11. Traders and Wealthy Individuals Leaving the Country
When conflict or war begins in a country, most people prefer not to stay in that environment. Everyone, depending on their resources, tries to relocate.
This unwanted relocation or migration naturally incurs high costs, even more than a typical transfer due to its urgent nature.
Naturally, the poor and middle class cannot afford such expenses, but wealthy individuals, including traders from this demographic, can easily bear these costs. To ensure their safety, they might even sell properties at lower prices to exit the area.
As news of war between Iran and Israel becomes more prominent and real, traders and the wealthy grow increasingly concerned and make more preparations to leave the country.
Fortunately or unfortunately, most of them lack any commitment to the Revolution, so they do not feel the need to stay in the country to defend the people’s economy.
Here at Arad Branding, with firm faith in the Islamic Republic of Iran’s eventual military victory over all its enemies, we choose to stay and go nowhere.
Certainly, as the flames subside, we will have shown our loyalty to Islam, and the commercial seats of the country will belong to us, the Aradis.
So, whenever you hear people discussing leaving the country, do not let your heart waver. Strengthen your resolve to stay, so that as they leave, all their resources and opportunities flow toward us.
This peace of mind will only come when we have faith in God's promise that He is with us, Israel is falsehood, and every falsehood is destined for destruction.
12. The Hardship of Trade or the Hardship of Poverty
Commerce relies on intellect and communication skills, so naturally, for those who haven’t fully utilized these valuable tools, commerce may seem challenging. In reality, commerce is one of the simplest professions, and it becomes increasingly easier for the trader over time.
However, let’s assume for a moment that commerce does have its difficulties. We should ask ourselves: if we choose not to endure the hardships of commerce, will this decision truly leave us without challenges?
Those who avoid the challenges of commerce today may find themselves facing the hardships of poverty tomorrow.
So, which is truly harder?
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said: “One who does not bear the hardship of seeking lawful sustenance will have to endure the humiliation of poverty.”
We know that commerce is not the only path to lawful earnings, but with the inflation we’re witnessing, are other career paths leading us toward peace and a better life, or toward poverty and despair?
Therefore, if someone with a current job is not yet poor, it may only be a matter of time.
And perhaps by the time poverty arrives, it will be too late to return to commerce, for commerce, too, requires an initial period of endurance. For someone struggling to cover daily expenses, waiting patiently through this phase might not be feasible, leaving them no choice but to live on daily wages.
So, for those who have not yet faced such circumstances, take commerce seriously from today. Endure any initial challenges, which, in reality, are not that difficult—they are merely illusions from a past life lacking in intellectual and communicative effort.
In a short time, you’ll overcome these difficulties, and then only the joy of trade will remain.
You’ll enjoy greater wealth, a continuously expanding intellect, elevated social status, and many other advantages that you truly deserve.
Ask the senior members of Arad, who were not born into commerce, if they would want to return to their pre-commerce lives.
You’ll hear them say, “Only death can separate me from commerce.”
There is hardly any profession that raises one so high that they would never want to leave it.
13. Some Believe That Knowledge of the Stock Market Leads to Wealth.
If we hear this logic from non-Aradis, it’s not concerning. But it’s truly painful to hear such ideas from some Aradis, especially considering their recent test results show either a lack of participation or, if they do show up, scores below 10.
However, since their appealing statements can mislead other Aradis, we must address them firmly to prevent confusion from spreading.
They claim that those who lose in the stock market do so because they didn’t understand it properly before entering.
Let’s ask them a question.
If these same "ignorant" people enter the stock market, will the "knowledgeable" still profit?
You say one must know when to buy and when to sell in the market
It means selling when others are buying and buying when others are selling.
What does this mean?
It implies that one profits from the losses of others.
If I sell when others buy, I am aware that those buying are suffering losses. I am supposedly “knowledgeable” because I capitalize on others’ ignorance.
This is beyond religion.
Is this humane?
Is it chivalrous?
How beautifully the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“There is no faith for one who lacks nobility.”
If they lack faith, they could at least possess a sense of honor.
Is it honorable to buy and profit knowing that the majority are selling and suffering losses?
Isn’t gambling defined as the winner profiting from the losses of the loser?
May God curse those who accumulate wealth at the expense of the poor.
How many orphaned children’s assets were included among those suffering losses in the stock market?
Have they not heard the words of God in the Quran:
“Those who unjustly eat up the property of orphans, eat up a Fire into their own bodies: They will soon be enduring a Blazing Fire!” (Surah An-Nisa, 4:10)
And again, God’s words:
“And do not eat up your property among yourselves for vanities.” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:188)
Would you want others to profit from your losses?
So why would you seek knowledge to learn how to benefit from others’ misfortune?
Is this what you consider noble?
Why not turn to commerce, where God has placed mutual satisfaction?
When trade takes place, everyone benefits: the trader is pleased, the producer is satisfied, the workers involved in production are content, the bulk buyer is happy, and the people who consume the product are also gratified.
This is why God has declared commerce lawful and usury forbidden.
14. A Simple Question with a Profound Answer
What is the one essential thing a river must have?
- Water
- Rocks
- Fish
- A Slope
Take a moment to think about your answer.

.
.
.
Most likely, you didn’t choose fish or rocks as the answer.
Some of you may have chosen water, while others may have chosen a slope.
A river, by definition, is a place where water flows, a channel for a flowing current.
But a river can still exist even if it doesn’t always have water.
Have you not seen rivers that, during certain seasons, are dry?
Does the name “river” cease to apply to them?
For example, the Zayandeh Rud in Isfahan has often been dry in recent years, yet it is still called a river
Just as a teacher remains a teacher even if they have no students for a year, or a bodybuilder remains one even if they don’t train for a while.
What truly makes a river a river is its slope—a force that enables movement.
Can a trader go a season, a few months, or even a year without making a trade?
Certainly. Even the most successful traders experience periods without activity, yet they remain traders.
In commerce, what is the equivalent of the river’s slope that keeps a trader active?
You guessed it right.
Leads and signals.
Having people who communicate with you and discuss your commerce.
The day you have no leads or signals is the day your commerce is approaching its end.
Business enterprise owners are the same way.
As long as they are in contact with people daily, their business enterprises remain viable.
A trader who is in contact with suppliers and customers every day remains a trader, even if they do not make sales for a while.
All of you dear ones have promotions.
If your promotion capacities provide you with leads and signals, make the best use of them.
If you lack leads and signals, use independent media and free branding to attract leads and signals.
Don't let the slope that drives your commerce slow down.
15. Don’t Frighten People Away from Trade.
Business enterprise owners who speak to people about entering commerce should keep these three points in mind.
1. People have been led to believe that money and wealth are “dirty,” that traders and wealthy people are deceitful and make their money dishonestly.
2. Commerce is seen as something reserved for the privileged; ordinary people think they can’t enter this field.
3. Commerce is seen as difficult, and people feel they aren’t capable of handling it.
These three misconceptions alone are enough to keep people away from commerce, which affects the country’s economic vitality.
So what happens if, as a business enterprise owner, you make commerce seem intimidating?
If you also contribute to making business difficult, what happens?
Of course, people will avoid it altogether.
I believe business enterprise requires passion.
You must love the people of Iran.
You must love Islam and the Muslim community.
Without passion, you cannot withstand the denial and rejection from people.
When you are certain that every rejection and every bit of doubt is noted by God, and rewarded, you will stay on this path.
We often say we believe in God, but most of us are lying.
In the Quran, it’s said that believers are like siblings.
If your sibling were sick, would you abandon them if they complained to you in their pain?
These people who reject commerce have sick minds; they simply haven’t found the right path yet.
If you consider yourself a Muslim and regard them as your brothers and sisters, support them.
In the end, they may say no to you, but they won't insult you, will they?
Even if your brother insulted you, you would still stand by him.
In fact, I’ve observed that successful business enterprises are those where the owners genuinely care for people like their own family.
Those whose hearts burn for the people can succeed in inviting them to trade.
But those who are only after money will see that instead of inviting people to business, if they invite them to invest and engage in usury, they will make far more money, and it will be easy to deceive them with no consequences.
It was a good thing that Arad opened the business enterprise to traders as well, so that traders can see what hardships are endured by business enterprise owners in guiding others to enter trade.
May God bless you, enterprise owners who stand by the people of Iran, like brothers and sisters, and selflessly invite them to trade.
You neither instill fear in people about trade, nor do you impose hardships upon them.
I even remember writing a few days ago, saying to tell people to work for one hour a day.
A dear one commented that one hour a day wouldn’t make a difference and suggested saying four hours or more.
Would you want to tell people to work four hours or more, knowing that most of them would not even start?
You should tell them one hour a day.
This one hour is bound to lead to two outcomes.
Either they won’t come at all, which would be a breach of their own promise.
Or, they will become so passionate that they’ll spend all the time they have.
Trade is not about playing it safe.
It has a powerful pull and push effect.
You, who have become so attached to trade and Arad today, spending so many hours of your life, if they had told you from the beginning that you would need to dedicate this many hours, would you have joined?
Most of you wouldn’t have.
But you came, you saw, and gradually fell in love with it.
So why wouldn’t you want other people to experience the same path you’ve walked?
Rest assured, if someone works that one hour and doesn’t increase it, but follows through with what they hear, they will earn more than 16 million tomans a month, and this is the truth and keeping promises.
16. Business Enterprise Owners Should Promote the Tests.
If you remember, for a long time, Arad provided links to business enterprise owners' channels for Arad traders, and thank God, these channels gained members through this method.
Since accessing social media is easier for most people than visiting a website, we see that these traders are connected to the business enterprise channels and the business owners themselves, but they are unaware of the test plan because they don’t visit the website.
By a directive, Arad has asked business enterprise owners to post a message like the one below in their channels once a day, so that all Aradi traders are informed about the test plan and the comments.
The message should be as follows or convey the same idea:
"Dear members of the business enterprise, please note that participating in the daily traders' test is one of our mandatory duties.
Please join the channel below and take this matter seriously."
Please note that business enterprises that intentionally fail to post this advertisement will be removed from the list of Arad business enterprises, as we believe these individuals have benefited from Arad's support but are not fulfilling their responsibilities.
The duration of this advertisement will be 30 days, after which it will no longer be necessary.
Respectable enterprise owners may also inform their members via phone or message.

18. Survey Results from the Previous Day
How enjoyable it is to see that the number of comments has exceeded a thousand, and I personally thank you all for your participation.
How wonderful you are for adapting so quickly in less than 5 days, even though I know writing is difficult for many of you. While it takes me only 2 minutes to write a message, it takes you 20 minutes, but know that in a month, it will be completely different.
You will write smoothly, and interestingly, you will speak just as fluently.
Your negotiation skills will improve.
And we, thrilled by your growth and progress, will enjoy the process.
We hope that every day you will participate better than the day before in the commenting initiative, and let at least 40 days pass, then compare your progress with today.
The results of the business enterprise owners' and traders' tests have been posted in their relevant channels.
However, what was interesting were the two survey questions added at the end of the test questions, and it seems these survey questions will be part of the daily routine.
The business enterprise owners' survey question was:
1. How much have the tests increased your level of accuracy?
The second question was:
2. In your opinion, with increased seriousness in the tests, what expectations will there be for the traders?
I became curious to know who holds a negative or weaker opinion, so I asked my colleagues to provide statistics.
Most of them score below 4 in the tests.
In other words, those who take the tests lightly are the ones who believe that the tests are not beneficial for others either.
Now, let’s look at the traders’ survey, where again, the negative feedback mostly came from those with low test scores.
The first survey question for the traders was:
1. With the introduction of the tests, do you feel a greater sense of growth in yourself?
The second survey question was:
2. The more time you spend with Arad and the Aradis, what feeling grows stronger within you?
Seeing these images made my eyes light up like this 😍
This is our feeling toward all of you, dear ones, who participate in the tests—whether you give positive or negative feedback.
Whether you score well or poorly.
Whether you read the materials seriously or skim through them.
Whether you put them into practice or not.
Whether you speak well of us or criticize us—this is how we feel about you all: 🥰
