Do you remember how challenging it was for you esteemed individuals when we asked you to leave comments at the end of the articles in the early days?
But now that we review the comments, we see how smoothly and eloquently you write.
This signifies intellectual growth.
Because expression stems from intellect, just as Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: "A wise person is recognized by his words."
And sometimes we see you write so powerfully and extensively that you seem to run rings round writer and you have made him bow down with admiration.
God wills it. 😘
Enhance your intellect further.
Would you like us to introduce you to an exercise that can further enhance your intellect?
If you have been a follower of Mr. Talia's podcasts, you have surely heard that recounting topics for others enhances one's ability to retain them.
It is narrated from the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him and his family:
"Everything has a zakat (a form of almsgiving). The zakat of knowledge is its dissemination."
And he also said:
"Zakat leads to the eradication of poverty.
God is more generous than to allow His servant to pay its zakat but not multiply its rewards for him."
Therefore, striving to disseminate knowledge effectively contributes to the increase of intellect, wealth, and the reduction of poverty.
Let's practice teaching a portion of the lessons we learn from the Business School to someone else every day, as this will lead to our own growth.
Sharing these words with others is more beneficial for you, as it will lead to the consolidation of knowledge within yourself.
"When Zurārah ibn Aʿyan reached the service of Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, and said:
"My master
There are days when I have some words in my heart that I wish to share with someone, but I cannot find anyone to confide in.
Even if I utter these words at home, I am worried that I will be hurt by people around me.
The Imam said: Go to a deserted place, far from people, and there, with a loud voice, say whatever you wish."
Perhaps that's why Imam Ali, peace be upon him, used to open out his heart to the well. 😭
The positive impact of yesterday's news
According to statistics received from yesterday's comments, 7 dear individuals, whose names we certainly won't mention and who were among those who contributed negative energy every day, sent their positive energies towards us in yesterday's comment.
And it was decided that we should be friends.
God bless you.
We appreciate your kindness.
We're not saying we're faultless.
Our point is that if we were to separate, there would be no other way to build ourselves.
God knows that if there was somewhere you could go after leaving Arad, where you could build a better life for yourself than in Arad, we would suggest that place to you ourselves.
Now that fate has brought us together in a family called Arad, let's stay together and build together.
We'll tell you your flaws, and you tell us ours.
We criticize each other.
We argue with each other, but we don't separate.
We stay and we build.
And this saying is from the Prophet of God:
"A believer is not stung from the same hole twice."
How many times does history have to report and write that the people of Islam suffered defeat and loss due to discord and distancing from unity and solidarity?
Our enemies, whenever they wanted to strike us, their first blow was to sow discord, and we fell into animosity.
Many insignificant matters sowed animosity in our hearts, and we failed to grasp the depth of the tragedy.
One became a supporter of Esteghlal and the other of Perspolis, and how much quarreling, cursing, and indecency occurred between two brothers, two sisters, two cousins, two nieces, just because one supported the blue and the other the red.
Look at the end of it all, for a very trivial matter that has no place in our real human life.
We, the Aradis, have recognized priorities.
Our priority is the economy.
We have also recognized the path.
Our path is commerce.
We knew its necessities, which are efforts to have more leads and signals and to increase negotiation power.
And we understood that all of this is achieved through reliance on God, adherence to the teachings of the the family of the Messenger of God, and love for commerce and Arad with patience and perseverance.
These are the principles.
The rest is secondary matters.
We agree on the fundamentals.
The secondary matters remain, which we set right together.
Sooner or later.
But we don't separate from each other.
Once again, we thank and appreciate these seven noble individuals who bravely came forward and embraced the path of friendship.
May God increase your dignity.
Recognizing a Funny Pest
For the past few days, we've been working on an interesting project at the Cyber Unit.
God willing, in the coming days, the film will also be edited by the media unit, and you'll see it.
The hidden phone is the title of these films. 😎
It's something like a hidden camera, but because it's a phone, we've given it the name "hidden phone."
One very interesting point we encountered in the midst of this is that we talked to many Aradis.
They said others speak badly about Arad a lot.
We asked if they were sure that the other party was an Arad merchant and was speaking ill?
They said yes and showed us their own contract.
We got specific and said, give us the name of the person or people who speak ill.
Interestingly enough, fewer than ten names were repeated in this group.
If we write briefly, you will understand:
HH, RN, AN, and a few others.
These are the ones who pick up the phone and encourage others to separate from Arad.
At first, you might think they're so idle, right?
No.
They're not idle, this is their job.
After they encourage you against Arad, they ask you to file a complaint against Arad.
Then they say you don't have a lawyer, and a lawyer requires money.
Give the lawyer 3 to 10 percent of the contract you made with Arad to pursue your complaint.
And this is how they bring clients to their lawyer and the lawyer gives them a percentage.
Be careful not to fall into the trap.
Review of Last Night's News
Before we discuss the most important topic of this article, let's mention a matter inside parentheses.
During the late hours of last night, some news articles were posted on the website.
Since their number was higher than usual, and we suspect you might miss seeing them, we'll remind you of them here.
New representatives from Ivory Coast, Zambia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe have been added to Arad and talked about their activities, which you can view the news.
Another Arad branding office opened in Nigeria, which is interesting in itself and can be seen from here.
We owe this volume of glory and dignity in foreign relations to the efforts of Arad employees in the International Negotiations Unit and export mentors.
It's appropriate to extend special thanks to these honorable individuals who have stood at the forefront of export work and are patiently and steadfastly raising the flag of Iran and Arad in various countries.
You may not be aware of the significant amount of pessimism about Iran in the minds of foreigners, which makes the hardest task for these dear ones in the first stage to dispel these pessimisms and then negotiate.
Imagine how difficult it is to make a friend out of an enemy.
To make someone who has been against you for years fall in love with you.
More power to the negotiators.
More power to the mentors.
Today's Arad narrative is dedicated to the efforts of these honorable individuals, and we see a corner of their efforts.
If you remember, a few days ago, we wrote an article about the fact that we inherit business in our generation and talked about children.
Arad merchants made an effort and sent videos of their children, grandchildren, and relatives' children, and of course, they also got the branding point, which was their joy.
If you really want to have butterflies, watch the little ones talking about trade in the clip.
When we were kids, we would put two playing cards together and hit them, and if the cards turned upside down, it would be ours, and if not, it would be the next person's turn, and this story continued for hours, days, months, and years. 😂
Increase in Promotions with Love
The following individuals experienced an increase in their promotion coefficient yesterday:
- Ali Tahmasebi
- Masoud Shibani
- Zivar Baghfalaki
- Hamed Khoshtinat
- Mohammad Ramezani
- Seyyedeh Zakiyeh Badihi
- Mohammad Reza Mohammadi Matin
If the relationship between a child and the father is broken...
However, the bitter news yesterday was that 26 individuals with negative energy didn't let go of their old ways and refused to make peace.
There are certainly other individuals whose relationship with Arad has soured, and they don't even leave comments anymore.
This signifies that Arad's relationship with these children of his has deteriorated.
Despite the efforts of advisors and supporters to reconcile them with Arad, it is futile.
They have expectations and demands that Arad doesn't consider correct and doesn't implement for them.
Arad also has expectations and demands from them that they don't fulfill.
The relationship has reached a critical point close to separation.
In such situations, we often see these dignified individuals, because they become disappointed with Arad, try to involve others like themselves, i.e., other merchants, and share their pain with others to increase their numbers and force Arad to react due to their large numbers.
Experience also shows that Arad still doesn't change its course even with an increase in their numbers.
Because if Arad correctly understands the issue raised by someone, it changes itself.
You also know that Arad never fears change and is not worried, and change is Arad's daily habit.
So, if you've heard someone's words and haven't acted on their behalf, it means Arad has judged this matter as incorrect.
Now, the issue is not whether Arad's judgment is correct or incorrect, in summary, every organization is managed by the mindset of its managers, whether it's right or wrong.
So, the reason Arad doesn't act on the merchant's request is that Arad sees it as against organizational or even personal interests for the merchant, but the merchant sees it as correct.
Now, if one person becomes two, then ten, or even a hundred, does it change the judgment to the correct one?
No.
If Arad comes and changes with the increase in numbers, it only means one thing.
Arad is afraid.
And since we all know that a fearful merchant is deprived of blessings, Arad seeks refuge in God from having to change its course due to fear of protest or complaint from some.
The notion that because their numbers are large, their words will be heard is a misconception.
Because each and every one of your comments is indeed heard, even if you're just one person.
It doesn't matter if one person speaks up or ten do.
Don't be deceived.
These individuals come to you to align your views against Arad with theirs.
Don't be deceived for no reason.
Associating with them won't get you anywhere.
On the contrary, Arad believes it's better to hear from one person than from several.
So, if one person conveys their message alone, Arad listens quickly, but when they gather, Arad listens later, so this habit doesn't form, and some resort to these methods to convey their message, making it a common practice.
So what is the solution?
The truth is that the family's child is not satisfied with the father, and the father is not satisfied with the child.
The relationship has destroyed.
The father never comes to ruin his son in front of others and tarnish his reputation.
But it's the son who has no qualms about disgracing his father in front of anyone and everyone to get what he wants.
In fact, he has no belief in being part of a family.
While it is God who has said: "The believers are brothers,"
He has established the bond of brotherhood among us from the beginning of creation.
There's only one solution left.
Now that the relationship between father and child is broken, it's the duty of the other siblings to mend this relationship.
It's up to you to reconcile.
You might say we don't know how to reconcile others.
We can't even provide solid reasons and logic for the issues the dissatisfied child brings up.
There's no need to give reasons.
We've argued back and forth before and haven't reached a conclusion.
It's not like he comes on the first day and says to you
He talked to Arad and still he is not convinced.
So, your entry with reasons, logic, and arguments cannot create peace.
Although may God reward you for your efforts and presenting your reasons to reconcile.
A serious warning!
Please refrain from comparing Arad and yourself and events that occur between us with the Prophet of God and the like, and simply focus on a deep understanding of the subject.
Because the ignorant remain in examples, while the knowledgeable seek the essence of the matter.
The author's intention is by no means comparison but to find the right solution to the issue according to the tradition of the Prophet of God.
Any interpretation other than this leads to misguidance, solely attributable to those who have formed the comparison in their minds.
The Prophet, an Excellent Role Model
We thank the Almighty who has sent us a good role model and a bright light so that we may not remain lost in confusion.
The Messenger of God, upon whom be blessings and peace, is an excellent exemplar for all of us humans, whenever we find ourselves stuck in any matter, it is sufficient to refer to the conduct of that noble person and emulate him.
Such issues were abundant at the advent of Islam.
Verses were revealed that were not palatable to many, and accepting them was difficult for them.
For instance, the Arabs were drinkers, and in several stages, verses were revealed that eventually banned alcohol.
Some of them were angry.
Their women used to go without hijab, and the verses of hijab were revealed.
Again, some were angry.
Or in the matter of slavery, where most of them had a large number of slaves, and God commanded the freeing of slaves for every mistake they made.
They saw their slaves gradually being freed, and again, some were angry.
At that time, it was customary for every man to have more than ten wives, and people would criticize and mock anyone who had fewer than ten wives.
For example, someone was considered sexually impotent if he had only seven wives.
There are reliable narrations from both Shia and Sunni sources that Muqayyirah ibn Shu'bah, may God curse him, had more than 400 wives.
In such conditions, Islam came and set the maximum permissible number of wives at four.
You cannot imagine how much turmoil the Arabs were thrown into by this Quranic decree, and how they turned hostile towards the Prophet and Islam.
This was happening while the Messenger of God, until the time when Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) was alive – which lasted 27 years – did not have any other wife besides her.
And Imam Ali, the Commander of the Faithful, did not take any wife besides Fatimah, may peace be upon her, until her martyrdom.
You cannot imagine how much this behavior of the Prophet and the Commander of the Faithful was heavy to the Arabs of that time.
If they wanted to look at the exemplary behavior of their role model, they should have opted for monogamy.
For those who previously had more than ten wives, limiting themselves to one wife was a kind of severe punishment.
All these factors caused them to be in disarray, and because they knew that the Prophet of God would not change his statement, they would secretly gossip about the Prophet of God and the Quranic decrees to each other in privacy, to the extent that God revealed their gossip to His Prophet and mentioned it in His book.
These two verses are found in Surah An-Nisa, verse 81 and Surah An-Nisa, verse 108, perhaps because their greatest disarray was about the ruling of limiting their number of wives.
"They have “Obedience” on their lipsو but when they leave thee, a section of them Meditate all night on things very different from what thou tell them. But Allah records their nightly [plots]: So keep clear of them, and put thy trust in Allah, and enough is Allah as a disposer of affairs. (Quran, 4:81)
"They may hide [Their crimes] from men, but they cannot hide [Them] from Allah, seeing that He is in their midst when they plot by night, in words that He cannot approve: And Allah Doth compass round all that they do." (Quran, 4:108)
In such circumstances, there was nothing more for the Messenger of God to do, as they had reached the point where they would discuss matters secretly and clandestinely with each other, stirring up trouble.
However, among them were noble figures like Salman, Abu Dharr, Miqdad, and Ammar, who took a good approach and, upon hearing the objections of the opponents, convinced them with persuasive words to abandon their ways.
And if this speech did not affect them, they would whisper it to themselves so as not to forget it and not to be inclined towards the ways of the opposers.
The Lord has heard their words and has so favored their speech that He has expressed it in His Book, where He said:
"Our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith, [saying], 'Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and let us die with the righteous." (Surah Al-Imran, 3:193)
You may have heard that even a single book of debate and argument does not exist from the time of the Messenger of God.
The reason for this is precisely this verse.
Whenever they wanted to discuss among themselves (not logical and constructive discussions, but destructive and illogical ones), someone in the group would say:
"Do you agree that we were called to faith?"
He would say, "Yes, I agree."
He would continue, "When you were called, did you accept or reject?"
He would say, "I accepted."
He would then continue, "May God forgives your father, then why do you return to your old ways and argue over every matter?
Believing means you accepted it, now that you accepted it, changing your mind won't get you anywhere."
They would hear this logic and return to the right path without arguing, avoiding any further debates.
As time passed, the correctness of the Messenger of God's decision became apparent to everyone, and they would say to themselves, "How fortunate we are not to have separated from the Prophet, and remained united with him."
Now let us emulate their example.
Gentlemen, the moment you enter Arad, it means you have accepted Arad, otherwise, if you had doubts, would you still enter?
If on the first day you entered with doubt and uncertainty, then you made a mistake because a person should not take a step with doubt in a path.
If you entered with certainty, why do you lose your certainty over a simple event?
Can certainty easily turn into doubt?
Now, you are certain that your mother loves you, would you conclude that your mother is deceitful based on someone's words or inappropriate actions?
Let's bring the example down a notch.
For instance, if you believe in a certain friend who is benevolent and wishes no harm upon you.
Now, if one day you see something contrary to that, would you lose your faith in them and call them a fraudster?
What kind of certainty and faith is this that some people have?
You just need to ask one question to someone whose relationship with Arad has soured and say, stop and answer this question.
On the first day you entered, did you come with faith in Arad or with doubt?
If they say doubt, then you tell them, "Well, dear, you made a mistake because you entered with doubt."
Does a person enter into something with doubt?
Well, it's obvious that it takes about three years for doubt to overcome Arad and this doubt doesn't let you reach money and become a merchant.
Then you say, "I've been here for a few months and haven't reached money yet," you won't achieve anything if you enter into anything with doubt.
If they say they entered with faith.
Tell them, "Does a believer lose their faith this quickly?
Do you even understand the meaning of faith?
Faith means I accept it until the end and I will act accordingly.
Now, it's possible that the action I take is not compatible with my mind.
When a person believes in something, they stick to their faith until they get the result.
We hope that Arad will resemble utopia like the era of the Messenger of God, even if it's as tiny as a particle or less, even if we become like it to an extent of one-billionth, which we won't, we shall become the finest epitome of our time.
