In this article, we intend to explore four subjects together and possibly evoke interesting challenges in the mind, including texts that will witness diverse opinions and tastes.
1. Negative energy comments are not approved or displayed.
Our society today is filled with negative energy.
And we know that it takes 17 positive energies to neutralize one negative energy and return to zero point.
Look among your relatives and family and ask:
How much do you hope for the prosperity of the Iranian people, production growth, increased employment, elimination of unemployment, and facilitation of marriage and housing for young people?
How many do you think are hopeful and how many are hopeless?
For each pessimistic person, 17 hopeful individuals are needed to keep the community's level of hope at zero.
If the ratio of pessimists to optimists is higher than this number, the percentage of hope in society becomes more negative day by day, and if the ratio of optimists to pessimists is higher than this number, the percentage of hope in society becomes more positive day by day.
The author expresses his opinion and it is likely that your esteemed opinion will be the same.
In our country, this number is the opposite.
It means that instead of having more hopeful people than 17 times the number of pessimists, our number of pessimists is 17 times more than hopeful people.
And this means the death of hope in a society.
And how beautifully God said in His book when His angels addressed the Prophet Abraham, peace be upon him, and said to him:
"They said, 'We give you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing.'"
And Abraham, peace be upon him, responded:
"He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those who are astray?'" Surah Al-Hijr, verses 55-56.
We all agree that the main provider is God, so despair in the economy is despair of God's sustenance, which unfortunately affects our country's people more and more day by day.
The second narrative is that when Jacob, peace be upon him, after shedding tears for his son Joseph, peace be upon him, for a long time to the extent that he lost his eyesight and didn't even know whether Joseph, peace be upon him, was alive or dead, which historians have mentioned this separation from 17 to 80 years, when he wanted to instruct his sons to go look for Joseph, maybe find him, in a situation where there was no hope in anyone's heart of finding Joseph because many years had passed since his disappearance, then he said something.
God has mentioned Jacob's words in Surah Yusuf, verse 87, as follows:
“O my sons! go ye and enquire about Joseph and his brother, and never give up hope of Allah’s Soothing Mercy, truly no one despairs of Allah’s Soothing Mercy, except those who have no faith.”
So we understand that God considers despair to be so ugly and undesirable that He counts a despairing person among the misguided and among the disbelievers.
And we know how much this despair has destructive effects on the soul and spirit of a person to the extent that the Messenger of God said:
"Hope is a mercy for my nation, and if it were not for hope, a mother would not breastfeed her child, and a gardener would not plant a sapling."
It is also narrated from Imam Ali, peace be upon him, who said:
"In despair lies slackness."
And today we see the same issue in society, when news of embezzlement or inflation that discourages society arises, both the young and the old withdraw from work and their efforts, losing all their motivation.
Why has society become obsessed with becoming pseudo-rich?
Because it lacks the hope that it can become wealthy through effort and endeavor within a certain timeframe.
Therefore, a person tells themselves in their mind, "In such schemes like pyramid schemes, stock markets, cryptocurrency, forex investment companies, or betting and gambling sites, I'll invest my money and become rich in a short period."
God is a witness that deep down they know it might be a scam and they could lose all their money, but they say, "Since I can't become rich through the right path, let me engage in this scheme. Perhaps there's a one percent chance it's true.
If it's true, my life changes, so I'll take the risk and invest money.
If I win, I become victorious and put an end to my financial woes.
If I lose, well, it's water under the bridge."
That's why we keep losing again and again and again, but because we don't have hope in economic growth, we don't make an effort.
What are we, Aradis, supposed to do?
Do we also want to be like the despairing society?
Among the few and perhaps the only group that has hope to elevate Iran and rescue it from economic woes is Arad.
Some may think it's just a claim.
Even if it is a claim.
Don't you see how a tiny firefly in the heart of darkness displays such beautiful light?
If we are to be that firefly, our existence in the heart of this dark night is a treasure.
So, aren't all merchants and employees of Arad gathered here meant to be that firefly?
Now the question is, should we strengthen this claim or weaken it?
If we weaken it, what will happen?
This claim itself will be destroyed, leaving no hope remaining.
Just a few days ago, one of the Aradi merchants, who was 62 years old, told us how he had told his elderly mother, "Mother, I want to become a merchant, and if I do, I'll employ more than 100 people."
And I'm part of a group of several thousand people, all with such determination and resolve.
His mother said, "My son, you've made me so happy with this news.
I may not be alive to see you become a merchant, but just knowing that my son will become a merchant and has friends who will also become merchants, and that in the near future they will lift our country out of this situation, fills me with joy, and I depart for the presence of my Creator with contentment."
You don't know how happy we were to hear about this event.
Just the fact that our existence brings joy to an elderly woman in a corner of this land and revives her hope deserves abundant praise and gratitude to God.

The impact of negative energy comments on the spirit of us employees and merchants
We have seen countless times that anyone who gave negative energy was someone who had not attended a business school, nor a integrity school, nor a platform.
They just came to the site once in a while.
Now, if we come and bring the claim of enlightenment and display all comments under the guise of democracy, what will happen?
For example, a detractor wants to say, "I spent a year in Arad and didn't get anywhere."
They don't say they didn't spend an average of five minutes a day and try to insinuate failure onto Arad.
We check their system and see the last time they attended a business school and received training was during the reign of the disgraced Reza Shah. 🤨
You do not have access to our system and can't see these things.

You distanced yourself from Arad and watched more movies and TV series on television and satellite.
You distanced yourself from Arad and listened to more music.
You distanced yourself from Arad and checked more news websites and channels.
Well, did these things make you wealthy?
Did they lift you up?
Besides becoming more hopeless than before and experiencing setbacks, did anything else happen?
This is the impact of one negative energy comment or one destructive phone call.
We believe most people who give negative energy are lying.
But even if it's true, giving negative energy leads to destruction.
Tell yourself, perhaps in this country, only we Aradis remain, hoping we can prosper Iran.
If our hope dies, what will happen?
We must stand firm for Islam.
We must be strong for the revolution.
We must fight for the blood of our martyrs.
We must be resilient to bring joy to the hearts of all Iranian grandparents.
We must persevere to uphold the dignity of a father whose daughter wants to get married.
We must continue working to bring joy to the heart of an orphan who has lost a parent.
We must not lose hope.
God knows the writer of this section is writing with tears.
We have no right to despair.
I say this to myself:
I am wrong if I become hopeless.
We read, but we don't display.
We read all comments, whether they provide positive or negative energy.
We publish positive energy.
We first investigate negative energy to see to what extent the person has attended business school, how much they frequent the site, and how much they engage with platforms.
If we see someone who comes and goes, our policy is:
To toss their comment into the trash can designed for the site admin, without even listening to what they have to say.
Why should the words of someone who doesn't care about our words matter to us?
They don't pay attention to us, so why should we listen to them?
We say come to the business school and visit the website every day and show your presence to us and others, they will undermine our words.
Why should we pay attention to what they say?
We didn't join their company to make us rich, but they came to Arad to enrich themselves.
They don't care about us, who might be their seniors, as much as they care about a sheep's wool, so why should we take them seriously and listen to them?
But if we see that they are part of those who are with us, their negative comment is aimed at demoralizing others, we don't display it, but we promise to keep an eye on it.
If it contains a managerial point regarding strategies, we refer it to senior managers.
If it points out a flaw in performance and execution, we relay it to mid-level managers for prompt action.
A merchant or an employee who regularly participates and shares their life with us, even if they are a hundred percent against us, is precious, likable, and respected by us, and we consider it our duty to turn their opposition into agreement.
This was the disciplinary action solely aimed at negative energy providers.
2. We elevate the promotion coefficient without requiring payment.
And now, an encouragement.
In the comments, we hear words that our hearts desire to reciprocate, yet alas, our hands are tied, and divine providence does not grant us such power.
However, humans are responsible to the extent of their abilities and should not passively overlook.
As a token of gratitude for your devoted support, Arad merchants, starting from yesterday, new developments have been communicated by management.
One of these developments is that the technical department and website have been instructed to allow certain Arad merchants to increase their promotion coefficient without any additional payment, to the extent of one level higher.
Meaning, if their payment was 18 million Tomans, it will be treated as if it were a 40 million Tomans payment.
We cannot disclose the recipients of this increased promotion coefficient, but suffice it to say that senior management, the website news writing team, and middle management of Arad branding have the authority to identify these individuals.
It's possible for a merchant to be eligible for this increase at various intervals, but each time, only one level of increase in their coefficient is permitted.
We express our sincere apologies to the esteemed individuals who have been beneficiaries of this increase as of yesterday, if we cannot offer them more in return.

3. An important belief: I must become wealthier every day.
Let each of us Aradis firmly establish a belief within ourselves.
"I am becoming wealthier day by day, and my growth will contribute to the elevation of my dignity, religion, country, people, family, and acquaintances."
If God sees your determination to become wealthy, He will divert your rewards towards becoming wealthier.
Surely, sooner or later, you will attain wealth.
As mentioned in His book:
Say: Who hath forbidden the beautiful [gifts] of Allah, which He hath produced for His servants, and the things, clean and pure, [which He hath provided] for sustenance? Say: They are, in the life of this world, for those who believe, [and] purely for them on the Day of Judgment. Thus do We explain the signs in detail for those who understand. (Surah Al-A'raf, Verse 32)
Why do we think BMW and Mercedes are only for the irreligious?
Why shouldn't believers, revolutionaries, and people of Islam have them?
Who is the large house with several hundred square meters or several thousand square meters for?
In the history of Bani Abbas, in the book "Al-Baladan," it is mentioned that during the time of Imam Hadi (peace be upon him), many Nasibis, who were anti-Ahlul Bayt, used to say something to show to show them as lovers of the world and weaken their status among the people, that was:
"Why should Abu al-Hasan (referring to Imam Hadi, peace be upon him) own a house with an area of a thousand and one hundred and twenty (1120) square meters?"
Indeed, at that time, Imam (peace be upon him) was under severe military siege by the Bani Abbas regime in Samarra and was not allowed to have a larger house, otherwise, what has been reported about the homes of Imam Baqir and Imam Sadiq (peace be upon them) in Medina is that more than four thousand people would come to their homes every day to learn and be hosted.
Respected hosts, you know well that if four thousand people were to come to a house, even if they were just to have tea and leave, how much expense and effort it would require, and how much hospitality and honor it would demand.
Let it be known that the status of an Imam is higher than to merely offer tea to his guests.
Have you not heard that the Prophet of God said: "One of the happinesses of a person is to make his house spacious"?
But what is the belief of our society?
If you own a 100-square-meter house and move to a 200-square-meter house, what do people say?
They say you've become lovers of the world.
They say you've become extravagant.
They say it's unclear where you stole from to reach such a position.
And the like.
Yet, continuous prayers of the Prophet of God include: "O Allah, forgive my sins, expand my abode, and bless my sustenance."
And elsewhere our God says:
"Among the happinesses of a person are a righteous wife, a spacious dwelling, a beautiful ride, and righteous offspring."
All of these require money, beloved ones.
Now come and tell people:
"I want to have a large house and a luxurious car."
What do they say?
Some, undoubtedly, right from the start, say: "He's gone crazy, and madness has penetrated his head."
Some say: "This is nothing but a myth and a mere dream."
Some say: "Let's not bother with him, as time passes, these fantasies will fade away from his mind."
Some, apparently benevolent, enter the advice and say: "Don't be attached to the world so much, the world is temporary and worthless."
The Prophet of God asks from his Lord a spacious house and a valuable ride, and this is not a sin and if we desire, would it become a sin?
Nobody is there to ask you from whom did you learn these heavy words?
Except that it is from the Prophets who taught you, so why are you more catholic than the pope?
Even higher than this is the Word of God, which says:
God clearly teaches us in verse 14 of Surah Al-Imran that I have placed love for women and children, and treasures of gold-filled jars, silver bags, and showy horses, or in today's terms, luxury cars and branded items, as well as cattle and land, in the hearts of my servants and adorned them.
Pay attention to the word "زُيِّنَ" in this verse and "زِينَةَ اللَّهِ" in verse 32 of Surah Al-A'raf.
These are divine adornments.
God says these adornments belong to the believers, so why do you deem them forbidden for the believers and permissible for the disbelievers?
Following this verse, the Messenger of God said: "If all of God's creatures were disbelievers, no adornment would have been created, and God created His adornments for the believers. It is the disbelievers who benefit from the blessings of the believers."
So, I firmly believe: These adornments are for me, created by God, and God wants me to have them.
Any call or speech that aims to make me indifferent to or distant from these adornments is surely the call of Satan.
For God has said about it:
"Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship..." (Quran 2:185)
And above all, the Word of God states:
The Evil one threatens you with poverty and bids you to conduct unseemly. Allah promiseth you His forgiveness and bounties. And Allah careth for all and He knoweth all things. Al-Baqarah verse 268
4. Let's raise the power of rationality.
We all agree that our money does not grow except through trade.
And again, we all agree that our trade does not grow except through the growth of our rationality.
Because negotiation requires the power of rationality.
We, who have no physical or bodily hardships in trade, and our work revolves around our mind, thought, and expression, all of which are related to rationality.
So we must strengthen our rationality day by day so that our money increases.
We Aradis are unintentionally growing the power of our minds every day, even when we may not be aware of it.
Do you know where the growth of rationality comes from?
In bodybuilding, they say:
"No pain, no gain."
In every endeavor, when faced with difficulty, ease accompanies it.
The intellect grows when challenged.
All the content on the Arad website is designed for a specific purpose.
For instance, business knowledge is aimed at increasing your understanding of commerce.
Few would claim that reading it gives them a headache.
Similarly, employee performance videos contribute to our activities, enhancing your awareness, it's unlikely that even after watching them for three hours, your brain would ache.
Radio Arad on the other hand, is meant to boost your enthusiasm.
Can anyone say listening to Radio Arad challenges their brain and causes pain?
