Each Aradi merchant operates under their own independent brand, and the explanations that follow have no relation to the merchants’ activities under their individual brands.

One of the most important and fundamental plans for Arad merchants in the year 1404 (2025) is their appointment to organizational positions within Arad Branding.

In this plan, each merchant—from Promotion 1 to Promotion 12—will be appointed to one or more organizational positions in Arad Branding, based on their own choice and with approval from the commissions of the Arad Branding Policy Council and ratification by senior appointed managers.

Each organizational position comes with a defined job description, and merchants are obligated to dedicate 2 to 4 hours daily to fulfilling these responsibilities and must submit a monthly performance report to the Council's commissions.

The commissions, under specific regulations, have the authority to dismiss any merchant from their appointed position if dissatisfied with their performance, just as they initially appointed them.

The job description and financial benefits of each position will be communicated to the merchant after approval by the Council.

Some positions are exclusive, while others are non-exclusive.

Exclusive means that once someone is appointed to that position, no one else can hold it. Non-exclusive means that multiple people may hold the same position.

Each organizational position has a prerequisite tied to the merchant’s promotion level. This means that if a merchant's promotion level is below the required number, they cannot apply for that position. Conversely, a merchant may reach the required promotion level but still not be deemed suitable for the position by the Council, based on their responses in the application form.

The table below shows the available organizational positions.

If a merchant believes they are qualified for multiple positions, they must complete a separate application form for each position.

3. Duties of the Policy Council Members

6. Supervising the proper performance of employees in delivering promotion services

7. Following up on providing Arad Branding’s special services to merchants in the Shaban Festival

 

4. Structure of Specialized Commissions – Second Term of the Policy Council

Yesterday, council members were asked to declare their preferred commission.

After receiving their preferences, some members were confirmed in their chosen commissions, while others were reassigned to different ones to maintain relative balance. However, due to significantly higher interest in some commissions and very little in others, absolute equity was not possible.

With this background, the number of members in each commission is as follows:

1. Export: 34 members

2. Domestic Trade: 16 members

3. Product Supply: 16 members

4. Branding: 10 members

5. Logistics: 4 members

Each commission has one secretary responsible for organizing its activities.
