5. You Must Accept This Difference
Why do you think people enter various professions but hesitate to venture into trade?
Don’t they know that immense wealth lies in trade?
Most of them do know, and even if they don’t, a brief explanation would suffice to make them aware of it. Yet, they still refrain from entering.
Why do you think that is?
Because they know one thing.
They know that in other professions, with their existing beliefs and mindset, they can still earn a living, no matter how meager.
For example, today, someone decides to become a construction worker.
Does he need to change to start working as a laborer?
No.
Or if someone decides to become a teacher.
Does he need to change?
Haven’t you seen many people becoming teachers with the same old mindset?
Anyone, regardless of their beliefs or mindset, can enter most professions and earn an income, however small it may be.
Now, to become a football player, does one’s beliefs, mindset, or personality need to change?
Absolutely not.
And people sense this intuitively.
They understand that in trade, they must change; with their current limited mindset, they cannot become a successful trader. Whereas, in other professions, they are accepted and are given some form of income.
People know that in trade, with their current mindset, they won’t gain anything unless they change.
Now, is this change about the hands? The feet? The body?
No.
It is about changing one’s beliefs, which, as Imam Ali (peace be upon him) stated, is harder than moving mountains.
That’s why people do not enter trade: they don’t want to change.
Now, you dear ones, who have entered trade, first of all, congratulations on finding the courage to make this change within yourselves.
Bravo for not behaving like the majority, who remain stuck in a life of hardship simply because they refuse to change.
So, you understand that trade requires significant transformations within you.
But before the writer explains the changes expected of you, answer this question.
Do the changes Arad expects you to make lead to you becoming wealthier or poorer?
Do these changes make you a more respectable person or a less respectable one?
Do they make you a gentleman or someone without identity?
Do they elevate your class or make you vulgar and classless?
Do they make you more beautiful or less attractive?
If you know that the changes Arad suggests are toward perfection and in the direction of your dignity, the question is: why resist so much?
Why do you scrutinize every suggestion as if you’re suspicious of it, pondering whether it benefits you or harms you?
Why don’t you show the same level of caution and sharpness towards others who have led you to hardship?
Do you not think that such resistance and excessive obsession stem from the influence of Satan?
Now that you have come to believe in trade and have repeatedly admitted that no one had conveyed this great benefit to you before Arad, why do you proceed with so much doubt and hesitation?
And why didn’t you harbor the same doubts about those who consistently pushed you towards poverty and humiliation?
There’s a difference between being skeptical of everyone, which is understandable, and being selectively skeptical.
But in matters like the stock market, cryptocurrencies, pyramid schemes, schools and universities, banks, employment, labor, and even your lack of knowledge about the great figures of your religion, you trusted others for years—those who kept you away from wealth and dignity. Yet, you didn’t scrutinize them with the same precision and critical thinking. This very lack of vigilance led you to stay away from trade.
Now, ask yourself: Why did I become so cautious only when I encountered Arad?
Why wasn’t I this sharp before, allowing anyone to deceive me?
Now that Arad has enlightened me, should I direct my newfound shrewdness against Arad?
Take this sharpness and use it against those who constantly scheme to enslave people, not against Arad, which seeks to make you thoughtful, wise, and intelligent.
We recommend letting go of this resistance and refraining from opposing the suggested changes. Such resistance will only harm both Arad and yourself.
Today, I’ll summarize a few changes for you.
Reflect on why you resist implementing them within yourself.
1. Visit the website every morning and leave your comment in the morning.
2. Take your test in the morning and submit the specific code early.
3. Make your profile photos formal and professional.
4. Watch the texts and videos carefully; don’t skim over them.
5. Aim to watch at least one or two lessons from the Business School weekly.
6. Listen to trade-related podcasts while driving, at home, or at work.
7. Cut ties with those who discourage you from trade, or manage those relationships wisely.
8. Connect with Aradis, from council members to others introduced on Telegram, and surround yourself with them.
9. Check your Arad User account daily.
10. Fully utilize all promotional services offered in your Arad User account without wasting time.
11. Quit time-wasting activities like watching low-value movies and TV shows, random browsing, and pointless Instagram scrolling, and dedicate this time to trade.
12. Spend time on your independent media.
13. Invest time daily in generating more leads and signals through branding, whether using Arad’s promotions or free methods.
14. Practice your negotiation skills every day.
15. Take the follow-up of leads and signals seriously.
16. Develop a deep affection for Arad.
17. See Arad as your well-wisher.
18. Trust Arad’s wisdom and insight.
19. Distance yourself from those who make you distrust Arad.
20. Observe what successful people have done and strengthen those qualities within yourself.
I am willing to give my word that if you implement all 20 points—even if not at 100%, but at 50%, 10%, or even less—you will still succeed and enjoy both your life and being part of the Arad community. However, don’t pick and choose a few points while completely neglecting the others.
6. For Business Enterprises
This section is specifically for business enterprise owners. Traders who are not running a business enterprise do not need to read this part and can skip to the end of the text to leave their comments on the previous topics and continue focusing on their trade. However, reading to the end is also permissible for these dear individuals.
Dear business enterprises, first, consider this question.
Why does Arad openly present all the steps required for a newcomer to enter trade for everyone to see?
What is the purpose?
Bravo! You guessed it right.
The purpose is to show that there are no hidden agendas or secret schemes.
There are no tricks or deceptions at play.
Everything is as transparent as it appears.
This is quite rare among companies and organizations, as most hide their sales strategies from their customers. Why? Because companies use tactics to sell that they don’t want their customers to know about. If customers discover these tactics, the company’s tricks are exposed, and their sales decline.
Certainly, Arad also has strategies that have allowed it to grow bigger every day.
Arad’s strategy is honesty.
Arad’s strategy is specialization and daily advancement in commercial knowledge and expertise.
Arad’s strategy is strengthening belief in trade.
Arad’s strategy is increasing effort and dedication in the path of trade.
As a business enterprise, it is enough for you to strengthen these four strategies within yourself every day.
Each day, you take steps with greater honesty than before, with increased knowledge and awareness, strengthened belief in trade, and with dedication and effort to guide people into trade and manage them until they become successful traders.
Aren’t we growing together?
Aren’t we becoming better every single day?
So know this: there are no hidden tricks in Arad, and if anyone tells you, "Come, I’ll reveal the secret that if you say this, people will enter trade," know that they are trying to mix in some poison.
Now that you know this, I want to share something with you today that, if you ask any trader who has joined Arad, you'll find that this very issue was repeatedly considered in their mind before they joined Arad.
We run ads on the internet, telling people that we will multiply their income.
For one hour of work, you could earn 16 million tomans.
For eight hours, you could earn 128 million tomans.
For seven hours and 15 minutes, you could earn 116 million tomans.
And similar claims.
What does the first thought that crosses people's minds?
Their first thought is that it’s a lie.
It’s fraud.
It’s trickery.
Why does their mind jump to such conclusions?
Because they’ve been scammed before.
People have been drained and exploited so many times, their money taken, that anyone who promises to help them grow is immediately labeled a fraud.
I admire the words of our master Imam Ali (peace be upon him), who said about those who mislead the people:
“May God curse them, for not only did they lead people astray, but they also distorted words and letters from their true meanings. When words are no longer in their rightful place, heaven and hell lose their credibility.”
Meaning, may God curse you, for not only have you taken the money, but you have also made people distrust these beautiful words.
People, by losing money in the stock market, cryptocurrencies, pyramid schemes, and so on, didn’t just lose their money.
They lost their belief.
A few worthless individuals, who could do nothing useful, came along and fed the people meaningless lessons, just to make a few pennies and take them back to their families' miserable tables.
But what they really did was to make people indifferent to knowledge.
1400 years ago, the family of the Prophet suffered to teach people that knowledge is better than wealth.
These worthless individuals, in exchange for the meager salaries they could earn by exploiting people, gave them what they called knowledge—knowledge that had no value. Today, if you ask people whether knowledge or wealth is better, they will say wealth.
These individuals, with their meaningless knowledge, have questioned the very mission of the prophets.
May God curse them, for they acted in contrast to the mission of the prophets and even saw themselves as doing their work.
And a painful fate awaits them on the Day of Judgment.
"They are among those who consider themselves guided, yet they distort the words from their proper places." Surah An-Nisa, Ayah 46
Now, go among the people and ask them about the following phrases or make such suggestions to them.
1. "I want to help you grow."
People's response: "Go away, don’t try to fool us."
2. "I want you to grow in the path of knowledge."
People's response: "Who cares about knowledge? What’s it good for?"
3. "I want to help you gain dignity with Iran's resources."
People's response: "I hope Iran doesn’t make us more miserable, no thanks."
4. "I want to make you wealthy."
People's response: "There's no such thing as a free lunch."
What I want to say is that you can’t offer any goodwill suggestions to people, and their attitude towards you is one of suspicion.
This suspicion is natural, and it either comes from the moment of birth, or it’s the result of devils who have made people their tools.
May God curse them.
Now, here we are with the people.
What’s the suggestion?
The suggestion is that before saying anything, talk about how it benefits you.
People do not accept anyone’s goodwill advice for themselves, so even if you talk for hours about how you want their good, they will say you’re lying.
But if you say, "Your coming to Arad benefits both you and me," only then will they listen to you.
So, know that the first thing on their mind is that you're lying.
The second thought is that even if you're telling the truth, "There's no such thing as a free lunch."
If you cannot overcome these two barriers, no one will listen to you about trade or Arad.
What should be done?
You must plant in their minds that we are traders, and we trade.
We have created various commercial capacities in Iran and the world, and later we will talk about them.
The more people we have, the more profitable these commercial capacities will be for us.
In other words, the more of us there are, the greater our profits will be.
So, if I'm talking to you about trade, it's not because I’m fond of you; it's because I am thinking about my own profit.
Now, you too will profit and rise with me.
If you speak this way, people will accept you, but if you adopt the posture that "I'm thinking only about your profit and am your well-wisher," they won’t accept you because of the same corrupt influences that made people distrust others.
How much it pains me to see that people love those who are their worst enemies.
And how striking it will be on the Day of Judgment when:
"Then would those who are followed clear themselves of those who follow [them]: They would see the penalty, and all relations between them would be cut off." Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 166
"And those who followed would say: “If only We had one more chance, We would clear ourselves of them, as they have cleared themselves of us.” Thus will Allah show them [The fruits of] their deeds as [nothing but] regrets. Nor will there be a way for them out of the Fire." Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 167
Truly, if you want to experience high growth, disassociate yourself from those who have ruined the value of sacred words in people's minds, and you will see how much God will bless your life with growth and dignity.
Because you are fond of them, God will not open the gates of His mercy to you.
