I joined Arad in 2020 and a significant transformation occurred in my life.
My life is divided into before and after Arad.
This sentence may seem strange to some and repetitive to others, but it exactly expresses the depth of my change.
My main changes began with getting familiar with this company, where I learned about the tradition of Prophet Muhammad.
A tradition that I had never deeply considered before.
Before joining this company, I had nothing, but after getting acquainted with it, I achieved everything I wanted.
Since childhood, I had two friends, both of whom went to university, one to study education and the other medicine.
My friend continued his studies in teacher education and is now a teacher but faces significant economic pressure and plans to start a business.
My other friend, who recently completed medical school, is not in a good position because he has to start from scratch.
I ventured into the world of business and, thanks to God and this company, made remarkable progress to a point I never dreamed of reaching.
On this path, I experienced extraordinary changes in beliefs, ways of thinking, and material aspects.
During this time, I was able to buy a car and a house and live a life of comfort and ease.
When I decided to get married, they fully supported me and became a solid foundation for me.
Now, my whole family are Aradis, and I have invited all my relatives to join the business and introduced them to this company.
Words cannot express my feelings, but I want to say that I will always be grateful to the honorable teachers.

As an international representative of Arad Branding, I must emphasize the importance of networking and building strong relationships.
These methods are vital for expanding market presence, strengthening partnerships, and driving company growth.
Below are key points illustrating the criticality of networking and maintaining robust relationships.
Access to new markets: Networking is essential for identifying and entering new markets.
Additionally, establishing relationships with local partners, distributors, and customers provides valuable insights into market dynamics and consumer behavior.
This knowledge is crucial for successful entry and expansion.
Competitive advantage: A solid network provides access to relevant market information and helps stay ahead of competitors.
Moreover, fostering good relationships enhances company credibility and visibility.
Cost savings and operational efficiency: Strong relationships can lead to cost savings through shared investments, marketing efforts, and resources.
For example, collaborating with local companies can reduce logistics and distribution costs, while joint marketing efforts can increase access without added expenses.
Risk management: Operating in international markets entails various risks like political instability, economic fluctuations, and cultural misunderstandings.
Maintaining relationships with local entities helps Arad Branding effectively navigate and mitigate these risks.
Competency and cultural compatibility: Networking aids in fostering cultural compatibility.
It also ensures better communication and smoother interactions.
Long-term sustainability: Strong relationships can lead to collaborations that enhance sustainability which not only boosts reputation but also contributes to environmental and social goals, aligning with global sustainability trends.
Increasing credibility and trust: Maintaining good relationships enhances credibility and trust, leading to a positive reputation in international markets, increasing customer loyalty and repeat business.
Customers often trust reputable companies and will engage with them. For an international networking representative, establishing good relationships is essential for success in global markets.
Therefore, these factors enable access to new markets and provide competitive advantages. Additionally, they result in cost savings, better risk management, cultural competence, and long-term sustainability.

Trade in Iran needs to be examined from a forward-looking and innovative perspective, moving forward while observing the principles of justice and sustainability.
Adherence to these principles should provide nearly equal opportunities for all small and large businesses.
Unfortunately, the light of trade in Iran has dimmed, but the bright emergence of Arad Branding gives hope in this area.
This initiative invites people to trade, providing a bright future that is entirely deserving.
More importantly, it familiarizes our beloved people with proper trade because it believes that without proper knowledge, proper action will not take place.
With these explanations, it can be said that this company can act as the savior of trade in Iran as it helps to create, strengthen, and grow Iranian businesses by providing professional branding and marketing services.

I haven't known Arad for a long time, but during this short period, I have learned many important points.
However, I am eager to learn more and I am very happy that other representatives motivate us newcomers.
I have understood that training sessions are not just for learning, but also provide an environment for interaction and presenting new perspectives to the trader.
This training program offers various advanced methods, and even if I encounter any difficulties along the way, I will use them to progress.
Ultimately, I know I must continue this process with perseverance and be patient to succeed.
