17. Solving Traders' Problems

All traders' problems are resolved in the five commissions of the Policy Council.

Simply click here and state your problem, then wait for the council members to contact you.

The general rule is that if the problem can be solved with the same promotion services of the trader, only the same 10% of the trade profit will go to Arad, and 90% will belong to the trader. However, if this is not the case, a third party must be involved to solve the problem, which requires a separate agreement, and the profit distributor must be Arad to be trusted by both parties.
