Dried Kiwi Slices Vegan Bread Recipe

It is a given that you should not consume slices of dried kiwi bread if you are on a mission to cut back on sugar and fat and you should consume the vegan recipe instead.

On the other hand, I was successful in developing gluten-free and vegan alternatives, which means that more of us will be able to appreciate a good bake.

Spoon mixture into a well-greased loaf pan or 9x9 baking dish. 45-55 minutes at 350°F/177°C. Check doneness with a toothpick or dry spaghetti noodle. The toothpick or spaghetti noodles should come out clean.

Turn out after 30 minutes to a wire rack. Use a sharp knife to dislodge stuck bread in an oiled pan.

Make topping while bread cools. Powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl (start with 1 tbsp lemon juice and add more as needed).

Thick enough to harden on toast but thin enough to drizzle. If desired, garnish with more kiwi slices. To firm the frosting, chill the bread for 20 minutes. Serve.

Kiwi bread vegan

Kiwi is my favorite fruit, especially when it is used in the form of vegan bread. I enjoy their egg-like shape and pleasant green pulp.

I also use kiwis as a morning porridge eye-catcher because they're easy to chop into stars. Insert the tip of your knife into the kiwi peel and make diagonal slices around the fruit. Pull the pieces apart to separate and admire the result.

The instruction to make this vegan kiwi bread: To make the kiwi puree, peel four kiwis and place them in a blender along with one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.

Mix three heaping tablespoons' worth of chia seeds to the kiwi puree, then place the mixture in the refrigerator to swell for at least two hours. Make sure to stir the puree at regular intervals.

The kiwi puree should become more jelly-like after being combined with the chia seeds, which should cause the mixture to thicken nicely.

Margarine and flour in a baking tin. Heat oven to 180° C/356°F fan. Sift flour into a bowl and whisk in desiccated coconut, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Melt margarine and stir in cane sugar and vanilla extract.

Add the melted margarine sugar to the flour mixture after stirring in the kiwi-chia jelly.

Then whisk the dough with a spoon until thoroughly blended.  Stir in 2 tsp. Matcha tea powder and 1 tbsp. poppy seeds for color.

For 30-35 minutes, bake the kiwi cake at 180°C/356°F fan. Prevent over-browning of the cake's top by covering it with parchment paper about 10 minutes before the end of the baking period.

Allow it to sit in the residual heat with the oven door slightly ajar for an additional ten minutes after baking.

Before slicing, let the cake cool for at least 30 minutes. This kiwi cake is a must-try.

Vegan kiwi muffins

Kiwi muffins are the ideal sweet treat for a vegan breakfast or as a snack to take on the run. We prefer to spread ricotta, cream cheese, or butter on hot muffins that have just come out of the oven and enjoy them straight away.
