7. Don’t Hide Your Business Successes.
We have statistics showing that many traders, especially the experienced ones, are making good sales every day, but we rarely see them send their success videos to Arad Branding’s media.
Every time we investigate, we come across reasons that seem superficial, but the truth behind them is this:
1. They don’t want to pay the 10% share for Arad and their business enterprise.
2. They believe that if their success videos are shared, new traders will enter their product line, increasing the competition and reducing their profits.
3. They think that if their success is broadcast, they will be exposed to the “evil eye.”
4. They feel that if others find out they’ve earned good money, they will be asked to lend money.
5. They believe that if other business enterprises find out they’ve made a good profit, they will be asked to increase their promotions.
All five reasons stem from a negative trait: stinginess and greed.
It’s worth noting that these reasons also reveal traces of theft, lack of trust in God, failure to wish well for fellow Muslims, narrow-mindedness, superstitions, and envy.
We’ve counseled many times, but it didn’t have an effect.
This time, with the surprises that Mr. Vahid will bring us, we will give wings to those traders who provide these documents so that the ones who withhold them will burn with regret.
On the other hand, in order to benefit from these surprises, they will be forced to provide documentation of their businesses, so they won’t miss out on these great benefits.
Though it will remain in our minds, who started submitting their documents after the surprises were announced, and who did so before.
And certainly, these two groups will not be treated the same by us.
8. Enhancing International Communication for Aradi Traders
The Communications Commission, with its ten specialized committees, provides comprehensive support to address the international communication challenges of Aradi traders.
The primary goal of this commission is to establish strong global business networks.
Under the leadership of Mrs. Saba Sadeghi Kia, this commission ensures that no negotiation for Aradi traders is left unresolved due to a lack of knowledge or experience.
The main issues addressed by the commission are:
1. Identifying the best export destinations for your product
2. Familiarizing with the culture of foreign representatives at your target market
3. Introducing active representatives in your product’s industry
4. Following up on translation and negotiation issues if your customer and supplier are genuine.
This commission is ready to assist traders.
It should be noted that services provided to traders with Promotion 8 or higher will be offered as a service from Arad to those traders. However, traders with lower promotion levels will need to pay a percentage of their trade to the commission.
Feel free to discuss your issues related to international trade communication with us by contacting the following Telegram ID.
9. The seemingly correct but completely wrong suggestions
In trade, it’s common for someone to make a suggestion that seems very right at first, but when your business sense is strong, you’ll realize that the suggestion is completely wrong.
So, what’s the catch?
The catch is that you act on a completely wrong suggestion, thinking it’s correct, and the outcome doesn’t immediately become clear. It may take months or even years for you to realize it was a mistake—if you even realize it at all.
By that time, you may have suffered so much loss that you feel your business is on the brink of collapse, just like many people in Iran who are caught in the web of poverty and cannot afford to wait for the right business opportunities—they need a daily income or they’ll starve.
To avoid falling into such traps, here are four suggestions.
1. Define your core business principles and never prioritize the secondary over the primary.
2. Before taking any action, ask yourself: Is this my responsibility? If it’s not, don’t waste your energy on it, as it will distract you from your main duties.
3. Determine if you have control over the project or idea, or if it’s in the hands of others. If others have control, ask yourself if they’re allowing you to act, and if not, don’t waste your energy.
4. Compare your plans and ideas with the wisdom of those who came before you. Seek the opinions of experienced senior managers by observing business school and podcasts. If your ideas align, move forward; if not, discard them.
For example, whenever I write about education or schools, I see comments suggesting things like:
“Arad should establish a private business school.”
“Arad should talk to the authorities and request changes to the curriculum.”
And so on.
Let’s apply the four principles to these suggestions.
Is changing the curriculum or starting a school part of Arad’s core principles?
Not only is it not a core principle, it’s not even a secondary one.
If Arad occasionally engages in cultural activities, it is a heartfelt gesture towards Iranian children. However, whenever more important responsibilities arise, these activities are easily sidelined.
Now, let’s apply the second principle: Is establishing a school or engaging with the country’s educational authorities a responsibility of Arad?
No, it is not.
Then why should one get involved in something that isn’t their responsibility?
God said that you will be held accountable for the things that are your responsibility.
When you divert your focus to tasks that are not your responsibility, you neglect your real duties.
The third point is that if Arad establishes a school, will the Ministry of Education grant Arad the authority to not teach their pointless subjects and instead offer its own curriculum?
No, the authorities would never allow that.
They’d say, “Teach our nonsense, and in your spare time, you can teach trade.”
Once a student has been corrupted by irrelevant content, they won’t have anything left to learn about business.
The fourth principle is to seek the advice of wise individuals.
Which wise person has entered the Ministry of Education to establish a separate school?
Has anyone ever succeeded in teaching subjects outside of the prescribed curriculum?
So, anyone who wants to enter should first understand the existing rules and then add their own ideas.
True wise people do not immerse themselves in ignorance.
This is just one example.
Now, observe how many seemingly correct suggestions you receive daily from friends, relatives, and acquaintances, which are actually completely wrong and could keep you away from business for years.
If you accept us as experts, know that there are five fundamental principles in business, and anything that distracts you from them will destroy you.”
1. Priority of economics over everything else
2. The superiority of trade over any other profession
3. Constant daily increase of your business knowledge
4. Daily expansion of your business network and connections
5. Promoting and enhancing the perception of your business in the eyes of your customers, suppliers, and the community so they are encouraged to do business with you, making you more reputable and well-known as a brand.
10. Must-Join Telegram Channels
If you are an Aradi trader, make sure to join these two channels.
If you are a business enterprise owner, whether a trader or an employee, add this channel to the two above.
If you are an employee of Arad Branding, make sure to join this channel as well.
Note: Joining these channels is not just a suggestion; it is a requirement for anyone who wants to succeed. For those who don’t want to succeed, the choice is theirs.
11. What is Your Motivation for These Tasks?
When you take the test, the software tells us how many minutes you have spent from entry to exit.
Take a look at this image from a trader’s test.
Honestly, how did you manage to write your name and surname in 47 seconds?
You entered your mobile number, mentioned your promotion level, read the initial note of the test, read all 10 questions with their answers and chose the correct option, answered the last survey question, and clicked the final confirmation button.
You’re a genius!
I just don’t understand why you use your brilliance in deceptive ways.
Well, if you used this brilliance in the right direction for just one year, you’d become a great trader.
Just for your information, 27 people completed yesterday’s test in under 1 minute, and 142 people finished it in under 2 minutes. I tried everything I could to match this record with speed-reading, but it was impossible unless the person didn’t even read the questions and answers.
These are the kinds of things that prevent you from succeeding.
Poor those who, based on your negative remarks about Arad, steer away from Arad and trading, and remain stuck in misery.
12. Analysis of Trader Survey
The survey question was:
What is the most important reason for people who enter business but do not pursue training?
Let’s take a look at the answers together.
Two options received the same percentage of votes, which were the most common: 35%
1. They don’t believe they can become a trader.
2. Trading isn’t their primary concern.
After these two options, “knowing how to trade” received 24% of the votes.
Only 6% said that learning the concepts of trade is hard.
So we all know that the concepts of trade that Arad teaches are not hard at all.
The real issue lies in our beliefs.
As Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said, changing one’s beliefs is harder than moving mountains.
I’m amazed that every day, even when they see traders just like themselves succeed, they still don’t believe in themselves.
Even more surprising is how, despite money being their biggest concern in life, they don’t make earning money—through trade—their primary focus.
The problem lies somewhere else, and they think the solution is in something different.
As for knowing how to trade, let’s leave that for now, because if I answer, some will protest in the comments.
Dear ones, please don’t file complaints about me using words like “cow” or “donkey.”
I use these terms so they sink deep into your hearts.
You don’t notice that from my long text, only those two words stand out to you, and nothing else sticks in your mind.
Also, I mentioned that if you throw a piece of criticism, the owner will pick it up.
If you consider yourself wise, what’s your concern if I say something to a stranger?
Are you an advocate for animal rights or environmental issues to be this protective?
God knows that most traders laugh at these words, and if I write formally for a few days, you’ll say how cold and lifeless the writing becomes.
May God grant us wisdom.
13. Analysis of Business Owners’ Survey
The question was:
How would you feel if someone directly called you a liar when you were inviting people to trade?
Here are the responses:
I’m not naïve enough to believe that you’re exactly who you claim to be in the comments. 🤣
But honestly, I appreciate that at least you figured out which answer is correct.
It would really be amazing if you were exactly as you described.
We would turn Iran into a paradise if every time you were rejected, you became even more determined, or if nothing in your attitude changed.
May God bless the parents of the 4% who honestly admitted their weaknesses.
And of course, may God bless the parents of the 96% who, despite these rejections, want to become stronger or remain unchanged.
But what I’ve been told is that when just one person denies you, you feel down for two days and get depressed. 🤣
This last part, I want to say from the bottom of my heart to my senior managers:
Arad should be proud of those business enterprise owners who are doing their best to invite people into trade.
Yes, some days are warm and some days are cold, but the fact that they regroup and never back down from this noble path makes them truly honorable.
I’m certain that for every rejection they face, God writes goodness for them and eases their difficulties in both this world and the Hereafter.
On my part, I sincerely thank all of you for your patience in accepting ’no’s for the sake of trade, which is the tradition of the Prophet of God, and Arad, the home of our hearts. ❤️
