INSPIRATION RECIPES
Ashley is my niece, and she is really stunning. She exemplifies the kind of woman you would want your young daughters to look up to and emulate.
Even though he's 16, Ash has to apologize for how much he eats. Her diet consists primarily of complex carbohydrates and contains very little sugar in any form. (why is it that I can't eat like this and yet look as good as he does??? Oh yeah, because I'm over 40.)
She enjoys being in the kitchen and acquiring new cooking skills, both of which you already know I adore, and she is more than willing to teach me everything that she has learned.
Consequently, I gave him my chicken noodle soup recipe to make during the holiday season. It was executed flawlessly by him! I have a feeling that this will end up becoming his go-to recipe for soup.
On the other hand, when he finally sat down to eat, he selected chicken, celery, and onions as his food of choice. He didn't want anything more complicated than thick egg noodles, carrots, and soup. Which, by the way, were fantastic.
That got me to pondering... The majority of children enjoy eating soups that merely consist of chicken, vegetables, broth, and noodles. Why not develop a recipe for kid-friendly chicken soup that tastes delicious and eliminates the need for the children to pick and choose which things they do and do not want to eat?
Consequently, this is how my chicken noodle soup recipe for kids came to be. Hope your kids like it. Thank you for providing the motivation behind the dish, Ashley.
WHAT INGREDIENTS Go Into Making Chicken Noodle Soup? (Chicken Noodle Soup)
If you want your nights and evenings to be tranquil, for the love of God use the spaghetti that your children enjoy eating.
Although I am aware that all types of pasta have the same flavor, I guess my children do not agree. My children would not consume the paste if I made it using angel hair instead of pennies. The fight is very much for genuine.
I recommend using Mie Kluski, which is quite comparable to the noodles that are found in canned chicken noodle soup, or Swabian Spaetzle Egg Noodles while making this recipe (I get them at Aldi and they are the BEST).
If your child like the flavor of thick noodles and egg paste, another option is to use Reames brand frozen egg noodles (my nephew loves this). If you use frozen Reames pasta, the cooking time will be increased to twenty minutes.

Any type of pasta that your child enjoys eating and enjoys eating can be used, including the small star-shaped pasta known as Pastina, wagon wheel pasta, ditalini, etc.
CHICKEN
I usually recommend purchasing rotisserie chicken, cutting both breasts, and using them for your soup. You may also use the legs and thighs. The chicken is incredibly simple to make and possesses a robust flavor. (You'll need the carcass to prepare my chicken in the instant pot, so don't forget to keep it!)
You could also use roasted chicken, game chicken, or the chicken from my all-in-one recipe for the Instant Pot.
I don't care which type of chicken you use, you should always cut it into small cubes so that your children will stop complaining about the large pieces of chicken! What a huge amount of effort for such a tiny human!
HOW TO MAKE TESPHENE CHICKEN SOUP FOR CHILDREN
To begin, you absolutely must not consume any onions or garlic under any circumstances. It's possible that we want that flavor in the soup, but we don't want our children to be aware of what it actually smells or tastes like in there. Therefore, in order to impart the flavor of onion and garlic, we will substitute their powdered forms for the actual ingredients. Disgraceful! I call it "invisible substance".
Now, let's take a look at those tiny carrots you pack away in the kids' lunches, because that's the only vegetable they actually consume. Correct!
They should be cut into little cubes.
Cook the carrots for about 5 minutes on each side in a small amount of olive oil. Do not allow them to become browned because, for the love of God, you are aware that they will be able to taste that you are burning the carrots, which will cause your delicious soup to abruptly turn into garbage.
Next, add ground spices to impart taste, but be careful not to overdo it because the children still need to be fed.
Now pour in the soup, and when it has been thoroughly mixed, toss in the chicken stock. Raise the temperature to medium-high, depending on your stovetop, and bring the soup to a boil.
Mix in pasta that has been cooked and chicken. Turn the heat down to medium-low and continue to simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the pasta is fully cooked. (increase the cooking time to twenty minutes if you are going to be using frozen egg paste, such as Reames).
Now you may feel comfortable serving a cup of delicious soup to your children.
I have a recipe for Chicken Noodle Soup for Kids that I hope you would try out in your home.
