Dear Aradis, a key and essential requirement for success in business is adhering to principles that I will briefly explain to you based on my experience and observations over these years.

Establishing a strong, suitable, and long-term business relationship is a time-consuming process that requires a significant amount of energy.

Unfortunately, some traders do not prioritize these relationships and end up missing out on a world of wealth and profits that can be attained through interactions with various customers.

Next, we will delve into examining 5 important principles in business communications.

 

First Principle: Building Trust

People will buy from you when you earn their trust, which includes trust in quality, price, terms of delivery, etc.

By being honest, professional, and trustworthy, you can make customers become enamored with you, and branding in building trust can help you.

Therefore, strengthen your brand at the beginning so that your brand is recognized nationwide and globally.

Branding leads to your recognition as a reputable person, which will result in the initial connection with you.

Over the years, we have witnessed many individuals who have spent a lot of time negotiating with customers but have not succeeded in selling their products to them.

It is important to note that if you captivate your audience by observing customer-centric principles, the likelihood of repeat purchases increases.

So, first try to create a good image of yourself in the customer's mind, and if you do not fallow this principle, rest assured you will not successfully conclude a deal.

 

Second Principle: Accessibility

Being accessible puts customers' minds at ease because they know they can directly contact you or your team whenever they need a product.

Therefore, make sure to provide your mobile number for customers to reach you and stay active on social networks.

Try to have messaging apps that your customers use.

Recently, I had a conversation with one of the successful merchants, and they mentioned earning 150 million tomans through activity on social networks.

 

Third Principle: Customer Support

Ensure your customers that you are there for them in all stages, including packaging, delivery terms, money transfers, and so on.

Value your customers' concerns whenever possible.

When customers realize your care and support, they will become loyal to you.

Today, customers in the market are loyal to what they know and trust.

Another important point is that losing one customer is equivalent to losing other potential major customers.

Therefore, always appreciate your customers.

 

Fourth Principle: Being Different from Other Competitors

In reality, there is no market without competition, and comparing provides an opportunity for your customers.

Therefore, try to attract customers towards you by creating a distinction between yourself and your competitors.

To achieve this, you must first have a good understanding of the product market and your industry competitors.

Also, examine your competitors in the domestic and export markets to find a reason for being unique in your business.

This differentiation can be in the product, price, services, communication, customer experience, and also in your branding.

 

Fifth Principle: Empathize with the Customer

Imam Ali (AS) beautifully said:

Like what you wish for yourself, wish for others, and what you do not wish for yourself, do not wish for others!

When dealing with a customer, remember that it is not just a one-time transaction; you should aim for the customer to return.

Therefore, always ensure that when a customer buys a product from you, they have a positive mindset towards you.

Also, consider that the customer has benefited from dealing with you.

By adhering to the principles of customer orientation, you can increase the likelihood of the customer's next purchase by six times compared to someone who just made a one-time purchase from you.

In this type of transaction, both the merchant and the buyer are fully satisfied.
