1. Publication of the Book by an Aradi Trader

Hello, dear friends,

I am Nayereh Ashouri, born on February 5, 1990. I started my trade journey with the Arad Branding in November 2014.

To date, I have exported goods to countries such as Romania, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Tunisia, and Austria. Currently, I am managing an export order for Pakistan.

In the domestic market, I am shipping goods daily to various cities. Fortunately, I have successfully sent shipments to all provincial capitals and most smaller cities across the country.

Thanks to the training I received over the years at Arad Branding, I have begun authoring my first book, and my second book is now in the publishing process. These books discuss various topics that can significantly impact achieving success.

I personally believe that in the journey toward success, our beliefs play a more significant role than our actions. In this book, I discussed a series of correct beliefs, the importance of consultation, and ultimately the steps to starting successful branding. My goal was to help those who are at the beginning of their business journey understand that most of our concerns are similar. By changing their beliefs, they can reduce their worries.

The honorable president showed us the main path and provided the necessary tools so that anyone, regardless of their abilities or conditions, can start and achieve success.

The esteemed Mr. Talia was my first mentor and guide on this journey. I have often reflected that without his guidance, Nayereh Ashouri would not have become a trader. I owe my growth and success to him.

The respected Mr. Shabani has always supported me in a brotherly and friendly manner. The insights he shared with me have led to significant growth in my business endeavors.

I am also grateful to the esteemed Mr. Ghorbani. Although I have not had direct contact with him, I have benefited greatly from his teachings and the valuable points he has shared.

Over the past three years, I have experienced remarkable growth under the mentorship of the esteemed Mr. Vahid. I am deeply thankful to him for sparing no effort, big or small, in educating me. Words cannot fully convey the depth of my gratitude, as he is truly a great and admirable man whom God has blessed us, the members of this organization, with.

We would like to extend our thanks to Ms. Nayereh Ashouri and wish her continued success and prosperity. For those interested in obtaining her book, we are providing the purchase link through the publishing house Nashr Masir’s website.

9. A New Style in Texts by the Writing Team

If you notice, for a few days now, the writing team has adopted a new style of content creation. Instead of covering various topics, we now focus solely on one subject: encouraging Aradi traders to engage in economy and trade, approached from different angles.

If you allow me, I’ll briefly explain what has happened before moving on to today’s discussion.

About six days ago, I came across an intriguing comment about myself, which I’ll share shortly.

The name of the commenter was familiar to me, as I had seen it many times before. However, I didn’t know their age, so we requested more detailed information.

It turned out they were born in 1958 and have been an Aradi trader for two years now.

They’ve had great success in domestic trade and recently exported goods to Iraq and Pakistan. A few days ago, they even sent a sample to Georgia.

I was delighted to learn that this comment was written by someone who, thankfully, is a successful trader.

The essence of the comment was this: Mr. Ahmadi, you remind me of Mr. Ahangaran (veteran of the Iran–Iraq war).

Just as during the nights of military operations on the frontlines of the battle for justice, when Ahangaran’s chants were played, soldiers prepared themselves to face any danger, throwing themselves into a sea of mines and mortars.

Here too, when I read your writings, the hardships of hearing "no" from customers and suppliers, and the challenges of the trade path, become sweet and bearable.

Interestingly, in my youth, I had memorized a poem by Haj Sadegh Ahangaran. Let me share a few verses with you.

Once, I possessed a steed of snow,

A herald of martyrdom's radiant glow.

O heart, it was you who stood last night,

The keeper of dreams till dawn’s first light.

Who has stolen my steed so pure?

Who robbed my hope, my solace secure?

Martyrdom—the stair to celestial spheres,

Martyrdom—the bridge through heaven’s tears.

Seal not the garden where martyrs tread,

Do not mock us, the forlorn, from ahead.

My comrades prayed, then vanished away,

Left me wounded in this disarray.

Abandoned here in chains to pine,

They prayed for my soul to endlessly twine.

This was the spirit of our youth, even though I did not have the honor of being present in the war.

The comment from our esteemed Aradi trader plunged me into deep thought. The main challenge for Aradi traders is not negotiation, branding, sourcing, logistics, or other such topics.

The core issue lies in the absence of belief—belief in trade itself and, more critically, belief in their own potential to become traders.

This lack of faith in trade and their ability to succeed as traders leads them to ignore training and lose motivation quickly.

I thought to myself, Why not become the Ahangaran of Arad? Just as Ahangaran, during the era of war—a battle fought with weapons—ignited faith in martyrdom and certainty in victory among the believers, I too could inspire traders, kindling in them a belief in trade and a certainty that they can succeed as traders.

Back then, it was a military struggle; now, it’s an economic one.

The thought pleased me greatly.

Immediately, I drafted a lengthy message to my dear Mr. Ghorbani, requesting permission to abandon writing about other topics and focus exclusively on this vital subject.

He saw my message but did not respond.

I thought, I’ve ruined it. Perhaps he’s upset, so much so that he didn’t even reply to my greeting.

Four or five minutes passed before a reply finally came:

"Hello, my dear friend.

We are thrilled that you’ve found your true calling. We hesitated to suggest this ourselves, fearing that, given your remarkable trading background, you might take offense.

From our side, it’s a 100% approval of your proposal."

Later, I spoke with him over the phone and asked, "Will it cause any issues if I stop writing about various topics?" He reassured me, saying, "Don’t worry. We’ll request the various commissions to prepare short instructional videos on specialized topics and provide them to the traders regularly."

Thus, for the past few days, our research and writings have solely focused on strengthening Aradi traders’ belief in trade and their confidence in becoming successful traders.

Undoubtedly, these writings are essential for newcomers to trade. They ensure that the initial warmth of entering the business doesn’t fade due to a few early setbacks.

For seasoned traders, these writings serve as a source of deepening their faith and conviction even further.

10. The Rejection of Superiority of Disbelievers Over the Muslims in Islam

In Islam, there is a principle or law that, according to the consensus of all Islamic scholars, both Shia and Sunni, takes precedence over all other rulings and laws. This principle is known as the principle of Nafy al-sabil.

Allah says in the Qur'an:

"And Allah will never give the disbelievers over the believers a way [to triumph]." Surah An-Nisa, Verse141

As you all know, Islam places great emphasis on fulfilling covenants and promises.

Now, imagine that Muslims enter into an agreement with disbelievers, and later it becomes clear that this agreement leads to the dominance or superiority of the disbelievers over the believers.

All scholars agree that once this is realized, the pact must be broken, even if it means paying compensation to the disbelievers. If they refuse, then atonement must be made.

This is because Allah does not permit any means for others to gain superiority over Islam.

One of the great scholars of the Sunnah narrates a hadith on this topic in which the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

“Islam is superior, and nothing is superior to it. The disbelievers are like the dead; they neither prevent inheritance nor inherit from Islam.”

This hadith is also accepted by Shia scholars, including Shaikh Sadouq (Ibn Babawayh), who mentions it in Man La Yahduruhu al-Faqih, Volume 4, page 334.

According to this principle, which is essentially one of the fundamental laws of Islam, any form of seeking superiority—whether in politics, science, culture, art, religion, or any other field—is invalid.

And, of course, the economy is no exception.

Now, we must answer a critical question: Why is it that today, the non-Muslim world has dominance over Muslims?

Why do they excel over us in economics?

Did our people not take the stock market seriously when, as you know, more than half the country rushed into it during several periods?

Did our people not take pyramid schemes, such as Goldquest and its Iranian branches, seriously? We all remember how Iranian homes were filled with tissues and cosmetics from these companies.

Did our people not take motivational books and sales courses seriously, when every house seemed to have a picture or poster of a Lamborghini or a Porsche, with captions like “Command the Universe” and “Never forget the Law of Attraction”?

Did our people disregard cryptocurrencies, gold, and the dollar? Clearly, everyone invested in these ventures.

So, why is it that non-Muslim societies are continually surpassing us?

Where did we go wrong in the economy?

Interestingly, let me share an example to highlight how much Islamic scholars have emphasized this matter.

In the year 1317 Hijri (approximately 140 years ago), in Isfahan, under the leadership of Agha Najafi and his brother Hajj Agha Noor Allah Isfahani, along with a group of Esfahani traders, a company was founded called The Isfahan Islamiah Company.

The image of Mohammad Taqi Najafi Esfahani, known as Agha Najafi

It is interesting that the reason for the establishment of this company is stated as follows in its articles of association:

1. Escaping from the humiliation of reliance on foreign goods (products)

2. Strengthening and further consolidating domestic trade against foreign trade (here, foreign trade refers to imports, as detailed explanations follow)

3. Preventing the outflow of national wealth to foreign countries (this clearly means preventing imports, which Arad Branding does not focus on)

4. Preventing the future generations from emigrating abroad for working as laborers and servants to foreigners

Pay attention to the last clause.

They have referred to laborers as "servants," while nowadays if you call a worker a "servant," a conflict would arise, even though these terms were highly endorsed by the top Shiite scholars of this country 140 years ago.

Now, let's see how far we've come, where our youth go abroad to work as laborers and consider it an achievement.

What was once a source of shame and disgrace for us, has now become something to take pride in.

My point ends here, and the rest, I leave for you to write.

What led us to this situation?
