2. Building Websites and Logos vs. Building Humans

Sometimes we are compared to companies that only provide services.

Companies whose responsibilities are clear: website design, logo creation, project completion, delivery, and done.

They have no responsibility for the merchant's future, their mindset, beliefs, or life.

They focus 100% on one task and complete it without any concerns.

But Arad Branding has chosen a different path.

We are not just a service company.

Even if we design a logo or build a website, that's only a small part of our mission, not all of it.

Our pain is heavier than this.

We must work with people who have been conditioned since childhood to believe that business is for special people, not them.

People who, after thousands of wounds and failures, don't believe it's possible to become a merchant without capital or economic backing.

We face people who, when we deliver a website, start asking dozens of questions: "So, what should I do now?"

"Can I really become a merchant?"

"Will people trust me?"
And this is where our real work begins—work that other companies skip, saying, "We just build websites."

Imam Ali (AS) said:
"Changing beliefs is harder than moving mountains."
And we are exactly engaged in this work—not once, not a hundred times, but thousands of times.

Arad must simultaneously fight the merchant's mindset while designing websites and logos.

Inject hope into their minds.

Talk to their families.

Remove their outdated beliefs one by one and replace them with new thinking.

Does anyone really see this?

Does anyone calculate what percentage of Arad's energy is spent daily on this hidden battle?

The reality is that more than 95% of our energy is not spent on graphic design or content production but on reviving the beliefs of people who have been distant from business and are now stepping into the path of becoming merchants.

Now the judgment is yours:
A company that only creates logos and delivers websites—isn't their service faster? Yes, absolutely.
But have those companies transformed you from an employee or homemaker into a merchant?
Have they created that transformation in your mind that gives you the courage to see yourself as an exporter today?
Have you ever heard them say even once: "We want you to grow"?

Do they even care about your dignity and wealth?

Do you really see anyone other than your parents concerned about your growth and progress?

Arad's energy is consumed by issues that may have no relation to it, and it could say, "I've received payment for the services, I'll just deliver that, and the rest is none of my business."
Arad has said this, fought for it thousands of times, often exhausted and drained, but never stopped.

So if you see any slowness in our services, know that at the very moment you're waiting to receive a file, we might be busy restoring hope to another merchant who wanted to give up everything.
At the very moment you were thinking about the speed of a design, we were piecing together another part of your business identity.

This is where we must understand:
Arad is not a logo design company; it's a factory for building merchant humans.
And building humans is always harder than building websites.

Like the videos you see every day—you can't even calculate the enormous costs behind each one.
Do other companies that provide services for you think about these dimensions of your life?
Arad doesn't say these things to boast but so you understand that what's on our shoulders isn't just a simple service but the heavy burden of your identity and personality bending our structure.

11. Saying Goodbye to Inadequate International Representatives

One of the common complaints of many Arad merchants in recent years has been the ineptitude and carelessness of some international representatives.

Representatives who would go so far as falsely claiming they hadn't even heard of Arad Branding or had no familiarity with the business environment.

People who had no concern for their country's growth nor any motivation to help Arad merchants.

And of course, they neither grew themselves nor lifted any burden from our business; instead, they drained the valuable energy and time of our dedicated merchants.

But today, with the launch of the Arad Branding software, this story has reached its conclusion.

Now we can confidently say farewell to flippant and negligent representatives.

Why?
Because the software structure is designed in such a way that weak or uncommitted representatives have neither the possibility of survival nor the ability to influence.

This software has one simple and clear condition: Be active to be able to stay.

If someone remains inactive for one month, the system automatically removes them.

All their access and connections will be cut off.

This means the space remains open for those who truly intend to do business, who are communicative, know Arad, and purposefully step into the path of developing business relationships.

On the other hand, Arad merchants can report any representative who exhibits unprofessional or unethical behavior for review.

If it's determined that the individual is unfit for this platform, they will be removed from the system.

With this measure, the software is not just a communication bridge but also an intelligent filter to sift real representatives from accidental and unmotivated ones.

In the software environment, representatives are trained, seen, interact with others, and connect to the business world better than before.

What once seemed like an unattainable dream for Arad is now accessible:

A network of concerned, hardworking, and real representatives who want both to grow themselves and benefit Arad merchants.

And here, an important point should not be forgotten:

If you also know qualified individuals anywhere in the world, you are welcome to invite them to join this software because every representative who becomes familiar with Arad and connects to business is a step taken toward perfecting a global network of long-lasting business cooperations.

Let's not forget, Imam Ali (AS) said:
"People are like mines, some gold and some silver."
Among the multitude of people, sometimes you must dig to find the gem.
And this software is the tool for this search—to find those who are diligent, communicative, and eager to build a bright future for themselves and others.

So let's all take this powerful tool seriously—not just for personal gain but for expanding our business circle in the world and proving that with determination and rationality, we can achieve what no one previously believed possible.

26. A People Who Prospered Through Trade

In the world of commerce, communities and ethnic groups that have entered this field with determination and perseverance have managed to progress and thrive at a remarkable pace.

One such community is the Khojas.

A group with a rich background in trade, they have achieved great success by adhering to ethical principles and remaining committed to religious values.

Originally settled in the Sindh and Gujarat regions, the Khojas embraced Islam and formed a new identity.

They preserved their native languages like Gujarati and Sindhi and used a unique script called "Khojki," which helped them maintain their culture and identity over the centuries.

In the 19th century, due to commercial opportunities and political changes, the Khojas migrated to various regions such as East Africa, the Persian Gulf, and Southeast Asia.

Through extensive trade networks and cohesive social structures like Jamaat Khanas, they played significant roles in the societies they joined.

Today, Khojas—mainly residing across parts of Asia and Africa—have built a wide network of successful businesses by emphasizing trade education, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility.

With a history spanning over six centuries, the Khoja community is a remarkable example of the successful integration of commerce, culture, and religious identity.

This group, originally Hindu Lohanas, converted to Nizari Ismaili Islam in the 14th century under Pir Sadr al-Din, and gradually became one of the most prominent mercantile communities in India and beyond.

Initially belonging to the Hindu merchant class, they formed a unique identity that blended Islamic and Indian cultural elements while retaining some of their original traditions.

This cultural fusion helped them integrate smoothly into diverse societies and establish vast trading networks.

Leveraging their commercial skills, the Khojas migrated to regions such as Bombay (Mumbai), East Africa, the Persian Gulf, and Southeast Asia.

In these areas, they traded in goods like cotton, spices, textiles, and other commodities, playing an important role in local economic development.

For example, in the 19th century, some Khojas became major cotton traders in Bombay, amassing considerable wealth.

One of the key factors behind the Khojas’ success was their strong social structure.

They established Jamaat Khanas, which served not only as religious centers but also as hubs for economic and business coordination.

These centers provided support for trade activities, education, and social services.

The Khojas have always emphasized values such as honesty, hard work, frugality, and accountability in their commercial practices.

These values, along with their dedication to educating and mentoring traders, have helped them gain a reputation as trustworthy and successful individuals in various societies.

By upholding principles such as trustworthiness, integrity, and service to the community, they have played influential roles not only in economic and business fields but also in cultural and social spheres.

The Khoja experience demonstrates that committed adherence to ethical values and persistent effort in trade can lead to long-term success.

It also shows how a small community can, by focusing on trade, education, a cohesive social structure, and moral values, achieve remarkable accomplishments.

This model can serve as an inspiration to other communities seeking economic and social development.

Isn’t the resemblance between the successful Khojas and our own Arad community striking?

As you read the story of the Khojas, did you not feel that Arad Branding, with its traders and representatives, is thousands of times stronger, more powerful, more profitable, and more influential than the Khojas ever were?
