10. New Contract Without Paying Profit to Arad Branding
Traders who choose not to pay the 10% profit from their business to Arad Branding will have their promotion calculated at a fourfold rate according to the table below. If a trader has previously signed a 10% profit-sharing contract but is found by Arad Branding’s supervision team to have violated this agreement, their contract will be adjusted to the original pricing.
For example, a trader has a 560 million Toman contract for Promotion 9 with a 10% profit payment and it is determined that the 10% has not been paid in a transaction.
Arad changes their contract to Promotion 5, whose original price is 580 million Tomans.
Or, they have Promotion 11 and have paid 1.12 billion Tomans with the intention of paying a 10% profit, and it is determined that the profit has not been paid. Then, it is changed to Promotion 7, whose original price is 1.14 billion Tomans.
Arad has repeatedly stated that the collected price for promotions is solely for employee salaries, and for several months, while traders had extensive interactions and encouraged each other to decrease their promotions, employees continued working without receiving salaries because the allocated cost for the previous promotion barely covered salaries. Arad was willing to offer commercial services at that promotion price with the intention of receiving a 10% profit.
Now that some individuals do not intend to pay the 10%, naturally, Arad will include its profit in the original promotion price, because this is not a charity organization or a welfare committee, but rather a fully economic and commercial company.
11. Selection Criteria in Various Plans
The promotion of traders and the number of participations in the past 30 days are collected in the reviews and compared.
