1. Change in Time and Topic of Senior Managers' Meeting

The senior managers' meeting has been rescheduled from 18:00-19:00 to 22:00-23:00.

Given that each senior manager has a dedicated group with their own unique strategy for their business enterprise members, and that overlapping training sessions have caused confusion among some enterprises, while others consistently report a lack of guidance from senior executives for their teams, it has been decided that the late-night meetings will focus on traders' matters. Discussions about specific enterprises will be reserved for the respective dedicated groups.

 

2. Good and Bad News for Aradi Members

Arad has introduced a multiplier known as the participation coefficient, a figure between 0 and 1.2, which is applied to the range of promotion services provided.

This means that if someone achieves a participation coefficient of 1.2, they receive a 20% increase in services. If the coefficient is 1, there is no difference in services, and if it is lower, their services are reduced accordingly.

This is fantastic news for traders who are active in Arad and participate in various initiatives.

Naturally, it may be disappointing for those who do not take Arad seriously or ignore Arad's guidance.

However, if these individuals also understand the philosophy behind the participation coefficient, they too would feel pleased and appreciate Arad for its goodwill.

 

3. What is the Participation Coefficient?

The participation coefficient is a number between 0 and 1.2, determined monthly.

  1. Daily tests contribute up to 0.9
  2. Comments on daily news contribute up to 0.3

The participation score for tests is calculated as follows: each trader who takes a test on any given day receives a score between 0 and 20. These scores accumulate throughout the month, reaching a maximum of 600 points if the trader takes the test every day and scores 20 each time. On any day they do not take the test, their score is calculated as zero.

The total score accumulated from tests is then divided by 600 and multiplied by 0.9, the maximum points from tests.

For comments, each trader who participates daily in comments on the site earns 1 point per day, reaching a maximum of 30 points per month if they comment daily.

We then add the test score and the comments score, which can range from 0 to a maximum of 1.2.

In this final step, we simply divide the resulting figure by 100 to yield a number between 0 and 1.2, which becomes your participation coefficient and is applied to your promotion services.

Therefore, the participation coefficient is highly important in benefiting from Arad Branding's services across all promotions. We encourage you to take it seriously to receive the maximum services available to you.

Our main revenue comes from 10% of the profits generated by your trades, which belong to Arad. If we were to offer services without calculating this contribution, the cost of promotions would increase several times over.

On the other hand, we recognize that traders must visit the site and take tests regularly to become genuine traders. This is why we have introduced the participation coefficient—to turn you into a true trader.

 

4. What is the Philosophy Behind Creating the Participation Coefficient?

Those who were with Arad in 2023 and earlier should recall that, at one point, leaving comments on the website was mandatory, and Arad enforced this rule much more strictly than now; if someone didn’t comment for three consecutive days, they would lose access to all services.

Now, in comparison, this approach seems quite lenient.

If you remember during the New Year holidays, whenever a piece of news was posted on the website, it would receive over 1,800 comments.

When meetings were held, the Google Meet capacity of one thousand people would be fully reached, with some left waiting outside the virtual room.

Despite the fact that newcomers have joined throughout the year—over 18,000 people who entered Arad for free—we are not witnessing the same level of engagement as before.

The reason, I’ll say, is one thing, and perhaps it may be disappointing to hear, but the bitter truth must be spoken.

We Iranians are a people who don’t act unless we are under pressure.

We won’t get things done unless we’re held accountable.

In 2023, Arad enforced strict measures, and traders had no choice but to take Arad seriously.

Interestingly, this seriousness led to the success of many traders who joined in 2023.

In 2024, a more democratic atmosphere developed—meetings, discussions where everyone could share experiences and contact numbers, and similar playful ideas. And we can see how much happier Aradi members have been compared to last year.

But what was the result?

A lower success rate among the traders who joined in 2024.

The 2023 members made sales more quickly because they were required to visit the site regularly, whereas the 2024 members have not.

What has this neglect resulted in?

Has Arad become weaker?

Look at Arad's videos and structures in 2024—they have become far more sophisticated and effective, several times more so than in 2023.

Yet it is Aradi members who are losing out.

So, Arad has decided to enforce stricter measures once again to ensure the success of its members.

 

5. Opponents’ Opinions on the Participation Coefficient

According to our estimates, 10% of Aradi members oppose this initiative.

These 10% are the ones who do not want to come to the site every day.

They do not want to take tests.

They do not want to follow instructions.

They do not want to be compliant.

They do not want to engage with Arad.

They do not want to say "yes."

They do not want to accept Arad's leadership in their economic lives.

They do not want to be obedient.

They want to do things their own way.

They want to continue being lazy.

They want to live aimlessly.

They want to proceed with their own reasoning.

They want to reject anyone but themselves.

Most of them are stubborn and audacious.

Interestingly, even without this initiative, they would still not become traders and would remain opponents of Arad.

It makes no difference whether you scare them or not, whether you threaten them or reassure them.

In any case, they will not take action.

Forget about these 10%—or even fewer.

The remaining 90% will show up and succeed if Arad takes a firm stance.

However, when we ease up, they also slack off and do not achieve success.

You dear ones have previously seen the statistics of comments on the site.

From today onward, you will notice that the numbers are increasing, and this pressure and the loss from not participating will drive them to come.

When they do come, the discussions impact them, and they take action.

When they take action, they become more successful in their trades.

These very individuals say, "Thank you, Arad, for forcing us to take action; otherwise, we wouldn’t have acted if you hadn’t compelled us."

I hope that Arad supporters will silence the voices of the opposition with their backing of this initiative in the comments because the more firepower our side has, the less the opposing group will shoot.

14. An Issue with Some Enterprise Members

Ms. Shahrnaz Heydari is one of the very good Aradi traders who is also a business enterprise owner.

In a comment, she wrote to us:

"Hello and greetings to my dear Arad Branding family

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Many newcomers, even after becoming members of the business enterprise, neither announce their available times nor even see the materials sent. What should we do with them?"

Response:

I apologize to everyone for saying this, but I want to be explicit so that Ms. Heydari and all business enterprise owners who have felt this pain can internalize my answer deeply.

My answer is this:

Treat them like you would treat a cow.

This is God’s statement that says: "They are like cattle, nay more misguided: for they are heedless [of warning]." (Surah Al-A'raf, Verse 179).

A cow only understands hay.

Do you think talking to a cow has any effect?

For example, if you say, "Dear cow, tell me your available times from tomorrow"

Or "Dear cow, you need to put in this effort to earn hay"

The cow doesn’t understand these things.

A cow only understands hay, and if it is very hungry and sees hay somewhere, it will make minimal efforts to get it; otherwise, it will stay in its hunger until it dies from lack of hay.

Ms. Heydari, the only thing you need to repeat in your conversations with them is money.

Keep saying money, money.

They are tempted by money, and nothing else stimulates them.

Not knowledge,

Not business school,

Not meetings,

Not effort,

Not progress,

Not growth.

You see, some men and women don’t understand love; they are only driven by lust.

These people have no keyword that makes sense to them except money.

And since we know you are very dedicated to Arad, you are not attractive to them.

Coincidentally, we are similar to you.

They don’t pay attention to our words either.

Don’t be too upset.

You are not their lawyer.

Let them remain in their cow-like state.

It's beyond your pay grade.

 

15. Comparing Trade to Football

Imagine a football field.

A ball is going to be played from the starting point of the goal to pass through the defense and midfield, then towards the goal to score.

Trade is very similar.

The starting point is that you have no leads and no signals.

A lead is a clue that might be partially non-commercial.

A signal is definitely a commercial lead.

At point zero, you have no leads or signals.

Consider this point zero until we reach the goal, which is trade when we receive money from the customer and deliver the goods from the supplier to them.

It has four stages, exactly like football.

The goalkeeper who brings the ball into the field and gives the first pass.

This responsibility falls on the branding process.

When you brand, some leads and signals are so ready that it’s as if the goalkeeper has directly passed the ball to the attack.

Some are ordinary, as if the ball has been passed to the defense.

A significant portion of Arad's promotional services is for your branding.

So, branding becomes the goalkeeper for having leads and signals.

Now you need to have initial negotiations and follow-ups; in fact, you must defend this lead and signal.

So that it doesn't slip away and also prepares them to approach the goal.

Therefore, the initial negotiation and secondary follow-ups play the role of defense.

The third stage, which is the midfielder, involves pre-contract discussions and important talks about logistics, supply, packaging, pricing, or the target price, and initial agreements about business.

This stage is like the midfield that prepares the ball for the attack line.

The fourth stage, which is the attack line, involves creating final agreements and signing contracts, where the money is taken, and then the goods are delivered.

This is akin to scoring in trade.

In a football team, how many balls start from the goal that one of them scores?

Perhaps over 100 balls, and often not even one scores.

But these players give their all and do not become discouraged.

Why do you get discouraged with just two misses?

Because they are certain that if this ball doesn't score, the next one will.

But you are not sure that if this lead and signal don’t turn into money, there’s another one that will.

All failures in their minds are shaped by those first few connections that none of them will turn into money.

Because they think this way, and as God has stated through the words of Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him), He resides in the assumptions of His servant; thus, indeed, nothing fruitful comes from it.

Just look at the phones of all the unsuccessful ones.

The number of saved leads and signals does not even reach 100.

More than 90% of them haven’t even reached 40.

This is while a trader’s conversion rate from lead to money increases as their business time grows.

Now there are many traders whose conversion rates are above 20%.

This means that out of every 5 leads, one turns into money.

The question is, if for any reason you don’t know how to turn money, why don’t you pass?

You bring the ball to the defense, pass it to the midfielder.

Bring the midfielder forward, pass it to the attack.

Well, you’ve experienced it and found you have no scoring ability.

You have the ability to pass, be fair.

Pass it.

We have so many honest, kind-hearted, and truthful Aradi traders.

Find them.

Tell them I will act with the capacity of my promotion, or even with the free capacities I can work on to reach leads and signals, conduct initial talks, and then pass you, who are active in my field.

After turning into money, I will take a certain percentage, and you will take your share.

An old trader would love for you to pass it to him and give you your share.

You are certainly thinking in your mind that this way I become a broker and he becomes the trader.

That is what you say at the beginning.

But this is just the start.

Once the taste of money sits in your pocket and your esteemed family somewhat believes in you, you gradually grow stronger, and this time you take the ball from the goal and overcome all the defensive and midfield obstacles and score.

But today you’re not strong enough.

You want to reach the attack line all on your own.

This is why you have no strength to move when you reach the goalkeeper and defense and end up wasting the balls.

In your early days, pass until you gradually become stronger.

God willing, we will be here for many years, and so will you, and more people will come into trade in the future.

At that time, you will be the experienced veteran, and we will again suggest to newcomers to pass to you.

If you stay away from solo play and work as a team in business, then you will understand the value of Arad.

Thank God, there has never been a crowd of traders who pass the ball around except for Arad.

Outside of Arad, all traders have their independent islands, but this is where the snail-like trade comes to the aid of Aradi people.

Now, it's not always a pass from defense to attack.

It has been seen that sometimes attackers pass to defenders and goalkeepers, and they score.

We also ask the experienced ones to give a bigger share to the passers to increase their willingness to pass.

Indeed, this topic that has been discussed is for traders, but business enterprises can also utilize this technique.

In business enterprises, the goal brings the ball in and actually carries out the branding work with Arad.

It provides the numbers of applicants to the business enterprises.

The first calls and initial follow-ups should be conducted by the newer business enterprises to create relative awareness among people.

The first call, which involves money, and the second call, which discusses the general aspects of business, relate to defense.

The third call, which discusses the details of trade, relates to the midfielder or the midfield line.

The fourth call, which is promotional, relates to the attack line to get that person to accept and enter into trade, which means a goal has been scored.

The goal has been achieved by Arad with its advertising.

You can handle the first and second calls and entrust the third and fourth to a more experienced business enterprise.

Or handle the first, second, and third calls and delegate the fourth to another business.

Be aware that the first call is not necessarily a single phone call, and several calls may be needed for the other party to grasp the money discussion.

Or several calls may be required for the general aspects of trade, which is the second call.

Similarly, for the details of business and the promotional call.

However, since these can also be discussed in a separate call, we refer to them as calls 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Passing in trade is not only more gentlemanly, but it also significantly boosts Aradi members money.

If there are individuals who say they have previously passed and scored, but their share was not given, it does not mean the plan is flawed.

The person you chose to pass to was wrong.

Find a new person and make a new pass.

Even among God’s prophets, you’ll find that Moses and Khidr could not walk the same path together.

We, who are all fallible and full of errors and desires, must learn to unite with our flaws and find our own people.

It’s enough to find one person to pass to who can score and give you your share.

Then you will see that day by day, your money increases.

Whether in trade or in business enterprises.

18. A Disastrous Statistic

The fact that the number of participants from business enterprise owners in their exam—held for just 20 minutes at noon—exceeded that of the traders’ exam, which ran for 4 hours late at night, highlights a concerning issue. While enterprise owners are deeply loyal and passionate about Arad themselves, they haven’t spoken to their teams about the exam or urged them to participate.

The participation rate of over 12,000 Aradi members, with more than 11,000 being Aradi traders, showed us that if business enterprise owners truly want to rally traders for voting, they can. Back then, there was a strong commitment to council promotions, but that same drive isn’t present for encouraging them to join the exam channel.

Hopefully, over time and with our reminders, you’ll bring all Aradi traders to the channel and revive Arad’s vibrant atmosphere with renewed enthusiasm.

If they don’t respond to polite, gentle reminders, inform them that all services they receive will be deactivated this month for not participating in the exam and commenting.

If they show frustration or react poorly, cut off the communication and refer them to Arad’s legal structure so we can proceed with terminating collaboration with such individuals.

Arad is firm this time; it will not tolerate defiant, obstinate insolence.

These individuals not only fail to become traders but also become future critics who speak negatively about Arad, saying they “followed all of Arad’s advice and got no results,” while in truth, they won’t even spare 10 minutes for an exam or 5 minutes for a comment.

For them, Arad isn’t even among their top 100 life priorities, yet they expect Arad to resolve financial issues, which are their top priority.

They seem to think we’re easily deceived.

They should be told: either stop making money your number one priority or make Arad, from which you expect to earn money, your top priority.
