On Thursday, November 8th, at 12 PM, we will host Mr. Ali Oruj, the Ambassador of Algeria to Iran, in the Holy City of Qom. He will hold a workshop with Mr. Abdulrahman Tamer, the Economic and Trade Attaché of Algeria, for Aradi traders with Promotion 9 and above.
Eligible participants should complete the form below to attend the workshop.
Working group with the Ambassador of Algeria
I am proud to write for Arad and for Aradis, for whom ambassadors from prominent countries come to show their respect and meet with their traders.
This is something that even chambers of commerce cannot achieve, and only the wise understand this.
8. Solving the Supply Chain Problem for All Traders
Aradi traders will no longer face supply issues in business.
The Supply Commission, led by Mohammad Entezam and with 9 specialized committees, has created a comprehensive solution for obtaining the goods needed by Aradi traders.
The main goal of the commission is to ensure that:
No negotiation for Aradi traders will be canceled due to lack of supply.
This commission stands as a primary authority for supply, and is ready to assist traders.
Simply follow up on related matters through the following ID.
On the other hand, Aradi traders who have the capacity to supply goods are encouraged to introduce their capacity to the Supply Commission via the following link.

9. Develop Your Intelligence.
Two-thirds of intelligence, as stated by Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him), lies in commerce, so the more intelligent a merchant is, the more profit they will make.
You, the merchants, interact with people every day, and if your intelligence in understanding people is flawed, you will lose a lot of money.
One of the important aspects of business intelligence is the ability to discern right and wrong facts and statements made by your audience.
Most of you, especially newcomers, consider people to be truthful and have a mental assumption that they speak the truth unless proven otherwise.
And God knows how much you are harmed by this assumption.
But as you gain experience, you realize that most people are liars, and you should assume their dishonesty unless their truthfulness is proven.
The ability to distinguish between truth and lies in a customer’s speech depends on two things:
They must present evidence, but in most cases, such evidence either doesn’t exist or is unreliable.
Or they must provide reasoning that you can evaluate rationally to determine its validity.
You should train yourself to rely on the second method to judge the truth or falsehood of a statement.
Let me give an example from something we encountered on the website a few days ago.
A dear person wrote in the comments: “We request that the author provide references when citing a narration.”
I thought to myself, one of the easiest ways to deceive people is exactly this.
And, unfortunately, the internet is full of such deceptions.
Let’s assume I write: “Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: …” These ellipses are supposed to represent a statement attributed to Imam Sadiq.
Then I add:
Al-‘Ilal al-Shara’iah, page 89, Hadith 5
Bihar al-Anwar, Volume 41, page 92, Hadith 423
Man La Yahduruhu al-Faqih, Volume 3, page 43, Hadith 1
Most people will believe the names of these books, pages, and hadith numbers.
However, this could easily be a lie.
How many people actually go and check if these references exist in the books?
Perhaps one in a million would do such a thing.
Even if that one person realizes the references are false, can they do anything about it?
I’ve said many times that as a merchant, your intelligence must be several times stronger than that of ordinary people.
A merchant should not be easily deceived.
You’ve heard a narration or any statement attributed to someone.
If you truly doubt its authenticity, you should investigate.
And this is the word of God, who said:
O you who have believed, if a disobedient person comes to you with information, investigate, lest you harm a people in ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful. (Quran, Surah Al-Hujurat, 49:6)
You can consider me a disobedient person and, if I give you news, you should investigate and verify it. If you find it to be true, accept it. But to simply believe a narration based on a few book titles and hadith numbers is illogical.
This is how we get deceived.
They came and told people that the stock market would give such and such profit, and then several people who were supposedly experts confirmed it. Because people accept news in this way out of ignorance, they entered and then regretted it.
You, noble merchants, should investigate any statement you hear from anyone whose trustworthiness has not been proven to you, and compare that logic with the sound principles you’ve learned before. Do not accept any statement from anyone easily.
Someone tells you, “I followed all of Arad’s teachings but was unsuccessful.”
If you are new, you might quickly believe them and think they are truthful.
But as you grow older and your intelligence develops, you will say they are lying.
Because trade, even without Arad, is profitable if the principles are followed, and with Arad, it is hundreds of times more profitable, because the promise of nine-tenths of wealth in commerce is not Arad’s promise, but God’s promise.
So, they are lying if they claim they followed God’s path and did not get results.
The wise would consider them liars, but the less intelligent would think they are truthful.
And that is the difference between the one who becomes wealthy and the one who stays poor.
Discerning right and wrong in people’s speech is an art you, the traders, must strive to acquire. And also, ask God frequently to illuminate the light of discernment in your hearts.
10. Expression Through Reprimand or Encouragement?
Most reprimands can be expressed as encouragement, and most encouragements can be expressed as reprimands. This is the art of a merchant—knowing how to frame their words.
For example, we all know that when it comes to receiving promotional services, there is a difference between those who engage in the comments and those who don’t.
Now, imagine yourself as someone who doesn’t leave comments and see which of these two sentences would make you more eager to comment.
Sentence 1: “Those who leave comments in any promotion receive 30% more services than those who do not comment in the same promotion.” — Expressed as encouragement
Sentence 2: “Those who do not leave comments in any promotion receive 30% fewer services than those who leave comments in the same promotion.” — Expressed as reprimand
Which of these two sentences has a greater impact on someone who does not leave comments?
If you truly understand people, you will realize that the second sentence has much more motivating power.
Most people are more motivated by the fear of punishment than by the desire to grow. This is why God, in His book, places more verses warning of punishment than verses of glad tidings of Paradise. He knows His creation, and since His goal is the growth and elevation of His servants, He uses the method of fear more than that of glad tidings.
If you truly care for your own well-being, you should fear poverty and firmly engage in trade.
Apply this technique when making offers to your customers or suppliers as well.
When a supplier does not cooperate with you, consider expressing a sentence like:
“It’s no problem.
I’ll get it from so-and-so.”
Now, who is “so-and-so”.
It refers to your competitors and the enemies of the very supplier you’re dealing with.
This is when you see that when you tell the supplier, “If you cooperate with me, your sales will increase,” it seems to have no effect.
Understand that people are divided into three categories:
1. Those who act out of fear of becoming miserable.
2. Those who act out of the desire for rewards.
3. Those who neither seek reward nor fear punishment, but act according to their beliefs.
Most people fall into the first category, a few into the second, and only a very rare group belongs to the third category.
Knowing people will strengthen you in business.
11. Stop Parallel Teaching and Instead Focus on Answering Members’ Questions.
Last week, two meetings were held: one by Mr. Ghorbani and the other by Mr. Vahid, where they discussed the difference between knowing and being able to do. They compared the two generations of today and yesterday—where the previous generation was full of ability even though their knowledge was limited, and today’s generation is rich in knowledge but poor in ability.
The result is clear: the previous generation was much stronger and wealthier.
All of this was said to emphasize that we should not focus so much on collecting information but rather on taking action.
In this regard, no new training will be added to the Business School or the Business Podcast, and any troubleshooting will be done by senior managers.
However, we see that some Business Enterprise Owners are constantly creating new educational content, which is not only redundant but also at a much lower level compared to the Business School and the podcasts.
The merchant, who is a member of the Business Enterprise, spends their time there, when they could have come to the Business School to receive more comprehensive training.
But the Business Enterprise Owner feels the need to show off, wanting to appear more knowledgeable so that members see them as important and engage in better business collaborations with them.
Through this official announcement, I would like to convey to you, on behalf of my esteemed senior managers, that Business Enterprise Owners should refrain from parallel teaching. They should limit any new training content to a minimum, and instead dedicate their time to answering questions and resolving the problems of their members.
Instead of using their time for creating new training, Enterprise Owners should direct their members to the Business School and assist them in solving any obstacles or challenges they face.
This is the essence of proper business management.
We hope to see a reduction in the production of educational content by business enterprises.
Enterprise Owners should regard this announcement as a directive and comply with it fully.
12. Reduction of Service Cancellations to 1,035 People
The good news is that the number of people with zero participation scores has decreased from 1,243 to 1,035.
You can download the list of these 1,035 from here. If you have a friendship with any of them, or if they are members of your Business Enterprise, please inform them that their promotional services have been canceled, as they are most likely not engaged with Arad at all. In a short while, they will come back and lament, saying, “We invested our entire lives in Arad and got nowhere.”
13. Lack of Attention by Some Traders to the Website
From reviewing the results of the quiz, particularly some questions that have obvious answers, and by comparing the number of quiz participants, which is higher than the number of comments, we realize that many merchants don’t visit the website even once. Instead, they only answer the daily quiz questions from the Telegram channel, using their previous knowledge without checking the website itself.
For example, one question was: “What topic did Mr. Vahid discuss at the 10 PM meeting?”
The word “pragmatism” was included in the text, and the question designers took the answer directly from the text, so that even if someone didn’t watch the video or wasn’t present at the meeting, they could still answer.
Let’s look at the answers.
Those who chose the other three options definitely didn’t open the article, or if they did, they skimmed through it.
The next question was about which foreign representative office had been opened, which was also the headline of the news.It wasn’t a detailed issue, so there was no excuse for missing it.
What’s even more alarming is the question about the narration from Imam Sadiq on the share of intellect, a narration that I must have written over 100 times. Senior managers also mentioned it several times in Business School lessons and podcasts. The article clearly stated that two-thirds of intelligence lies in business.
Let’s take a look at the answers.
283 people selected “nine-tenth”?!
It’s the nine-tenths of wealth that lies in business, dear ones, not the “nine-tenths of intellect.”
All of this shows that some people took it lightly.
So, what happens in the end?
They end up suffering losses.
The next question was about how to enchant customers, which I personally mentioned more than four or five times in the text. Even if someone skimmed it, they would have seen the phrase “playing it safe.”
But let’s take a look at the answers.
Let these examples serve as a reminder.
When someone says, “We didn’t get results,” you will know why they didn’t.
Personally, I believe it would be an injustice to allow them to receive the correct results, as it would be a disservice to all humanity.
If every careless person were allowed to become a merchant, trade would lose its value.
God elevated trade as the noblest of professions and praised merchants in His book. It is only fitting that trade be dominated by strong-willed individuals, both men and women, especially the brave and determined Iranians.
We stand alongside all Aradis to transform them into lions of the economic jungle, as long as they entrust their will to Arad, rather than stubbornly rejecting every simple idea.
14. Results of Yesterday’s Test
1,494 Traders
Membership in the Daily Trader's Test Channel
836 Business Enterprise Owners
Membership in the Business Owners’ Daily Test Channel
15. Analysis of the First Trader's Survey Question
Two survey questions were asked for merchants and two for business owners. Let’s review the results and analyze them.
The first survey question for merchants was:
What is the most important reason why people don’t enter trade?
The correct answer is exactly this: the false beliefs that exist about business, which create fear.
Otherwise, almost all merchants have come to the understanding that business is not difficult.
Now, we would be happy to hear your suggestions: what can you do personally to help remove these false beliefs from people’s minds?
16. The Second Trader's Survey Question
The second survey question was:
How do most families of new traders react to their involvement in business?
From this question, we can deduce that the reason for the failure of some unsuccessful merchants could be their families. A newcomer has no emotional attachment to Arad and is primarily attached to their family. If the family is against trade and Arad, the newcomer will leave business out of love for their family.
In these cases, Arad cannot do much.
It’s up to the merchant to play the Business School videos at home on the TV to get their family on board, but most newcomers don’t do this.
Business Enterprise Owners shouldn’t get too involved in these issues or be upset by the failures of newcomers, because these people have their own families who prevent them from growing. There is no fault or flaw in you.
17. First Question of the Business Enterprise Survey
The first question of the business enterprise survey was:
Which part of running a business enterprise is the hardest?
You can see that managing previous members and answering their questions isn’t that difficult.
The difficulty lies in making the first contact with new clients and bringing up money.
Now, the question is: Is this physical difficulty?
Is it like workers who have to dig for hours under the sun, or like drivers who experience back pain from long hours on the road?
You can see that there’s no specific physical difficulty involved.
The difficulty is psychological.
Because they don’t say “yes” to you.
If Arad were like Ponzi scammers or the stock market and cryptocurrencies, where 85 out of every 100 people fall into traps according to official statistics from Iran’s Cyber Police, would it still be as hard.
The difficulty here is that out of every 100 people, only 3 become traders, and the remaining 97 will bother you.
Unfortunately, even those 3 who join don’t understand that this business owner has heard “no” from 33 people before finding them, and they don’t realize the struggles endured to get them into the business.
This frustration often cools down the enthusiasm of business owners.
However, the certainty of God’s promise regarding the good intentions for people and the substantial wealth available in running a business is what keeps the business owner motivated.
We recommend that business owners use the “passing the customer” approach when discussing promotions and money with older enterprises that specialize in this matter.
If you don’t know such a business enterprise, feel free to message us on Telegram, and we will guide you.
18. Second Question of the Business Enterprise Survey
The second question of the business enterprise survey was:
Why do people who have received promotions but don’t take the business seriously?
Once again, you gave the right answer.
Because they don’t believe they can become successful traders, they don’t take the business seriously.
Is there a better way to build this belief than by showing 60-second videos of Arad Branding traders, Arad Documentary, and Arad website and comments from successful Aradi traders?
So, encourage your business members to take the Arad website seriously.
In addition to reinforcing the belief in trading, the Arad website presents topics that are sometimes bold and intense, shaking off weak attitudes and building confidence and determination.
On the other hand, it also strongly suppresses misconceptions about investing.
Instead of spending hours on members who will disappear after a while, connect them to the website, which is the best way to retain the members of your business enterprises.
Then, if they have any questions or encounter issues in their trade, guide them, ensuring both your profit share is secure and 10% of Arad’s payment is made.
19. Don’t Lose 30% of Promotion Services for No Reason.
After the easy access table you see in the box below, you can leave your comments.
Don’t forget that if you’ve made up your mind not to leave any comments, you will lose 30% of the services we should be providing for you every month.
Naturally, the less energy our employees invest in the growth of your business, the longer it will take for you to achieve the results you want.
However, if you take participating in comments and surveys seriously, you will receive up to 20% additional services.
