All traders' problems are addressed and resolved through the five specialized commissions of the Council.

The general rule is that if the problem can be resolved using the trader’s existing promotion services, only the standard 10% of the trade profit will go to Arad, while the trader keeps 90%. However, if a third party must be brought in to resolve the issue, a separate agreement will be required. In this case, Arad will act as the profit distributor to ensure trust between both parties.
