One of the most common questions among newcomers is: Which product should I choose? Since you are surely becoming a merchant, choose a product that one day your family will call you a merchant of that product, and you will see joy in their eyes. Because there is no greater pleasure in this world than the happiness of your family.

10. Something Only a Father Might Do for His Child.
Today, we are unveiling a plan that only a father would do for his child—and even then, not every father for every child.
However, since Arad Branding has always spent its financial resources on the growth and advancement of its merchants, this time, as its financial status improves, it once again steps forward to support its merchants.
For a merchant to shine in their business, beyond all the training they receive and apply, they need certain tools and equipment. Without these, they cannot truly claim to be a merchant.
Among all the necessary tools, two are expensive, while the others are relatively affordable.
The two costly tools for a merchant are:
1. A suitable car
2. A stylish office
A few days ago, Arad launched the Office Managers Plan in various provinces. Provincial managers are currently preparing suitable office spaces, which will be approved by Arad Branding, after which the costs will be covered, and the selected locations will be equipped with the necessary business facilities.
During this period, various assessments were also conducted regarding cars, leading to the conclusion that, unlike an office, a car cannot be shared. Sharing a car would likely lead to conflicts and disputes among merchants, and Arad does not want to initiate a plan that could cause discord while always emphasizing unity and cooperation.
Thus, we are unveiling a new plan—one that will bring joy to our merchants and even bring back those who have left.
11. Installment-Based Car Sales
Arad Branding provides vehicles for installment purchase to Aradi traders.
What does "provides" mean?
There are two ways to provide vehicles.
The first way is that Arad pays in cash to buy a vehicle and then offers it to Aradi traders in installments.
The second way is that Arad offers vehicles that some Aradi traders have acquired through barter with promotions for installment sale.
When Arad provides a vehicle, it lists it on the website and the Telegram channel for Aradi traders to see.
The website news is generally accessible between 5 to 7 AM, and if you check the website, you will see which vehicle has been provided.
The availability of the same vehicle is announced on the Telegram channel at 10 PM. As a result, traders who check the website will find out earlier, and later, we will explain the benefits of being informed sooner.
However, there are key points that you need to know.
For each vehicle, it is specified which traders with certain promotions can apply to receive it.
To receive a vehicle, you do not need to make any down payment, and you only need to pay your monthly installment.
No interest is charged over the specified months for installment payments because Arad does not believe in such practices.
This means that if the vehicle price is A and it is to be paid over B months, dividing A by B determines the monthly installment, and inflation does not increase your installment, so future payments will be even easier.
You receive the vehicle on the first day, but the title of the vehicle is not transferred to your name.
When you complete the installments, Arad transfers the title to your name, and all of this is documented in a written contract.
You may want to pay off your installments earlier to get the title sooner, and that is entirely up to you.
Arad Branding has made the installment payment conditions very easy because it truly intends to provide vehicles for its traders and not to set conditions so difficult that no one can proceed.
Today, we launch this initiative, and after praising and thanking God and sending blessings upon Muhammad and his family, we pray for the health of the honorable leadership and senior managers who so generously support Aradi traders, and we ask God to bless their wealth as they are the supporters of Aradi traders.
It is worth mentioning that this initiative has also been implemented for employees in the past few days, and it is not that Arad only cares for its traders, but it has also executed this plan for its employees. At present, three vehicles valued at 5 billion Tomans, 710 million Tomans, and 720 million Tomans have been given to its employees.
If only one person applies for this car, naturally, the car will be given to that person.
However, if there are multiple applicants for the car, the prioritization process will be followed.
This means, first, it will be checked which applicant has the higher promotion.
If only one person has a higher promotion than the others, the car will be given to that person.
If two people have a higher promotion, we will move to the second priority, which involves checking who has had more presence in the comments of the last 4 news posts on the website.
For example, if the first person commented on all four days and the second person commented on three days, and both had the same promotion, the car will go to the person who commented on four days.
If both people have the same promotion and the same number of comments, we will check who registered first.
One person registered at 10 AM, and the other at 11 PM, so naturally, the priority goes to the 10 AM registration.
Once the priorities are determined, we will contact the selected person and provide information about the car viewing and test drive.
If the person likes the car, the contract will be signed, and the car will be handed over.
If they don't like the car, we will notify the next person and follow the same steps.
If you have any questions not mentioned in the text, ask your business manager.
Traders attending the senior managers' workshop today can hear more details about this plan directly from the senior managers.
13. How can one not fall in love?
This is about a man who lived over fourteen hundred years ago in this world, and his words guide all the wealthy nations of the world.
The same man whom we Iranians claim to be Shia and his lovers in words, yet in practice, we are miles away from his path and principles.
The same man who introduced trade as the only way to save society from poverty, and every morning after his prayers and morning supplications, he would walk through the streets of his caliphate's capital and invite people to honest trade.
This man is none other than the Master of the God-fearing, Commander of the Faithful, Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him).
How could one not love this man when he left behind a simple and clear guide for all humanity, outlining the path for a prosperous life in both this world and the Hereafter, so clearly that no one can say, "I did not understand this word"?
May God have mercy on the late Sayyid Razi, the compiler of these words in a precious book called Nahj al-Balagha.
In letter 53 of this book, which is Imam Ali’s advice to Malik al-Ashtar when he appointed him as the governor of Egypt.
In just one passage of this letter, after Imam Ali (peace be upon him) considers the reform of the people's affairs the most important duty of a ruler, we read:
"And know that the people are of different classes.
The work of some cannot be corrected except by others.
And they are not independent of one another.
Some of them are the soldiers of God."
Writer's Note: This refers to the soldiers, law enforcement, and the military forces of Iran, which constitute the divine forces of the country.
"And others are the writers of both the general and the special."
Writer's Note: This relates to lawmakers, parliamentarians, influencers in society, celebrities, writers, directors, actors, and all those whose writings influence the people.
"And some of them are the judges who uphold justice.
Writer's Note: This clearly refers to the judiciary and judges.
"And some of them are employees who establish fairness and kindness."
Writer's Note: This includes all government employees, as well as municipal workers who must improve the living conditions of the people for their comfort.
"And some of them are the tax collectors who take tribute from the people of dhimma (non-Muslims) and also from the Muslim population."
Writer's Note: This refers to tax collectors, toll collectors, police +10, traffic police, and anyone who collects money from the people to ensure that the public treasury remains intact.
"And some of them are traders and owners of industries."
Writer's Note: This refers to traders, exporters, producers, and industrial owners.
"And some of them are the lower class who are in need and are struggling with their living conditions."
Writer's Note: Beggars, poor people, orphans, the destitute, those stranded on the road, welfare organizations, and relief committees fall into this category.
So, if you pay attention, Imam Ali (peace be upon him) categorized people into seven groups.
An interesting point is that traders and producers are placed in the same category.
Yet, unfortunately, we have not reached such an understanding.
In our country, most producers try to bypass traders, and most traders seek to reduce the profits of producers.
It seems that these two sectors are not only not in the same team but are in deep competition with each other.
While Imam Ali (peace be upon him) placed traders and producers in the same team and prioritized traders, considering that the producer must first produce, this indicates that without the trader, the producer would not know how to sell his goods and would be left in a difficult situation.
Thus, the trader precedes the producer, even though producers may not want to accept this undeniable truth.
However, unity between traders and producers is the key to their success, and this is rarely seen in Iran.
Arad Branding, with the plans it has for the coming year, will bring about this reconciliation and will open new doors for friendship and unity in this matter, God willing.
So, up to this point, we know that people are categorized into seven groups.
If you don’t see the workers, it’s because they belong to the seventh category, which is the lower class in need of support.
14. The Need of These Classes for One Another
Then the Imam (peace be upon him) continues the essence of the speech as follows:
"And all of these, Allah has designated their share.
And He has set a boundary for them, which is obligatory in His Book or the Sunnah of His Prophet.
A covenant from Him, which is preserved with us, the Ahlul Bayt."
Writer: May Allah curse those who kept the blessed existence of the Master away from the caliphate, entrusted the matter to the unworthy, pledged allegiance to others, and thus led humanity into deep misguidance and unbearable hardship.
Then the Imam (peace be upon him) defines the relationship of each of these classes with one another and states:
"Thus, the soldiers and armies,
By the permission of Allah, they are the fortresses of the people, the adornment of the rulers, the honor of religion, and the protectors of the paths.
And the people cannot sustain themselves except through them."
Writer: "Cannot sustain" means they have no stability, no endurance, they cannot stand on their own, and similar expressions.
"Then even these soldiers and armies have no stability except through the tax revenue that Allah grants them, which strengthens them in fighting their enemies and serves as their support in managing their affairs and fulfilling their needs."
Writer: Thus, the expenses of the soldiers and armies come from taxes, which are either collected from Muslims or taken from the enemies of Islam. These must be paid so that they can perform their duties with ease. But today, this is not the case at all, and we all know what difficulties these dear ones endure in their ordinary lives. Yet, despite all these hardships, they stand firm for the people and the nation, and we will soon understand why.
So far, the position of two classes has been clarified.
"Then, even these two classes cannot stand on their own except through a third class consisting of judges, officials, and lawmakers."
Writer: This means that the military and tax collectors depend on the three branches: the judiciary, the executive, and the legislature.
"For they are the ones who issue rulings in courts, secure their interests, and provide them with security in both their private and public affairs."
Writer: So, through proper legislation, enforcement, and judicial rulings, the welfare of tax collectors and soldiers is ensured, and their affairs are managed.
Thus, the roles of five classes have been determined so far.
But the key to solving the nation’s problems lies in this next part.
"And none of them can have stability and continuity except through traders and industrialists."
Writer: That is, all five of those groups depend on traders and producers, and without them, they cannot even stand on their own feet.
In prayer, when you say "The prayer has been established," you rise upon hearing the word "established." Likewise, when it is said that none of them can have stability, it means that all the previous groups cannot even stand up unless through traders and industrialists.
Because it is the traders and producers who provide the means of comfort for their lives, establish the markets, and prepare everything they need—things that others are incapable of providing.
Then comes the lower class, those in need and poverty-stricken, who deserve kindness and assistance.
15. Where is the problem in our country?
God knows that we are in a serious dilemma in one sector.
We have very few traders, otherwise, there are plenty of producers.
A strong economic society should have at least ten percent traders.
The wealthy countries of the world have more than 25 percent of their people engaged in trade.
Official and unofficial statistics in Iran show that not only do we not have ten percent, but we don't even have one percent of traders.
The number of Iranian traders, at its peak, reaches half of a thousandth, meaning instead of having one thousand traders for every 10,000 people, we have only five traders for every 10,000 people.
Apart from the fact that the quantity of our traders is low, the quality of our traders is also poor.
Why?
Because when the culture of this profession is not established, and people consider traders to be fraudsters and thieves, there is no spirit left for a trader to empower themselves.
When you started your business, did you face support from your family to strengthen yourself in trade, or did you encounter insults, opposition, and discord, which drained a lot of your energy?
As long as the number of Iranian traders doesn't increase and their quality doesn't strengthen, the situation will get worse every day.
The only way is trade.
You won’t become a trader unless you accept that you must invest in yourself to become a brand.
If you don't want to pay this cost for Arad, pay it to others so they can make you a brand.
Because without becoming a brand, it is necessary to have massive investments worth hundreds of billions for trade, which most of you do not have.
Open communication is the bedrock of any strong partnership.

Khalid Muhammad Auwal
Assalamu alaikum! Today's news resonates deeply with our faith.
Did we know that:
- Business is mentioned in the Holy Quran over 127 times?.
- The longest verse in the Quran, which most scholars rarely mention or cite when discussing, is in Suratul Baqara, verse 282.
- The prophet's companions were largely entrepreneurs, with 50 out of 64 being business owners.
- The Messenger of Allah (SAW) emphasized teaching children business skills as 90% of human wealth stems from it
If you don't have money (business, trade, or funds), it will be hard to fulfill any obligation except the declaration of faith (Kalimatu Shahada), and you will be helpless and lowless in the community. With all this evidence, business is the core of our lives;
Let's revive the discussion of wealth in our homes and mosques, and strive for financial growth. As we pursue prosperity, let's remember to prioritize halal earnings, generosity, and social responsibility. May our entrepreneurial spirit be guided by faith and values. Jazakumullah khairan, Arad team, for the inspiring content!
