1. Official Notification for the Termination of Business Enterprises of Traders
It has been 5 months and 3 days since the launch of the business enterprises.
Reports and documents indicate that during this period, only 15 new traders joined the Arad system through the traders’ business enterprises, most of whom started with low promotions.
On the other hand, the open communication Arad established among traders led to a 60% reduction in promotions for new entrants.
Evidence suggests that traders involved in business enterprises not only did not make significant efforts to introduce others to trade or achieve higher promotions, but secretly obstructed people from entering the trade.
Several factors can be considered as the main reasons for traders’ lack of engagement in business enterprises. These factors, which are not necessarily present in all traders simultaneously, include:
- The difficulty of managing a business enterprise compared to trading
- Traders see themselves as independent of Arad in their trade, believing they can separate from Arad anytime while still maintaining profits. In contrast, business enterprise management is dependent on Arad and has no specific meaning outside of it.
- Traders perceive the profit gained from trading to be greater than the profit from managing a business enterprise.
- Engaging in trade leaves them no time or opportunity to manage a business enterprise.
- Traders outwardly express a desire for people to enter trade, but internally, they do not want this to happen, fearing increased competition.
- A lack of genuine belief in trade and Arad, leading them to refrain from inviting others to engage in trade.
- Because they themselves had a low intellectual capacity before joining Arad and found starting trade difficult, they attribute this difficulty to the trade process, discouraging others from entering it and portraying it as overly challenging.
- Because they do not dedicate the necessary time and energy to trade, or they attribute months filled with doubt and hesitation to Arad. For example, they tell people that they joined on a certain date and earned a specific amount, leading others to calculate and conclude that it is not worthwhile to join. However, if they had clarified that during those months, they genuinely worked only for a few days and spent the rest succumbing to personal distractions and desires, this misunderstanding would not occur.
- Managing a business enterprise requires a systematic effort and precise understanding. Being distant from Arad’s senior managers and structure often prevents traders from effectively engaging in business enterprise activities.
- Traders define their mission differently from Arad’s mission. They internally believe that encouraging others to trade is not their responsibility but Arad’s, and their sole mission is personal financial gain. Alleviating national poverty is not a heartfelt concern for them.
And perhaps, if we were to continue, we could point to numerous other reasons as well.
Therefore, considering all reasons, evidence, and circumstances—and based on the policy council's resolution stipulating that if a business enterprise does not introduce anyone to trade within two months, it will be terminated—and given the current observation that collectively, the business enterprises operated by traders are not significantly utilizing the dedicated platform for onboarding new entrants, nor making substantial efforts to engage with people (and when they do, it is often on a casual basis rather than treating it as serious work), all business enterprises managed by traders will be terminated.
Clause 1: If any trader operating a business enterprise declares their commitment to fully adhere to the rules and regulations of business enterprise management, they may message the following Telegram ID for review, and their enterprise may be exempted from termination.
The rule for business enterprise owners is as follows:
- Successful contact with at least two new people every day
- Regularly send an Excel sheet of communication with people every day
- Contact time each day must be at least 60 minutes for business invitation
Clause 2: If a trader says, "It is true that I couldn't establish my work as a business enterprise, but please do not take away the ability to occasionally invite people to the business," this possibility has not been taken away. Rather, they can connect with business enterprise owners through employees and introduce someone to the business through them. The business enterprise owner will give the employee a profit as a cooperation gift.
Clause 3: Dear traders, you have learned the business enterprise management and can retain the names of your business enterprises outside the framework of Arad and work independently on them so that in the future, you can benefit from the advantages of business enterprise. However, since your efforts in the field of business enterprise are in proportion to what Arad expects, a ratio of 1 to 1000, it is better for you to consider this activity as a non-Arad business enterprise.
Clause 4: Among the commissions of the Policy Council, two commissions named "Trade Promotion" and "Promotion" were dedicated to inviting people to trade, while the other eight commissions were related to the growth of traders' businesses. Since traders are not interested in these two subjects, it was decided to remove these two commissions from the Policy Council, and their members will join the other eight commissions related to the growth of traders' businesses.
Clause 5: The Media and Culture Commission, since its media was related to the growth of traders' businesses and its culture was dedicated to inviting people to the business, was renamed to the Independent Media Commission, so the responsibility of cultural development would no longer fall on the traders.

10. A New Chapter of Efforts for Employees and Traders
Although traders did not show interest in business enterprises, employees, on the other hand, accompanied Arad in this plan with an unparalleled enthusiasm.
Perhaps before the business enterprise initiative, less than 5% of Arad employees were involved in this field, but now we are witnessing the involvement of more than 90% of employees in business enterprises.
Therefore, a general conclusion can be made by dividing the work as follows:
Arad employees should focus their efforts and attention on Arad's mission, which is to invite people to trade and eliminate poverty from society. Aradi traders, on the other hand, should focus all their efforts on growing their own businesses to make money and demonstrate the truth of God's and the Prophet's promises about trade to the people of Iran.
This division will undoubtedly relieve traders of some of their burdens, and they will no longer need to feel awkward about Arad in this matter. They can peacefully focus on their businesses.
Since senior managers have direct access to employees, the writer has also been instructed not to offer any further training on business enterprises on the website, as this matter is not particularly favored by traders. If any training is to take place, it will be given to employees at the offices.
Nevertheless, we will witness a new chapter of efforts by Aradis.
11. We Have No Grievance Against Any Trader.
The idea that Arad is resentful of traders should be completely removed from your mind.
Arad has no resentment towards any trader and believes that business enterprise was beyond the means and capacity of traders. Otherwise, the heartfelt affection that traders have for Arad is the same as the affection that employees have, and we see no difference in this matter.
What causes the difference is the living conditions of the traders and the daily encouragement that Arad provides regarding trade and its benefits. As a result, traders do not see it in their best interest to distance themselves from their trade. However, since employees interact daily with senior managers, they have a more specialized view of the economy and trade, much like the poet’s line: "You Can't See the Forest for the Trees!"
We are certain that if traders were also with senior managers every day, they too would value business enterprise and its material and spiritual benefits much more than trade, and they would appear more prominently in this matter. But fate has not unfolded this way.
Thus, the conclusion is that from tomorrow, employees should continue to hold onto their business enterprises firmly, just as they have been doing so far, and traders should focus solely on their trade. If they wish to introduce someone to trade, they should refer them to employees. If they wish to maintain the prestige and reputation of the business enterprise name, they are free to do so, and we have no issue with these titles and names.
By the grace of God, starting tomorrow, we will work even harder than before, both employees and traders.
