Bake the muffins for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the tops are firm and a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out clean. Before removing the muffins from the pan, you should let them rest there for around ten minutes. Keep for up to a week in an airtight jar on the shelf.
