7. How to Utilize the Provincial Office
In the previous news, we talked about the fact that a person must strive both with their wealth and their soul to achieve a proper and meaningful outcome.
We explained that Arad is not connected to an oil well and does not receive any share from the Muslim community’s public treasury. If it spends money anywhere, it is from the revenues it generates.
It could have, like many companies, kept these revenues for itself, bought land after land, saved dollars and gold, and done things similar to what you are well aware of when wealthy people receive money. However, Arad spends these revenues to fill the gaps that exist in the path of trade so that it fosters growth and fulfills its mission.
One of those gaps, which filling it can boost businesses, is having a commercial office in every province. Arad has set the condition for this as having Promotion 10, 11, and 12 or a trader achieving a steady 10% profit.
However, in this regard, it has made an exception for the traders who are members of the festival.
Whenever they have a negotiation appointment, they can coordinate with the office manager and use the office facilities.
This means they do not have a permanent presence or a designated desk and chair in the office, but they still use the office to help grow their business.
Another point is that not every trader with Promotion 10 to 12 is selected to have a fixed desk and chair in the office. Their regular participation in the comments, which signifies their active presence in the trade path with Arad, is an important condition for Arad.
8. Special Working Group for Festival Members
1 month and 1 day remain until the end of the year, and Arad does not intend to waste this time.
During this remaining period, small working groups will be held in Qom by Mr. Talia and Mr. Ghorbani for Arad traders who are festival members, aiming to enhance their business growth.
In this working group, five key events will take place:
1. Training on everything a successful trader needs to know.
2. One-on-one evaluation of traders attending the working group
3. Providing individual business plans for traders in the group
4. Exclusive promotional service support for festival members to fix business deficiencies and issues
5. Presence of heads of all promotional service units, where senior managers will ensure that the trader’s issue is completely resolved—either by employees if the trader has the necessary promotion, or by training the trader to handle it independently if they do not. The goal is to get the job done.
Soon, enterprise owners will contact festival members to coordinate the necessary arrangements.
Festival members should prepare themselves for this working group at least once, as many challenges will be addressed and resolved, God willing.
It is important to note that since the number of festival members is too large to fit into a single session, multiple working group sessions will be held to accommodate all traders. Therefore, several dates will be provided, and each trader can choose a suitable one to attend.
9. Avoid Certain Places.
If you remember, a few days ago, we discussed that the most important and dominant factor in a trader’s success is companionship and alignment.
A trader, regardless of their good or bad traits, will succeed if they simply remain in companionship.
We also mentioned how frequently the word "Ma: being there" is used.
Some respected individuals in the comments referred to Abjad numerology, where we quoted the Prophet’s statement to Ammar: "The truth is with Ali, and Ali is with the truth."
That the Abjad of Ma' is like this: M is 40 and Ain is 70, and it becomes 110.
And this number is the same Abjad of Ali, which is Ain 70, Lam 30, and Ya 10, and this also becomes 110.
So, it is extremely important for a trader to be in companionship with Arad, in companionship with successful Aradi traders, and in companionship with those who encourage them in their business journey.
Many of you respected traders follow this principle. However, unfortunately, you fail to follow its opposite—and this is one of the key reasons why, over time, your companionship with trade and Arad is taken away from you.
What is the opposite?
The opposite is that just as you are in companionship with Arad and trade, you must never be in companionship with those who mock business, who ridicule and belittle your journey to becoming a trader.
And this is not merely the writer's personal opinion—it is a clear command from your Lord, who says:
It has already been revealed to you in the Book:
"He has already revealed to you in the Book
That when you hear Allah’s revelations being denied or ridiculed,
Then do not sit in that company
Unless they engage in a different topic,
Or else you will be like them.
Surely Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers all together in Hell." Surah An-Nisa, verse 140
Do you believe that trade is a divine tradition and a sign of the path to success?
Do you consider yourself worthy of honor, greatness, and prosperity?
Do you have the potential to be a sign of truth among people?
If your answer is yes, then do not allow them to discredit you.
Do not let them ridicule you.
Why do you associate with those who deny your beliefs and constantly mock your ambitions?
This is not my personal opinion. So, do not say "Ahmadi is making these statements on his own" or "He’s just getting old and senile."
The word of your Lord is: "Or else you will be like them."
When you do not leave their company, when you allow them to discredit and mock you, when they ridicule your journey as a trader and turn it into a joke, then you will become just like them.
You came to become a trader, yet you refuse to distance yourself from those who mock trade and traders.
I give you my word—you will not become a trader.
Soon, you will leave the path of business and become just like those who never achieved anything valuable in life.
And what’s interesting is that while God considers those mockers as deniers, you will end up becoming a hypocrite.
Now some might say, "Why are you labeling people and accusing them?"
I am not accusing anyone.
Read the rest of the message again.
The Almighty states: Indeed, God gathers the hypocrites and the disbelievers in Hell.
Those who mock and reject God's signs are clearly disbelievers.
Who is the hypocrite in this context?
A hypocrite is the one who claims to have faith in God's signs but, when he sees the disbelievers mocking them, does not feel any sense of indignation and does not leave their company.
This is where God states that such a person becomes like those disbelievers.
But since he outwardly claims faith in God's signs yet, in reality, resembles the disbelievers, he becomes a hypocrite.
A disbeliever openly expresses his disbelief, whereas a hypocrite carries disbelief in his heart while verbally professing faith.
However, God declares that both will be condemned to Hell.
Which one is in a worse position?
Certainly, the hypocrite.
Because God mentioned the hypocrite first, then the disbeliever.
This means that you once entered the path of trade and believed in it.
But you refuse to distance yourself from those who mock trade, and soon, you will become one of them.
Here, you are worse than them.
Because God says: I did not place the light of trade, which is the tradition of My Prophet, in their hearts, and so they turn away from it. But I placed this light in your heart, and yet you turned away from it.
And for God, it is a grave matter when someone returns to misguidance after having received guidance.
It is mentioned:
"Wretched is the name of disobedience after [one’s] faith." Surah Al-Hujurat, verse 11
But does God leave it at this?
No.
"And whoever trades Allah's favour—after receiving it—for disbelief should know that Allah is indeed severe in punishment." Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 211
Those who entered trade but were led away by the mockers should look at their lives—how much worse they have become compared to when they had not even known about trade.
Now, do you think those who mock trade and your ambition to become a trader, and wish for you to return to your old job and life, genuinely have your best interests at heart?
Do you really believe they are looking out for you?
I will share a verse and write my thoughts within it.
Many from the people of the Book desire something.
"Many among the People of the Book wish." Verse 109 of Surah Al-Baqarah
Writer: "Wadda: wish" is a type of affection that Arabs use to describe a mother’s love for her child.
In other words, their desire for this is very intense.
The "people of the Book" refers to anyone who believes in a divine scripture, whether Jewish, Christian, or Muslim.
Now, what is it that these people desire so intensely?
"They could turn you believers back to disbelief."
Meaning, until yesterday, they had no interest in you. But now that you have entered trade, they suddenly show great concern about pulling you away from it.
They act as if they care for you so much that you wonder, "God, this person never cared about me before, so why am I suddenly so important to them?"
The reason is simple.
"Because of their envy within themselves."
Yes, dear one, they think, "If you become a trader, you will become the most respected person in the family."
You will be honored by everyone.
You will achieve power and wealth.
But what about them?
They remain in the same misery they are in today, and inflation only makes them more miserable.
Their inner envy burns them so much that they approach you just to pull you away from trade, so you remain as unfortunate as they are.
All their so-called kindness is a lie—they only want to drag you down.
And there is no other reason except jealousy.
And you might ask, "Are you saying that my father, my mother, my sister, my brother, or my closest friend is like this?"
Yes, dear one, even your closest ones can be this way. And if you don't believe it, go and read the verse 113 from Surah At-Tawbah, which explains how many close relatives are not actually on your path and that even the Prophet and the believers are not permitted to pray for them because of the envy they harbor inside and their unwillingness to see their loved ones succeed.
And what is interesting is when they try to turn you away from trade.
"After the truth has been made clear to them."
You naively think that they mock you because they don't understand the truth about trade.
But they fully understand the truth. It is only out of envy that they don't want you to become a trader.
If even one percent of you believes that they mock you out of ignorance, test them.
Say: My mother, my father, my sister, my brother, my spouse, my love, my friend, instead of mocking me, come with me to get to know Arad more closely.
Let’s watch and listen to their files.
Let's even visit their offices in person.
If the truth is as you claim, I will give up.
Here, you will see that they do not accompany you at all.
They are not even willing to spend time for this understanding.
Do you know why?
Because deep inside, they are certain that your path is right, and only jealousy makes them want to turn you back to your previous path.
But since they do not want their intentions to be revealed to you, they are not even willing to recognize the truth.
Would they accompany you in this understanding and expose their jealousy?
So, certainly, they will not accompany you in this understanding, because they have already recognized it before, and only their inner wickedness prevents your trade—nothing else.
Now the question is: What should you do?
"Pardon and bear with them until Allah delivers His decision."
Writer: "Fa'fu" means to forgive, but here it does not mean to pardon—it means to ignore.
It means to act as if they do not even exist.
Can’t you completely ignore them?
Then, it says "Wasfahu"
Meaning: Place a page over them.
Create a barrier between yourself and them.
When they start talking, occupy yourself with something else so that you do not even hear them.
Until when?
Until God's decree comes.
That is, until God ordains trade for you and you make your first trade.
Does this really happen?
Can someone like me, who never believed in becoming a trader, truly succeed?
Can I, with all my weaknesses, become a capable trader?
"Surely Allah is Most Capable of everything."
Writer: Here, God is saying that the moment you ignore their false words and walk in My way, choosing to be with Me and My verses rather than with them—no matter your level of ability—I, God, will step in for you.
Even if you are the weakest person.
I am the Creator who is capable of everything.
I can make even someone like you a successful trader.
Do not doubt it.
This is God’s promise, and certainly, God never breaks His promises.
