It could not be easier, and you will be amazed at how delicious the apples turn out. You just need to slice one apple. It is up to you whether to use it with or without the skin. Next, sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and brown sugar (or another sweetener) and toss to blend. To make anything more sumptuous, add a little butter. Then, depending on the wattage of your microwave, microwave the apples for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes. They are ready when they are soft and can be easily punctured with a fork. From then, the process is straightforward. They are added to a large dish of yogurt. Although I used nonfat plain Greek yogurt, you may use whatever kind of yogurt you choose. However, sometimes the end outcome isn't worth discussing. It's a delicious cake with a crumb that's practically creamy, spiced with cinnamon, and luscious with little bits of apple. It will take you approximately 15 minutes to create, and regardless of whether my narrative gets old, this recipe never will. Aside from the fact that it is moist and delicious, the beauty of this cake is the ease with which it can be made without the use of mixers. It’s just moderately sweet, too; most of the sweetness comes from the apples. So little remained that the next morning when I went back down to check on it! My team had clearly thought that this would be a fine breakfast option as well, as they threw themselves into it with gusto. Two days later, there were just a few moist crumbs remaining, but they tasted just as good as they did when I pulled the cake from the oven.
