WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BATH TOWEL AND BATH SHEET? It's just the size. A bath towel measures 70 cm x 135 cm and a bath towel measures 100 cm x 160 cm. Bath towels are sometimes referred to as extra-large bath towels. A larger size bath towel will take a little longer to dry, but it will wrap completely around you as you dry off. IS THE GUEST TOWEL BIGGER THAN THE HAND TOWEL? No, a guest towel is usually around 30cm x 50cm, while a hand towel is slightly larger than 50cm x 100cm. First, wrap yourself in a towel so that its two ends point out while the other two ends are behind you. The towel should be halfway around your waist, holding it from the top two corners so that it hangs from your lower back and the rest falls on your knees, or even ankles if the towel is big. Then stretch the end you hold in your right hand toward your left hand and the end you hold in your left hand toward your right hand. You're basically making an 'X' with your arms now, and the far right is now on the left, while the far left is now on the right. Now stretch the ends to the limit where your waist is squeezed. Make sure it's tight, or the towel will fall off and cause a lot of trouble for you if you plan to walk down an aisle. In fact, you'll want to at least wear something underneath so that, in case you can't tie the towel properly the first time, you can at least avoid the embarrassment. Now, you're close. All you have to do is keep stretching both ends and put one end in the towel and roll it up. That way it's tight on one side and won't fall off. Do the same with the second end and when both are rolled down, use your hands to squeeze the towel in a way that is comfortable for you. If you want your towel to be a little shorter, buy a smaller towel or roll it up as much as possible. However, if you want it long, you'll need a bigger towel and try to roll it less when you tie it around your waist.
