As in first topic about management it about how you should encourage your employees or teams who works for you. So, that they can feel that their teammates or managers has eyes on their dedication for work. And second that every employee make mistakes even we make mistakes when we were in their place. So we should accept that and to avoid it we should help them to reflect their problem and divide the work in each person.

Senior manager of Arad Branding Mr. Ghorbani's talks are supposed to be held in a series of meetings and are about the basics of management.
There are two purposes for talking:
First, you need to become the owner of the brand and company, and for this you need to strengthen yourself and your subordinates.
Second, all of you are dear, from Mr. Miguel from Portugal to Mr. Emri from Indonesia and all 16,375 people who became members of Arad Branding. Now that you want to become a CEO, you have to do a series of things and stay away from a series of actions and verbs.
Experiences are an unwritten law, part of which is written.
What people do when they want to become a manager is to go to management books, most of the books are written about governments or private companies whose number of people or forces is less than ten people.
They didn't even live the CEO and spoke for their own growth.
So listen to my words carefully and implement at least part of them to see the result.
The first issue is the limits of compassion.
You must determine the limits of compassion for yourself.
There will never be a more compassionate force than yourself.
And you can deal with the forces.
If the force performs its duties in the hours set for work, that force is caring. Encourage them to be sympathetic and pay attention to them.
To grow the company, deal with mistakes.
It is wrong for the forces to do everything right from the first day. Determine the limits of the work for the forces, give a description of the task. And tell the details of the work and write it down, this will reduce many errors.
In fact, this reduces part of the errors and part of it is solved by monitoring.
If the company is small, monitor it yourself, and if it is big, you will be part of the monitoring team.
The next issue is growth, both for yourself and for the force.
As a manager, I have to spend part of my time for my own growth, if I don't do this, the forces won't grow either.
And if you get involved in fringes, not only will you not grow, but you will also regress.
To grow, you need to divide your energy correctly.
A successful manager has high energy. Don't spend all your energy on learning and developing your skills, save some of it for yourself.
And if the day comes when you have to spend all your energy Energize, you must have places and people who raise your energy.
