that the respected president asked, "What do you four dear ones feel?"
The senior manager selected to speak on behalf of the others, whose name I’m not sure of, responded, “To be honest, we too are upset that our staff is feeling hurt.”
He said, "The entire Arad is not worth as much to me as the fact that you four dear ones are upset."
Cancel this plan.
Your peace of mind is more important to me than anything else.”
11. The matter is clear.
Mr. Ghorbani asked me to tell all the traders and business owners that, although this plan has been canceled, anyone who truly desires growth should be active.
It is true that we no longer have tests or special codes.
But we still have comments and actions on Telegram.
Not just in these two areas, but wherever we say, "Be active," be active, because your benefit lies in this.
However, we will no longer force anyone to react to us, as we really neither have the patience to hear taunts nor is it fair that, after all these years of good intentions for the people, we are treated this way.
Our new policy is this:
We only show the way.
Whoever believes and applies it will benefit.
Whoever doesn’t believe and doesn’t apply will suffer, and we won’t care.
When I heard these words, I thought they were fair and reasonable.
A person is not supposed to be more compassionate for others than God.
God, who created these creatures and showed so much kindness to humans, says:
"We have shown him the way, whether he is grateful or ungrateful." Surah Al-Insan, 76:3
Truly, this is how it should be.
We show you the right path.
Being grateful means acting on the path we show you.
If you wish, act and be grateful.
Being ungrateful means not believing and rejecting it.
If you wish, you can choose to be ungrateful to this path.
Now that I’ve heard Mr. Ghorbani’s explanation, I also want to speak to you in the same way.
I will say what I have to say.
If you wish, act and benefit from it.
If you wish, do not act and remain in your loss and misery.
And I am practicing to make both situations feel the same to me.
I am afraid that in one of these moments of frustration, I might have a stroke.
What’s the point?
Someone who cries more than the mourner is a fool.
When you do not care for your own concerns, why should I be so frustrated unless I’m a fool?
And I seek refuge in God if I am one of the fools.
