I remember we talked about naivety yesterday, and the famous golf champion Robert Dawinson was mentioned.
One of the female colleagues on our team spent a few hours yesterday browsing the internet, reviewing all the Persian and English articles and texts related to the sport of golf.
There is no mention of the name Robert Dawinson in the sport of golf.
What's interesting is that after seeing no such name in the world of golf, she searched the name more broadly, and again, it couldn’t be found on Google.
Then she searched for it in Persian and found a text that was exactly the one I left as a comment for you yesterday.
It was on Facebook and Instagram, by Iranians.
This means there is no mention of Robert Dawinson anywhere else, and such a name doesn’t exist in the world.
Do you remember when we always asked you, the Aradi traders, to share the sayings of Prophet Muhammad, Imam Ali, and the Prophet's family (peace be upon them) about trade with those around you, and to spread the message on your social media, your voices would rise up saying, "We will do this once we become famous traders"?
And until we become super-billionaire traders, we cannot say it.
I have an important question: How come you spread the name of Robert Dawinson, who doesn’t even exist, like this?
Are you a golf champion?
Or a super billionaire who gives huge sums of money to a woman who says her child is sick?
How do you easily spread and accept fabricated and false stories, and claim that either I or you have shared them? Please don’t take the stance of, “I haven’t done any of these things.”
Why do you become hesitant when we come to the subject of trade, which is a tradition of the Prophet, and say, “We should first become traders before promoting it"?
Also, do you admit that every time we asked you to promote trade, you resisted, thinking in your mind that Arad says these things for its own benefit?
You couldn’t understand that when Arad says "promote trade," it’s not for its own benefit, but for yours.
You never understood Arad’s goodwill towards you.
Arad believes that the system of creation has a wisdom, and if you act against that wisdom, your growth will be very slow.
A few days ago, in the article for newcomers, I compared someone who enters trade to a seed or a fetus.
First, you plant the seed in the soil so that no one finds out about it.
A fetus in its early months is exactly the same – only the mother knows about it.
When you enter trade, you must do the same thing and not let anyone know that you’ve entered trade.
But the question is, when does God let others know about the seed in the soil or the fetus in the mother’s womb?
When it produces its first fruit?
When the baby is born?
Or before that?
You say that when I make my first trade, I will speak about it, and some of you believe that I shouldn't say anything until I’ve made several trades, become wealthy, and changed my car, at which point people will understand.
When does God make people aware that a seed has been planted?
It is when days or months pass, and the seed sprouts from the ground. Once the seed begins to sprout, people realize that a seed has sprouted here and that it will bear fruit in a few months or years.
How many months does a mother carry her child in her womb before her belly grows, to the point where she can no longer hide the existence of the baby from others?
Why did God not make the farmer announce the existence of his tree after it gave its first fruit, or even after it gave fruit for several years, to other people?
Why did God not make the mother wait until after she had delivered her child or until the child grew up and became a righteous person to announce that the child was born?
Because God's actions are based on wisdom.
But you and I act without wisdom.
Exactly the opposite of God's mindset.
And this is why our growth rate is very slow.
How many of God’s verses call us to reflect on the creation of His creatures, but we neither reflect nor reason.
St. Mary (peace be upon her), by God's will, became pregnant without having a husband.
And God says about her:
“So she conceived him, and she retired with him to a remote place.” Surah Maryam, 19:22
Why did she hide herself from the people?
She could have stayed there.
Because she knew that if she told people she was pregnant, she would not be free from their gossip.
She preferred to distance herself from the people so that no one would see her pregnancy.
And when the time for delivery of Jesus (peace be upon him) approached and she gave birth, God says:
And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree: She cried [in her anguish]: “Ah! would that I had died before this! would that I had been a thing forgotten and out of sight!” Surah Maryam, 19:23
Was it the pain of childbirth that made her say, "I wish I had died before this," or was it the shame of dishonor?
When the verse concludes with, "and I had been a thing forgotten," it’s clear that the pain of dishonor was the reason for her desire for death.
“But [a voice] cried to her from beneath the [palm-tree]: “Grieve not! for thy Lord hath provided a rivulet beneath thee;
And shake towards thyself the trunk of the palm-tree: It will let fall fresh ripe dates upon thee.
So eat and drink and cool [thine] eye. And if thou dost see any man, say, ‘I have vowed a fast to [Allah] Most Gracious, and this day will I enter into not talk with any human being'.
At length she brought the [babe] to her people, carrying him [in her arms]. They said: “O Mary! truly an amazing thing hast thou brought!
O sister of Aaron! Thy father was not a man of evil, nor thy mother a woman unchaste!“
But she pointed to the babe. They said: “How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?”
He said: “I am indeed a servant of Allah: He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet;
And He hath made me blessed wheresoever I be, and hath enjoined on me Prayer and Charity as long as I live;
[He] hath made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable;
So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall be raised up to life [again]”!
When you hide your trade until after you have become a successful trader, you are doing exactly what was done to St. Mary (peace be upon her).
The gossip of people begins.
"Where did they get it from?
They must have stolen it."
"How did they get rich?"
If it’s a woman, they accuse her of adultery and immorality; if it’s a man, they accuse him of fraud and stealing from others.
They will speak so badly of you that you will say, "I wish I had died before this and been completely forgotten by everyone."
And God bestowed His mercy on Mary (peace be upon her) and caused Jesus to speak from the cradle to silence the mouths of the people.
Who will silence the mouths of the people for you?
Surely, God will not do that for you, because Mary (peace be upon her) reached such a miraculous moment by obeying the command of her Lord. But you, in contrast, are falling into this situation because of your disobedience to your Lord, hiding the verses of the Qur’an and the Prophetic hadiths about trade, and concealing the clear path that God has set for trade.
This is a world apart from that.
12. Do not change what has already been proven successful.
We have told you many times not to touch what has already been proven successful.
It has been said many times that Arad is the way.
When you find yourself on a road and encounter a sign that says "turn left," do you turn right?
But how is it that when you enter Arad, you want to change its rules?
Why is it that when it is said here to do task A, you end up doing task B?
Because you couldn't accept Arad’s goodwill toward you.
You are always suspicious that when Arad says "do task A," it is for its own benefit, not yours.
As a result, in every proposal you hear from Arad, you begin to think deeply, while in your own life, you do not behave this way.
In your own life, when someone tells you something, you follow it, just as you have shared many baseless opinions on social media.
But when Arad says something, your thinking begins.
"Does this action benefit me or not?"
Arad says, "Leave a comment."
You think, "What benefit does this bring me?"
It doesn’t bring any benefit to me, it only benefits Arad, so I won’t do it.
Arad says, "When you see a post on the Arad Telegram channel, make sure to react with emojis."
Your mind starts processing, "This reaction won’t benefit me, so I won’t do it."
Arad says, "After a while, even if you haven’t started the business yet and haven’t made any sales, speak about the advantages of doing business with others, and say that you have entered into business."
You still think, "These things don’t benefit me, and Arad says tell others so that more people join the business and benefit, so I won’t say it."
In other words, every proposal Arad gives you, you first analyze it with your own logic. If it makes sense to you, you follow it, and if it doesn’t, you ignore it.
These are the reasons for your failures.
You touch what has already been proven successful and refuse to accept the goodwill of someone who has worked hard for you, to the point where you exhaust and frustrate them with your unwillingness to accept their help.
Which one of you can claim that you follow every plan Arad provides without thinking about whether it is good or bad, just like when you don’t think about why the road sign says "turn left" or "turn right"?
When driving, do you think about the signs and then act, or do you act the moment you see them?
Which one of you can claim that you behave the same on the Arad road as you would on any other road, acting without thinking?
I believe that you should have done your thinking before entering Arad.
If you didn’t have the chance before entering Arad, it’s fine.
Think today, until night, or until tomorrow night, or until the end of the week, or within a month, and make your conclusion.
If you come to the conclusion that Arad is wiser than you and has your growth in mind, stop playing these games and start following instructions.
Right now, you are probably thinking, "Why does the writer want us to follow instructions?"
It must benefit Arad.
You cannot believe that anyone in your life has ever had goodwill for you, and you haven’t had unselfish goodwill toward others either. You can’t believe that there are people in this world who wish well for strangers.
But I believe.
Because I am certain that the honorable president and the beloved senior managers consider each of you as their brothers and sisters, in accordance with the verse from the Quran:
Indeed, the believers are brothers. Surah Al-Hujurat, Verse 10
And showing goodwill towards a brother is not surprising, even though we live in an age where this is rare.
But here is Arad, and every day is scented with the fragrance of the Quran and the Prophet's tradition, which surely can make us stand out as different people.
