10. An Unpleasant Incident Has Occurred.

Arad registers car ownership under trusted individuals' names and transfers ownership to traders or employees after installment payments are completed.

Since the number of trusted individuals is limited, multiple cars are registered under one person’s name.

Recently, a violation occurred involving one of these individuals, leading the police to issue a seizure order.

However, as seizure orders apply to all vehicles under the owner’s name, another car in a different city was also impounded.

As the Persian saying goes:

A blacksmith sinned in Balkh

but a coppersmith was beheaded in Shushtar

For employees, this is not a significant issue as they are mainly in Tehran and Qom; they quickly report and retrieve their seized vehicles. Moreover, they comply without hesitation.

Traders, however, are spread across different cities and are not as cooperative.

Therefore, the car donation plan for traders is now canceled.

The funds initially allocated for this plan will instead be used to expedite the setup of traders' commercial offices.

11. Removal of Commenting and Reactions from Arad Branding's Structure

Commenting and reactions have been completely removed from Arad Branding’s structure.

Arad originally encouraged comments for traders’ benefit, but most assumed it was a way for Arad to exploit them for self-promotion.

Such mistrust has harmed traders significantly.

Many beneficial initiatives were implemented over the years, bringing prosperity to traders. However, since traders did not fully understand their value and unfairly accused Arad, those initiatives were discontinued.
