It is important to note that peanuts-producing countries are often consumed domestically or used it for the production of many goods that are more profitable than the export of peanuts. One of the most important producers of oilseeds in the world is India, 45% of which is peanuts. It supplies 55% of the world's oilseeds. For this reason, importing any vegetable oil is prohibited in this country. In general, in India, 90% of peanut products are converted to oil, and only very small quantities of high-quality peanuts are exported to China under the supervision of India’s government.
