4. Receiving money for teaching business is permissible.
It is narrated from the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, that he said: "Whoever receives payment for teaching business to others, it is permissible."
Two points become clear here.
First, we had such a sophisticated Prophet who, 1400 years ago, encouraged people to learn trade and even declared that earning money for it was permissible. In contrast, we don’t see similar emphasis on teaching other professions.
The second point is that although Arad does not charge any fees for teaching business, imagine how much progress our country would make if various companies and institutions in Iran charged for business training.
5. Don’t be an armchair critic.
From time to time, we see some individuals who want to unjustly attack and criticize business enterprises, accusing them of not having the best interests of Aradis at heart. However, there is no one more benevolent than them, even though some unworthy members may cause frustration.
All those who sit on the sidelines and say let them handle it should come to the field.
If you have criticism of the enterprise, make an effort to call 10 people every day for just one month and invite them to trade.
Then, organize a program with those you've invited to trade.
Within a month, you’ll realize the true nature of people.
At that point, you’ll say, “God bless the enterprise owners who stand by the work so patiently.”
The Arad system is open source, which means it's accessible and transparent. When the system allows you to do the same work yourself, criticism loses its meaning.
Instead of criticizing others, start your own enterprise and become a business owner who is more benevolent and caring for the people of Iran and Aradi members.
We believe that if a collective determination for enterprise building takes shape in Arad and both employees and traders come to understand that the rewards, both financial and spiritual, of enterprise building exceed those of mere trade, then the trade itself will gain respect. After all, without enterprise owners, traders wouldn’t exist.
Don’t forget your first day, when it was because of the enterprise that you entered the world of trade.
Whoever does not show gratitude to people will not show gratitude to the Creator.
Currently, as evident from the available signs and evidence, enterprise owners are progressing day by day, and each of them is addressing their shortcomings. We must exercise patience to allow them to grow stronger, rather than dismissing their virtues with unjust criticism.
God says: “For those things, that are good remove those that are evil.” (Surah Hud, Ayah 114)
And the virtues of business enterprises far outweigh their flaws, so we must not weaken them but instead encourage them to be more energetic and to appear stronger in helping their members grow.
6. How can I gain certainty about trading and take it seriously?
Certainty comes from witnessing something firsthand, and if someone sees and still doesn’t gain certainty, they have developed a chronic spiritual illness.
In Islam, the testimony of two just men is considered valid proof in many matters, and the testimony of four just men is required in some other matters. This means that if you haven’t seen something yourself — for instance, if you haven’t seen the new moon marking the beginning of Ramadan — but two just men have, then you must accept their word.
Are all these videos of successful traders, the news on the site, meetings, and comments not as credible as the testimony of two just men?
When you listen to the stories of successful Aradi traders on your first day, you realize that many of them started off with situations even more challenging than yours, yet today, they are successful.
The key is that they believed in trading and in Arad, and they acted based on that belief.
Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: “Whoever does not accept the testimony of Muslims and says, I will not believe until I see it myself, is not among the Muslims.”
Take this hadith very seriously.
7. Strengthen your negotiation skills.
Once you’ve attracted a customer or lead and signal through promotion or free branding methods, it’s time to negotiate with them to turn that lead into revenue.
Most newcomers think they know how to negotiate in business — after all, people in Iran tend to see themselves as experts in everything.
But after a few negotiation attempts, they realize they actually don’t know how.
At this point, most give up and don’t look for solutions, while only a few actually seek to improve.
Take it from me, the writer: if you want to boost your negotiation skills, all you need to do is watch The Business School and listen to senior management's business podcasts regularly.
Simply by watching, you will subconsciously improve your negotiation skills because Arad's senior managers are all highly skilled in negotiation and eloquence, and being around them will naturally enhance your own abilities.
The nightly meetings at 10 p.m. also significantly help in building your negotiation power.
Another method is purposeful commenting.
When you read a news article, leave a comment that relates directly to the content of the article.
It’s often seen that traders leave comments that have no connection to the news article on the site.
Starting soon, comments that seem copied or short comments like “Good job,” “That was great,” and similar remarks will receive only half a point instead of the full daily comment point.
The goal of commenting is to improve your verbal communication.
Negotiation is nothing but reason and speech.
You’ll only be able to write a meaningful comment if you actively engage your mind.
This daily practice and effort will enhance your negotiation skills.
So, tailor your comment to a part or the entirety of the article.
All those who took commenting seriously, participated in meetings, and spoke in group settings became successful traders.
Not commenting, however, will mean losing some of the promotion benefits available to Aradi traders.
8. Trade as The Only Path to Saving Iran’s Economy
There are some who come to Arad and say, "We agree that trade is one of the paths to great wealth and a reliable way to save Iran’s economy."
When you say “one of the paths,” it implies there are other ways too.
The moment you allow yourself to think there might be other options, you’ll start searching for alternative paths at the slightest difficulty and end up distancing yourself from trade.
Think of water encountering a boulder in its path.
If there is no alternative, it will either carve through the stone or even shatter it entirely.
But if another path is available, the water will simply flow around the stone, ignoring it.
Let’s divide this discussion into two parts.
One is about you personally becoming wealthy, and the other is about saving Iran’s economy.
To save Iran’s economy, there is no other way but trade; every other path is an illusion.
For your own personal wealth, there may indeed be various options, but are you familiar with these paths?
Do you have a wise, well-intentioned guide for those paths?
Do you know trustworthy, loyal, and supportive companions on those paths?
No.
So tell yourself, “There is no other path to my wealth except trade alongside Arad and Aradis.”
When you burn all the bridges behind you and leave only one path in front, even if it’s a mountain, you will demolish it and move forward.
Do not create escape routes for yourself in trade.
Fight, and become a trader.
9. Let’s Optimize Our Foreign Representatives.
Aradi traders with Promotion Level 5 and above have communication channels with Arad Branding’s foreign representatives.
Arad Branding’s export mentors are responsible for strengthening these foreign representatives.
Just as you traders receive training and grow stronger over time, they are also developing.
Among new traders, there are both experienced factory owners and completely inexperienced individuals. The same diversity exists among foreign representatives.
What’s important is that they are not under sanctions, but we are.
We must invest time in helping them grow, as ultimately, their growth is our own.
This responsibility does not fall on you but on the export mentors.
However, we ask that you inform us via the relevant Telegram channels if, for instance, a certain representative exhibits problematic behaviors.
Our mentors will step in to correct them, and if they succeed, all is well. If not, the representative’s contract will be terminated, and they will no longer be accessible to Aradi traders.
So, we ask all traders at Promotion Level 5 and above to support the export mentors in strengthening our foreign representatives.
It would be wrong to see all of their actions in a completely negative light, and it would be equally wrong to view them entirely positively.
Just as we have our complexities and ambiguities, so do they.
The difference is that you have access to senior managers, which they do not have as easily.
You don’t fear Iran, but they may hold fears fueled by Western media narratives.
Most importantly, you have a writer, and they don’t. 😂
Wow, I really gave myself a pat on the back there. 🤣
10. What Should New Business Enterprises Offer to People?
Let’s assume you’ve just registered your business enterprise and have no experience inviting people to trade.
The better you understand people, the more successful you’ll be as a business enterprise owner.
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) gives us an important insight regarding people and says:
People’s intellects are like those of children.
If you believe people are highly rational, ask yourself: why is the state of our country as it is?
Once you accept that a person may be 60 years old yet have the understanding of a 12-year-old, you’ll be able to communicate with them more effectively.
A child has immediate needs and future needs.
In your opinion, which interests them more: their needs years from now or their immediate needs?
Think of a cow as another example.
How much hay does a cow want?
Just enough to eat for today and feel full, or does it try to save hay for the next two years as well?
So, what do you think people are like?
Do most people strive for billions in revenue, or do they focus on covering this month’s, or at most next month’s, expenses?
Let’s say someone earns 20 million tomans but has a 10 million toman shortfall. If they can cover that 10 million, they can get through the month with dignity.
Now, if you offer this person a job with two options:
- Earn 128 million tomans with eight hours of work.
- Earn 16 million tomans with one hour of work.
Which one do you think they would choose?
That’s right.
Most people will choose the second option because, as the saying goes, people tend to see only what’s directly in front of them.
This person wants 10 million tomans for this month. If they can earn it with an hour a day or less, they’ll say, “That’s enough.”
Your skill as a business enterprise owner in the first call should be to determine how much the person needs for this month.
Their long-term plans don’t matter at this stage.
If they need 30 million tomans this month, offer them two hours of work with an income of 32 million tomans.
Since you offered two hours of work, the suggested promotion level will also be 2.
If you offer one hour of work and 16 million tomans, the promotion level will be 1.
Now, the person thinks, “This business enterprise is offering me a plan that matches my needs, requires minimal time, and costs the least.”
For example, if I need an additional 10 million tomans per month, and the business enterprise owner offers me 16 million tomans for one hour of work, I’d think, “Great, I can cover my need with just one hour.”
How much would it cost me?
With Promotion Level 1, it’s 18 million tomans.
This is where I join with much more enthusiasm, rather than if you offered me Promotion Level 8 when I only need 10 million tomans.
In that case, I’d think, “They’re asking me for 300 million tomans to solve a 10-million-toman problem. What a terrible company.”
So, tailor the proposed working hours—and consequently the promotion level—according to the need they’ve expressed.
In the first call, ask about their time and income needs.
Then, introduce the promotion level in the fourth call—after discussing the basics of trade in the second call and the details in the third.
11. Today's Meeting with Mr. Vahid
Tonight, Saturday at 10 PM, we will be tuning into Mr. Vahid's meeting.
Simply go to the Business Meetings option from the site menu and click on Mr. Vahid's meeting from the relevant schedule.
The focus of the senior managers' nightly meetings is to enhance the growth of traders' businesses.
Dear business enterprise managers, make sure to encourage your traders to complete these four key tasks on their very first day.
- Take senior managers' meetings seriously.
- Join the Daily Trader Tests channel and participate in the tests.
- Don’t forget their daily comments.
- Take the Business School and podcasts seriously.
Even if your enterprise members aren’t yet fully aware of these minor updates, it’s your responsibility to communicate them clearly and effectively.
If, after your notification, they still don’t take it seriously, they’re the ones who will miss out.
Do your part, and leave the results to God.
12. Results of Aradi Traders' Test - November 1
Fortunately, Aradi traders are beginning to take the site seriously.
Yesterday, despite it being Friday, 855 Aradi traders participated in the test.
Let’s look at the test scores together.
For those interested in how test scores impact promotion services: if you participate in the comments daily and take the test every day, an average test score of 14 means your level of services remains unchanged.
If your average score is above 14, you’ll receive additional services, while a score below this threshold will result in fewer services.
Aradi traders, please spread the word so that those who don’t visit the site regularly stay informed.
