All traders' problems are resolved in the five commissions of the Policy-Making Council.

The general rule is that if the problem can be solved with the same promotion services of the trader, only 10% of the trade profit will go to Arad, and 90% will belong to the trader. However, if a third party needs to be involved to solve the problem, a separate agreement is required, and the profit distributor must be Arad to be trusted by both parties.
