All traders' problems are resolved in the five commissions of the Policy Council.

The general rule is that if the problem can be resolved through the trader's regular promotional services, only 10% of the trade profit goes to Arad, and 90% remains with the trader. However, if not, a third party needs to intervene, and a separate agreement is required. In such a case, Arad must be the profit distributor to ensure mutual trust.
