All traders' issues are resolved within the five specialized committees of the Policy Council.
Simply click here and present your issue, then wait for a council member to get in touch with you.
The general rule is that if the issue can be resolved using the trader's existing promotional services, only 10% of the trade profit will go to Arad, and 90% will remain with the trader. However, if this is not the case, a third party will need to get involved to resolve the issue. In such cases, a separate agreement is required, and Arad must act as the profit distributor to ensure trust between both parties.
