9. Overview of the Terms Lead and Signal
To better understand a lead, imagine a shopkeeper trying to sell their goods.
People enter the shop and inquire about the products.
Those who ask about the products are called signals.
A signal represents commercial leads.
Do all those who inquire about the product make a purchase?
Some may, while others may not.
Therefore, not every signal results in a purchase, but every signal has the potential to lead to a purchase.
Meanwhile, some individuals might enter the shop and, for example, ask, "Where is the nearest restroom?"
These questions have no relation to buying your product or commerce.
These individuals also exist in commerce.
The total of all signals, along with these unrelated ones, forms leads.
Where do they come from?
In summary, when you establish a brand and become visible to others, they naturally appear.
Thus, every signal is a lead, but not every lead is a signal.
In the first step, you aim to determine whether the lead is a signal or not.
As soon as you realize the subject relates to your commercial product or a product managed by another Aradi trader, it qualifies as a signal.
We refer to all commercial and non-commercial clues as leads. If we confirm it’s commercial, it becomes a signal.
The first step in negotiation is determining whether this lead is commercial or not.
Is it a signal or not?
If it’s not a signal, respond respectfully with a brief reply and say goodbye.
However, once we determine it’s a signal, there’s no need to classify it as fake or real. The individual is then guided into the negotiation and follow-up process.
10. Exclusive Code for Traders, Employees, and Business Enterprise Owners
Since the semi-mandatory implementation of comments and tests, many benefits have emerged.
Numerous Aradi members have shared in the comments that they had distanced themselves from Arad, but this requirement encouraged them to return, and they expressed their gratitude.
Many others mentioned that they used to skim through the content, but now, thanks to the tests, they read with more attention and realize the valuable insights they had previously overlooked.
If you look at the comments, besides the large number of them boosting our collective morale, the quality of the comments has also noticeably improved.
These comments have become a clear example of collective wisdom.
Continuing this approach, Arad needed to find a way to deliver any news to its members in the shortest possible time, as many opportunities arise in commerce that require swift action.
For instance, if an influential person visits or a new opportunity arises, it’s crucial to inform all members promptly.
However, we realize that we cannot easily reach Aradis.
Calling such a large number of Arad members is impractical.
SMS notifications are also unreliable, as many have blocked or unsubscribed from them.
So the best solution is the channels where the tests are posted.
Arad members are already part of these channels, though many are yet to join.
Membership is one part of the challenge, but the other is that comments posted there show messages are often read carelessly or hastily. Even view statistics indicate that half of the channel members do not check it regularly.
And how much this lack of engagement leads to failure, with individuals later experiencing its negative effects and blaming Arad for their setbacks.
To address this issue, channel activity has been included in the participation score.
Previously, out of the 120 monthly points, 90 were for tests and 30 for comments.
Now, 30 points from the test score have been allocated to submitting the exclusive code posted daily in Telegram channels. The remaining 60 points are for tests.
Here’s the updated breakdown:

11. Discover Your Mission.
Everyone in this world has a mission.
It is essential for a person to discover their mission.
If you believe that your mission is merely eating and sleeping, you have settled for a life akin to that of an animal.
But if you are certain that your existence should benefit not only yourself but also those around you, and on a higher level, the people of your country, ask yourself: Is there a better path than commerce?
Is there a greater challenge for your family and those around you than economic struggles?
For over 45 years, we have tried every other path—labor jobs, office work, stock market trading, Forex, selling courses, pyramid schemes, and investing in gold, real estate, vehicles, dollars, and cryptocurrencies.
What happened to people's economic conditions?
Why have we tried every path except commerce, which was recommended by the Prophet of God and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)?
Each of us in Arad must find our mission within commerce.
When I see you addressing me each day, sharing how my writings have strengthened your resolve in commerce, and later hear about your successful trade activities, I realize that I am standing in the right place, fulfilling my mission.
If I were directly engaged in commerce, I might manage at most 10 trades per month. But today, through my writing, I strengthen 100 trades every single day.
Other employees similarly play their role in influencing the business of traders.
Let us discover our mission and determine where we should stand to contribute to the growth of commerce in this land.
12. A Comment from a Noble Person
Some of the Arad members joined at a time when they witnessed many changes, yet they showed nobility, trusted the process with patience, and stood firm.
We consider these individuals special and unique, and our entire focus is on seeing the fruits of their patience. We will not fall short in this journey.
One of these noble individuals is Mohammad Mohammad Sharifi, who has aligned himself with the changes and is now seeing the results.
Although I believe this individual has an even brighter future ahead, and we will hear more success stories from him in the near future, God willing.
Let’s read his comment, where he talks about the effect of increasing wisdom and preventing losses, as preventing losses is itself a form of gaining profit.
13. Outside of Arad, We Are Alone.
Since Friday, when we wrote about our relatives and our people, and continuing the discussion yesterday, many comments have touched on this topic. With these definitions, outside of Arad, we have no relatives, because outside, everyone denies us and we are ridiculed.
Only Arad tells us that we can be traders.
It is only here that we are given hope, while outside of Arad, everything is full of despair.
Now, by God's grace, we have all come to understand that we Arad members are one family. Therefore, let us visit Arad often.
Let us be on the website every day.
Let us be active in the Telegram channel.
When we distance ourselves from Arad, we are not just drifting away from a website, but from our higher ideals as well.
We have no one but each other to strengthen us in our trade, so let us not abandon one another and help each other grow our businesses.
Yesterday, in the comments on Telegram, a dear one referred to the words of the respected president of Arad in his speech, suggesting that the experienced members should support the newcomers, offer them their smaller and lighter businesses, and make space for them. Surely, by doing this, God will expand their own businesses as well.
Perhaps this spirit is a bit weak today in Arad, but I believe that just as you have progressed in many areas, you will also grow in these noble human qualities. Day by day, we Arad members will live together and truly understand the meaning of being a family.
When our mother is Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her), and these days we mourn for our mother Fatimah and the oppression of our father Imam Ali (peace be upon him), we are certainly brothers and sisters.
With the hope that this brotherhood and sisterhood of ours will grow warmer and more heartfelt.
